Nokia Lumia 720 — Nokia Lumia 720 - idea 3g pack not activated

i bought nokia lumia 720 on 17 July 2013. It comes with a Promo offer with Idea Celluar giving 2gb of 3G data free per month for 2 months. after making the first call from the new phone the offer was not activated.
please resolve the issue.
