i live in pune (aundh). the nokia care centre there in aundh didnt gave a proper service. our mobile were given to them at the last day of the warranty they didnt take it at the first time . but after that they took the mobile but didnt repaire it after 5 days also.now they returned back me the mobile saying it will b repaires in the factory only at the cost of Rs2800.how come they r carging me so much when my mobile is in warranty period? i am very disappointed with there service.i got the horrible service in nokia care, Aundh, Pune. those people r very mean

I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.
since the then time the mobile set is FM problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

I have purchased the Nokia 5800 set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Since then my worst dream started, They are neither repairing my phone nor giving it back to me . I have gone to this center thrice, waited hours in long line but their response was worst possible . I have registered a complaint in your care center, complaint no is : 1-[protected] .
Do not punish me for buying a Nokia phone . I am sorry . I won't buy it again & won't step into your service center again . Please give me my phone back ( wheather repaired or not )

I know you give to these mails, you have monopolised the market and hence least bother. Your service units are simply cheating public. I have 6500s purchased feb 2009. My sliding strip was damaged which I was told, would cost 1300 bucks (letmetell you your spare parts are too expensive, when you you are selling your mobile at 1390, a strip is costing 1300 it is pity), when gave it for service, they told it will cost me 2250/- as the display is gone (you will get a wondeful china mobile with all the features). I was irritated and got the mobile back. When I told the complaint to a local repair shop he said, that a strip would cost me 650/- ofcourse may be a duplicate one. I gave mobile for servicing, he charged me 700/- including service.
