I had purchased mobile n73 music editionlast year .detail are given below . as nokia service centre in lowerparel has tampered my cell phone after repeated complain to nokia care line and to the service centre i had no reply .as the service centre has removed the part from my cell phone and accepetit .i am also haveing proof of tampered phone from other branch of nokiacare .

still these are to deaf ears so after waiting for 6mth i have field case to consumer courtin loiwrparel
please do look in to matter .

i will be highly oblidege to consider my application.

sir look inthe matter as i hadpurchased n73 music edition with bill and 1yr warrantyon 20th dec 2006 as this november ihad problem with my mobile as it was not charging .so i went to bright point service centre at lowerparel mumbai to get repair .on 17th nov2007 and after inspection they gave me the receipt and asked to call on 19thnov2007 after repeted fax on 19th and 20thnov2007 they told me to come on 24th nov 2007 for getting it back .

when i went there they told it is irreepable instrument adn gave me back .after repeted mail attached to nokia care they sujessted to visit me another care centre when i visited other care centre he was shocked and surpriesed to see the hand set hasa been tampered and one of the part is missing from the circuit board of instrument.

he sujjested me to again go to bright poingt again, for the same when i visited there i meet ms namrataqthe in charge she boldly told me as she has removed part andaccepted it verbaly
and she told me what ever you like you go ahead with he will not give me the part and not veven repair it.

after repeated email with nokia care and several times calling to nokia care 30303838help line no iam haeing all proof as phone tampered.theyare not accepting the fact and factor about and asking me to call after 36hrs and 28hrs.

please do look in to matter what should i do . i am haveing bill of purchased of mobile

with refrence to your, mail i had visited your another nokia care centre as per your suggestion in order to validate the previous asssessment made .as per the another nokia care centre they were very shocked and surprised onfinding that the instrument was tampered and some of the parts were missing.
i would be grate ful if you could again check my instrument and let me know whether my instrument is really tempered and whether any parts are mising from my instrument .if i am not able to get the satisfactory reply and the required services i will take necessary legal action againts you in the consumer court
and i will see to it that in case you fail to provide satisfactory reply for the acts committed by you, i will publish in news paper regarding the negligence and fraudulent act commited by the you, as i have proof to substance it my claim .

i hope i will get my reply or you replace my instrument .wating anticipation of your reply at the earliest.

nokia N73 free updation of software — deficiency of service

The nikia care cell at Shans electronics in Thrissur, Kerala, India is not giving proper srvice to the customers. though i have deposited the handset to them on 4/9/07, there was no proper response, instead they r teasing the customers for choosing the nokia phone. The tecnical and front office staff of the cell is very repulsive in approach. this is the second time i receive such bad treatment from them, this does affect the reputatation of the company. try to do the needful.

N73 Music edition — tampered phone received

Hi, i have purchased a N73 Music edition phone from Subhiksha Bandra West branch, on 17/4/2008 invoice no 117488, and i was facing a problem of phone getting hanged & battery not lasting for more than 3 hrs in a day, so i took the phone to Bright Point pvt ltd a nokia center, who opened the phone in my presents & declared the phone tampe on FMIC on the 3/5/2008 did my phone out of warrant, i had followed it with subhiksha, & they took me they will have phone replaced & asked me to come to the HCL service centre at sani naka center as Subhiksha purchased nokia model from HCL. after we reached there & i was asked wait down as customers are not allowed in the HCL office. I received a call after 1/2hrs time from the person of Subhiksha asking me what the problem is with the handset, he will get it repaired and not replaced, i went up & spke with the manager in HCL as about the Issue & the as i was speaking with the manageer the person from Subhiksha simply vanished from there. i really dont know wht is should i do i purchased the phone from Subhiksha thinking i will get warrant or atleast it will be a tamper free piece, i paid for the phone 12976/- and now i have a tampered phone, without any warrenty.

will Nokia & Subhiksha please take a note i dont see anyone doing anything regarding the issue..

i submitted my mobile in nokia care on 2nd of august, 2008. It went for swaping in the company. i again & again contacted but they just gave me dates. so on 27oct, 2008 i received my handset that too a defective 1.

I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA N73 ME MOBILE ON LAST OCT 2007. THE COMPANY GIVEN 1 YEAR WARRANTY FOR MOBILE PHONE. BUT LAST SATURDAY(03.01.2009) I HAVE WENT NOKIA CARE AGAIN TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE. AT THAT TIME THE OFFICE STAFF TOLD THAT WE WILL UPDATE, BUT IF IT IS GOT DEAD, IT WILL NOT SWITCH ON AGAIN. Nokia N-73 — Service under warranty

I bought a Nokia N73 mobilephone on April 1, 2008 with a warranty of 1 year
My Nokia N-73 had a problem with its joystick and i submitted it at a authorized service center of the company(Nokia Care) at Yamunanagar Haryana on November 27, 2008
They provided me with a jobsheet with a expected delivery back to me after 15 days
I visited them for the collection after 15 days from Nov 27, 08 but they provided me a next date after 10 days for getting my cellphone back
Now its been nearly 4 months that I still haven't got my cellphone back
and every time I visit their office they provide me a unsatisfactory answer and ask me to visit after 7-10 days
I am totally frustrated by the company responses

I Kunal Mahajan Having a Nokia Mobile N73 music edition.I buy this handset from Ludhiana Kipps Market Showroom on 11-Dec-2008.During these 6 months i am facing a problem many times, So i go for repair at your Nokia Care( Model Town Centre).Our mobile problem is Charging, Back Heating & Joy Stick problem.I submit my mobile at your nokia care centre many times.But I am not satisfied regarding my mobile. At last time Mr. Jaspal & Mr. Money who is the incharge of the centre was called me take my mobile for few days and said me that i wiil changed your mobile from head office. After few days when he gave me my mobile i am facing same problem & he said me that your mobile got changed by Nokia Head Office. my handset is within warranty period and yesterday,while operating,i found its JOYSTICK(NAVIGATION STICK) out of the handset.

What should i do now.....as i am completely unable to operate the cell phone without naviation stick.
