Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Recently I have purchased Nokia 3110c handset and using internet via bluetooth in my PC. It's working nice but when I am using the same set via a DKU usb cable it doesn't work? (However the Data transfer facility is working with USB cable)
My query is : whether the set is having a Modem inbuilt or not?

How can I be able to connect internet to my PC via USB cable.

Please help me!

I bought Nokia Hand set5200on 5/10/2008from chennai shop after spening considerable amount of money. The set USB just functioned for one week and after that developed techincal problem and stopped operating.i visit your nokia office and complaint the problem but the employe of the office is not try to help me also just they telling that you can buy a new ph .now am in bhopal i think that you will accept my request .

I purchased a Nokia Bluetooth Handsfree BH-213 from Wireless Communication, BF-192, Sector-1, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700 064 on 27.08.09 vide Invice No ACC/561/09-10. On 18.11.09 I gave it to Wireless Communication as the bluetooth handsfree was not working at all. It's now over 6 weeks and I've still not received it. In between I've visited Wireless Communication atleast 4 times and given innumerable phone calls but it has not come to any help. I even contacted your Bengaluru Customercare and spoken to Sangeeta, but they also showed their incapability in helping me on this.

Now, can I request you to look into this urgently as out of a warranty of 6months, I've already lost 6 weeks and moreover it has caused me tremendous inconvenience.

It is required to mail this department because o[censored]nfair customer service response, at Nokia customer care office of Nadiad, kheda, gujarat, India branch. I was going there to get the the solution o[censored]nlocking the memory card of the phone nokia(5130-c2), but they behave like neglecting me without hearing my query, i am waiting for 5 minutes but no one consider me inside the office. finally i am out of office without getting any solution of the above problem.

May i request you to take necessary action if possible otherwise inform them about such happening.

I had purchased above mention nokia product Electronic way from Rajouri Garden delhi-27.dt.28/07/09.My memory Card was not working dt.23/12/09, then I went to nokia care Durga communication 126,Mall Road Kingway Camp Delhi-9.

They (Nokia Care) told me due to liquid damage it was not working, they had charged me Rs.980/- too.After 12 days they returned my mobile Phone.But they did not return my same memory card. They gave me another memory card. I had given my loaded memory card,at the time of submitting my phone to nokia care.

I am enclosing herewith photocopy of service job sheet of nokia care & invoice of purchase bill.

Kindly do the needful & oblige.

I bought the aforesaid set on 09/07/2009 from Trivandrum, Kerala.But after a couple of months, the mobile started to switch off automatically after blinking few times.It was initially formated for viruses at the shop of purchase and later at the Nokia showroom at Trivandrum.But the complaint persisted even after three to four repairs.Now I am in a dilemma as to what to do since at the showroom, I was told that the mobile will again be prone to the same problem.I never expected such a tragic situation from a reputed company like Nokia, for a mobile bought less than six months ago.Hence I humbly request your concern and a solution for the same.

hi sunil i am also suffered from fm transmeter.
i dont know how it will be solved.
when i start the fm transmeter it show icon near battry icon and disply like it is transmitting but when i am tuning radio on this frequency nothings happened

hi i bought e71 from a shop named bhatias in surat gujarat with valid bill and warranty of nokia care. my phone fell down and went completely dead its not working at all now. I tried removing and putting back in the battery by no response my phone is completely dead it dosent even starts can you please advise me what to do.. my warranty was of 12months its 13th month now and i also have lost my bill... plss reply on my mail adres asap..

So My home landline no-[protected]. i[censored]r company can lock my lost mobile then I will be very much pleased.
