My question is
Weather it is (OS) software or display or any other problem.
If i switch on my mobile the mobile display get white color up to app 15 sec it never turn on what should I do.
One month before with this above problem my mobile turn on in app. 6 or 8 switch on attempt.
But now it never turn on even above 1000 attempt
but white light in display & key pad light illuminate app15 sec
My question is

As my brother buyed Nokia N-79 mobile in muskat for me in 12/12/09.. I unable to send sms in that phone.. I thought it would be some network problem aft that I gone to vodafone customer care to ask there they told me the problem is in my phone only, Because they I tried my SIM card in another mobile to check wether the sms is going or not in front of me unfortunately it is going & also i am getting delivery report.. When I send sms, the msg stays in outbox itself & shows to resend... Plz give me a suitable solution for me...

I had bought a new Nokia 7610 Supernova during October 2009 from QRS store, Calicut, Kerala. The IMEI number of my mobile is [protected]. Right from the day of purchase I am facing problems with this hand set. Thrice the same had been given to Nokia Care Centre, Calicut for problems like low/nil battery life, low ring tone volume. Every time the handset is returned to me by Nokia Care Centre stating that it has been rectified. The third time I gave it to Nokia care centre and the reference number of the job sheet was[protected]/100303/36. I had also taken up the issue with customer care at Bangalore and had been given reference ID No. as 1-[protected] on 09th March 2010.
After the third visit to Nokia Care Centre, I was made to understand that my handset shall be sent to Gurgaon. After a few days I was called by Nokia Care Centre and my handset had been returned to me by replacing the battery. But even after that my phone is having the same problems. Low ring tone volume/very feeble sound when you open the speaker/low or nil battery life. Hence kindly advice as what to do now ?
I would request you to take up the issue with Nokia because every time I log an issue at their web site under "Ask Nokia", I am given a standard reply which is also enclosed along with this mail. Their standard reply is always asking me hand over the set to Nokia Care Centre and give all details like IMEI number etc.
I have been asking Nokia that since my handset is not even six months old and it is under terms of guarantee and warranty they should either repair the set to my satisfaction or else should replace my handset. But they are not doing anything to resolve this issue. Please help

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.Contacts also vanishing itself.

I’m Here with expressing my un happiness towards Your Product Nokia N82-1 Model. I was being cursed by the NOKIA as I bought this handset at your Priority showroom a year ago with 21, 000/- and now I’m really effected with the software problem and no where sorted out Now I don’t like to lose my money. I would like to claim the concern and I want to get my money back for which I’m struggling for the ways…
My Problem is as follows.. It is just a software hang... I took it to the nearest Nokia care and showed it to them. They told me that we need to check it and this software will be up dated and nothing to worry about it. This cost you about 500/- for service and software up date required.
Now after a day I got it back and working fine... Suddenly same problem continued to come. I went to the same care (Mobi quest, Hyderabad.) and Informed about this. This time they took it and they told us we’ll do it again (Job Sheet No[protected]/100318/138, Date- 18/Mar/2010). I said yes and we‘ve proceeded for the same with out any charge. Now after 2 days They started telling me Your Mobile has got a software problem which cant be sorted out.. It’s a Level -4 Problem. We need to send it. As a costly mobile I okayed for it even they told us I‘ll be charged 5000/- for it.
After two days I got a message that your mobile is not repaired. Collect it. I was not happy at all with this. I approached them asking the reason they told me your mobile cant work. I was scared. How can I leave this mobile just for this silly software problem? It costs me 21, 000/- I Just don’t want to shut up for this silly reasons any more. I approached Nokia care ([protected]) they suggested me to contact Nokia Service Center. These two are throwing me on one another. Is it fair? Is this a service Nokia would give a customer? My Phone is just a Year old. Now I want to lodge a complaint the Director, Customer care with cc to concern head.
I’m surprised how a Nokia Care, Service center is just not bothered about Nokia Customer? Where should I go now? Can I go to Samsung? Sony Ericson? Please suggest me where to go now? I’ll go accordingly.
PLEASE SUGGEST ME A FEASIBLE AND AFFORDABLE SOLUTION WHICH SERVES MY PURPOSE.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have given my mobile to the nearest nokia care center no 672_504867 (Akshay Care at pune) on 24 dec 2009 as I was facing range problem and speaker problem. on the very same day they returned my phone saying that the problem was solved. but on returnin home I discovered that a new problem had started where the screen went blank. so i went back on the very same day and gave my phone, they returned my phone on 9th jan 2010 sayin the problem was solved. i went out of statin with the mobile n discovered non of the problems were solved. so on my return on 18th jan 2010 i gave back the mobile. after calling them several times finally on 22nd Feb 2010 they gave me my phone and there itself they themself realised that the problem was not sloved so that took it back. after that till date i have not got my phone.. i have already complainded many time on 30303838 customer care no but no response from them too. its been more then three months now. I need an urgent reply on this as non of the nokia authorities are responsible enough.

I Mr. N.Sathish babu had my NOKIA 6030 mobile for first time in past four years and i requested the customer care exiquative for corrective acction for the key pad 1, 4, 7, * are not operatebale the exiqutive said cunsultation is Rs.50/- for the inspection Rs.200/- to be charged and the rectification should be informed . i paid Rs.50/- and booked with the job no 326/51 on 26/03/2010 at after 12pm and i had a phone call stating that keypad needs to be replace with the charge of Rs.200/- and the mobile to be kept for fourther observation for 2 days I comform the neceserry corective action to be made . Again i had a call at 26/03/2010 5 pm it self the exiqutive informed that your phone is ready you can collect it, ( at the time of bocking the phone for service i informed that iam stationed at nellore please kindly make the job perfect) To day the problem is same as still i stringly belive that the service center people simply clean it given back i telephone and inform the exiqutive he says bring the phone to service center is it posible to go from Nellore to Hyderabad for the false service again .
I had small doubght why NOKIA out source the service to damage the company goodwill. if any clarification please call [protected].
