Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Hi,

As I bought Nokia 5800 for a reasonable price, Im not been able to use GPS facilty as it not been able to connect to net.

I dunno whom to complain for this as shopkeeper said it might be ur subscriber connection problems.

Kindly let me what to do about this issue

I PAID 19k BUCKS FOR DIS ONE OF D BEST SELLING PHONE OF 2009

MY LCD WASNT WORKING SO I WENT TO D NOKIA CARE IN MANGALORE, D MANAGER IN DER REFUSED MY WARRANTY STATUS SAYING THT TH LCD IS BROKEN FROM INSIDE, I REQUESTED HIM LOT OF TYMS, THAT DER MAY B A HARDWARE PROB WHICH MAY HAV BANGED D DISPLAY, I GOT INTO A HEATED ARGUMENT
THEN I GAVE IT INTO OTHER NOKIA CARE IN MANGALORE ONLY,
THEY SENT IT TO D COMPANY, AND IT GOT RECTIFIED
BUT NOW I WANT TO SUE NOKIA FOR MAKING ME RUN like anythng during my xam times

I am purchased my mobile on 16.9.08.From Purchasing onwards
I am facing so much problem in my handset nokia 6303 classic IMEA NO :356914/03/23628/6.

The following complaints:
1.Mobile heat
2.Camera not clearing
3.when i gave my mobile to nokia care for an volume button problem but they dont service it and they short ckt my charger unit.
Iam felt very assame about the nokia customer.
please kindly replace my mobile phone and take necessary action for that nokia care at 7th street crosscut road, gandhipuram,

i am praveen pandey from banda district up.i have purchase NOKIA 2700 CLASSIC mobile. there is problem in date setting. incoming massage always show time before 6 hour, what is the problem.what is mean by time zone, and day time saving, plz tell me. why the incoming massage not showing proper time in my mbile only. thanks
I am facing a lot of problems regarding my handset 3110C, since i bought it.even after getting it repaired in customer care, no serious efforts are done in rectifying my problems. I got it submitted for repair 7 TIMES, in 3 months.

This is AKshay Gupta. I gave my handset(N73) to Nokia Care SV mobile, Bansankari 3rd Stage at 9 january 2010. Problem only was that its some keys not working properly. They checked set and i went there to collect my handset i found that it was totally miss services. They introduce so many problems in my handset like memory card not supporting . Even they are blamming on me that u did this even they checked before submission. There i saw so many cases.SV mobile nokaia care damaging the nokia image. they are unable to provide good services. Please do needful.

keypad of my set has stoped working ...my set model is e-71...it has haedly been around 10 months since i have been using this set...what should i do
I am one of your frustrated customer who is not getting proper services from your Nokia Support. I am using Nokia phone from last 8 years & everyone in my family is also using the same brand.

But this time i made a mistake & purchased Nokia 5800 XPRESS MUSIC phone thinking that will surly enjoy the music phone, but i m so much upset bcz i faced problem in the same phone thrice within 6 months.

1. Battery changed by dealer
2. Handsfree changed by service center ( after 1 month)
3.Touch pad not working .

Not only this i gave my phone to service center today & they asked me to collect it in the eve. I called them & went there to collect my phone after waiting for about 1.30hrs, I got to know my phone hardware is faulty now & on top of that the representative there asked me to wait for 7 days because they will be sending some data to there team to replace the phone.

I request the service provider to intervene & help me in getting my phone replaced & maintain the status of there Brand .

I already launched this complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.

i had deposit my n72 cell to nokia care at shre shyan sai communication rohtak.
PROBLAM-- phone screen content disapper and become black i.e we can not see and call too, for call or come back screen content first swith off then swith on the cell doing this it work normal for some time again the problem started.
cell sr. no is [protected] service job sheet no. [protected] deposit at above care center on 8/1/2010. with Rs. 500/ after two day they return me after some time i see the the same problem is there. i again hand over to them after one week they again return to me but after some time same problem is there. on 20/1/2010 i retun it to care center they told me disply light will be change and you should be charged Rs. 1000/ again . what is the problem . why they are is doing such, pl mail to that care center, and do need full as soon as possible .
