Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

nokia 7210 supernova — NOKIA SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AND TOO DEADLY

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one nokia 7210 supervnoa handset on dated 17.07.2010. After three days, it is observed that when i call to any person from this handset to outer side person is not hearing my voice. I had submitted first time my same handset on dated 22.07.2010 for rectification they returned my handset on dated 23.07.2010 and assured me now your handset is ok.

After three days same problems occurs with this handset.

Again I submitted my handset on dated 10.08.2010 on service center. But till date i didn't received my mobile.

I am really frustrated with nokia service. And I think they are cheating and making fool to me.

Nokia is really worst service provider in india.

I have purchased NokiaE71 from Nokia Priority, Noida in Nov2009.
I was using at Accra -Ghana.
It failed in July for not getting the signals. It was given at Nokia Care Ghana. After a week they returned stating it has Warranty in India
After spending Rs. 3000/- for courier, it was then given to Nokia Care at Noida which states, set is tempered.
According to me it is tempered by either Nokia Care Accra or Noida.
Customer care sent a reply of predrafted messages without reading complaints.
I am tired of them. Can any body take up?????

dear sir/madam, i would beg to inform you that i am being to much harrassed by nokia care of barasat kolkata. i submitted my N82 mobile with aproblem of blank display for which i had to pay a sum of 2550. but at the date of delivary i bought the phone back and no sooner did i started using it the problem of BLANK DISPLAY STARTED again. then again i submitted it again 2 nokia care. this happened with me 3 times. it seems these people lack efficiency in their work. i feel like i am totally cheated. my experience with NOKIACARE is just HORRIBLE. dear sir,
i had bougt a nokia 5800 express music 9 months ago. and i felt a problem in his display and also some internal scratches in lcd display. my mobile is in warranty and i want to replace it right now. i went to the nokia customer care and they said to me that we have no ideas about this and we don't take any action against it.we only do that we can change it and we took rs.1800 for that. so, u talk to the bhiwani nokiA care and take any action against it.

Hello Sir,

My sister has purchased a NOKIA classic handset and there was a problem while purchasing(she felt), , and then she asked the seller also... ... that dealer told her that it is due to some software issue ...
and may be after some hours it will work...

r they people making fools to others who r not aware of technology ... they took a authorization from nokia to make people fool ...

can u do some help in that ... she has already given her phone to that person but its more than 15 days now ...he is not able to deliver the mobile

2. After few days I observed the set is not working properly
3. I approached the dealer who guided me to go to service centre ( Civil Lines , Roorkee).
4. I approached there so many times for getting the set repaired / replaced.
5. The action still awaited even after more than two years long.

i bought new nokia X6 on 15th august 2010.15 days later i got serious problem in my phone, the day before i have completely recharged my phone next morning i took it to site kept it at security gate when i returned in evening may be at 8pm i took my phone started to unlock my phone but i was shocked that my phone was out of charge . i observed the same for two days, n the use to heat up a lot with out any call i am feed up of this can any body help me wht to do for this.

iam with all my friends who suffered alot with misbehaving attiude of nokia customer care in delhi towards customer... i have faced this problem twice at jail road (west delhi)

listen my friends, compaling in courts nd consumer forum is not a solution.. they all are corrupted badly..we need to do something against nokia.

its my request to all consumers stop buying nokia phones nd go through some other company bt don't buy nokia cell..

its my humble request to all consumers to teach a lesson this nokia company...

because your are not today facing problem but later on, it can b happen with u also.. so pls, join this moto nd help people hard earning ..

i have taken a nokia mobile 5530...nearly 7 days after purchasingsome problem occured in my phone...i gave it to nokia customer care...they returned it back after12 days...after saying that it has been sent to nokia company..
but the problem still persist..i again give it to nokia care...they took it n return it in 15 days..again agter saying that it has been sent to company..but the problem of hanging n mute volume is still persisting...now it has become switch off autometically...kindly help me for the same...what should i do...keeping phone away from me for such a long time is very problematic...

On[protected], i purchase a Nokia Mpbile, Model No.N70(M) bearing IMEI:[protected], from M/S New Bahniman Electronics, Bharalmukh, Guwahati (Assam) 781009.But recently on the month of july 2010 my mobile was totally tampered as it droped in the water.I went to Nokia Care centre and many retail mobile outlets, they failed to repair it.Now i am left with this useless mobile and nothing to do with this .what should i do now?Please help me.
