hai there iam dinesh i had been to purchase a new mobile from nokia xpress music 5730 which said to be lanched last year 2009 december but wen enquired they said on jan 1 2010 now its almost feb iam waiting for this mobile for past 4 months nokia r not yet sayin the lanch date plzz give me the corect date of the mobile lanch or else i can go for some other model or some other manufactuer
Dear sir, I have given nokia 5200 model to repair for not transmitting the voice, one week back to Nokia care at Jayanagar 3rd block, above Nelgiri shop.They have charged Rs 100, and returned back, saying that it can not be repaired.Same thing has been repaired by friend without any charge and working satisfactiorly.This is rediculous in your part that, if they are not able to carry out work satisfactorly, no fun in keeping coustomer support in the name of exploiting the public people money in the name of big banner Nokia India.

Nokia — not co-operating for skype software
I have a NOKIA 6260SLIDE 3G phone.but the problem is its not accepting skype software.its showing as the phone is not been registered with skype.other some of nokia phones are working with skype.please tel me the solution for my purpose of buying the phone was to communicate by 3g in skype.and also give me a comparitively solution. i bought nokia 5800 at the time of diwali...after a month or so...my cell started giving me problems...its getting hanged up every now and then...the image editing has problems...its is totally unsatisfactory ...we are spending quite a big amount for this cell but still the result not good ..i need my phone to get replaced...by a new one...it is disappointing...

Dear sir i have complaint for ur nokia care center which is in rajnagar ( ghaziabad ) that my cell phone has sound problem & i m fassing the same problem now a days & nokia acre assiatient is not working properlliy they are giving me the same every time lame excu... they are not shortout my prob ... i am faceing the same the prob ... now u tell me that what should i do ?????????

I completely agree that this Phone can make you very happy with all its features and at that price is awesome, however what we do not realise is "HOW " Nokia is able to Sell a phone which is comparable to I Phone and at half that Price!? ... ill tell you how!! the Display goes Blank... cant do nothing... No keys so you cant even try to switch on the music without the display! and it happens without warning... the Music hangs up, , , the tilts always goes haywire... my phone hasnt been dropped or let near water however one fine evening ( 35 days from purchase ) a call comes in and the phone goes Black! as Coal! ... and no matter how much i try doesnt come on! i always took care of my phone! i have just started paying the installaments on this phone! and look at what happens..isnt it a wierd thing!!! I have always bought nokias!! 11 years !! 27 sets !! and this is the last One!!! Horrible Cutomer Service!!!

i purchased nokia 3110c on last june-09 after one month my mobile restart again & again if i remove memory card then that work proper. i scan memory card no virus detect memory card condition is very good. i disagree with nokia. then i go to nokia care This type of problem came 2 times in my phone and i go to nokia centre twice in a month...:x

On purchase, as part of the scheme, I was promised Bluetooth free of cost. It is now over 6 months, I have been repeatedly following up for the same from your officials concerned but what I received were only verbal assurances.
I have been browsing the website for quite some time searching for e-mail addresses of your seniors sitting at the Head Office but it appears your website too does not function properly as the contact option does not open.
Please advise me how I should proceed with my claim?

when i want to delete text . i start to mark the particular text msg. select one by one when i mark 4 or 5 text msg. the problem is come in mobile that it automatically restart (nokia 2626)
the customer care network is poor and services need to be spruced up i too have a nagging problem wit my one month old e63 it remains connected to airtel live inspite of it being disconnected manually time and again its really botherin me a lot
