There is no difference found with new nokia original battery purchased at nokia priority shop and duplicate battery at outside in terms of performance. Nokia care tested this poor performance and replaced battery twice but improvements. Most of the time the accessory with nokia care and the warranty will ends in 6 months.. so are they only expecting the warranty period to come to end!!?
i have nokia 3600s...with vodafone cnnction...i m facing problems in using opera mini and other apps.
i hv the gprs settings installed but still these apps are not able to use the web...it says no internet settings available.

Immediately i went and contacted the shop "THE MOBILE STORE, Beltola, Guwahati" and they directed me to the service center. It was reported that the cell had some software problem which was mended within two days. I have been using the cell all these days and am coming across several problems in my set like-
1. The incoming calls are repeatedly disconnected within few seconds.
2. the call does not get disconnected easily, have to press the red key for a long time.
3. Once disconnected, again redialling takes a long time.
4. All the systems have become very slow.
Kindly look into the matter urgently. I would be glad if you could replace the cell with a new one because the cost of the cell is not a mere amount.
This is the 2nd time the dealer has been harassing us for two handsets.
An early reply will be highly appreciated.

2.why you shall not change a ill hand set[by born]...?
3.why my new hand set moving here & there ?
4.is this a process to collect money from market ?

ya above said compaliants about nokia & nokia care is true as they people don't acre about others people timings & moreover now Nokia is loosing their quality.i had brought a 7210 supernova on dated 5th june 2010& 26th june 2010 onwards its starting creating problems like battery is getting discharged & everytime wen u charge the mobile it start takingnew time & date this was not sufficient then even next day its displayed get damaged & wen i goes to nokia care sector 15 main market they said its damaged so n't in warranty period then they said they will chaged Rs. 1050 for display change.i have paid 1050 Rs. to them & they even didn't get agree to pay me slip for Rs 1050. they were not giving me slip as may be they want to kept money in their pockets .i was in nokia care for 1pm to 3pm & there were only 2 (one ata time ) persons for dealing with customer as whole time other peoples were on lunch as if they are taking one hour for lunch.
worse thing was that their employees were also admitting that there may be come technical problems in any cell with in one month too
they people are just dong watage of time of others peoples & they think the same way as they are ( free only)
i will advise other people also not to go for nokia now...

It seems lot o[censored]s have faced severe issues with SIlk Teleservices (nokia care marathalli). And thousand of rs have gone down the drain. I also face similar problem and have contacted Nokia, but the complaints have been falling in deaf ears. Silk Teleservices continues these mal practises without any action being taken against them. I think if we can all (all o[censored]s who gave face problems with Silk teleservices) get together and do something, it may be heard and our problems may be addressed even if its late.
We can save other customers from getting fleeced by these guys.
