sir/madam, the data that i try to receive from other mobile phone via bluetooth does not go to my memory card rather it goes to the phone memory and sometimes when the data is more than say about 5mb the opration fails.kindly let me know as to how i may be able to receive this data. i have nokia 6300 handset with 1gb memory card.

SIR, i have got a message that i have won GBP200000 in SHELL INTERNATIONAL MOBILE DRAW2009[SPDC-77411], and prize is deposited in Nationwidebankuk. I had fill the form and send it in mail. Now they are saying that they will deliver the money to us via a diplomatic agent and we have to pay $950 for his tax and other clearance charges and also for his travelling cost.Now i realize that there are some such frauds and the agent will come tomorrow.Is there such an awad?Or is it a fraud? Please infirm me at the earliest, as it is too late.

I have purchased new mobile Nokia - model -3600s on 13.01.2009 at Big C, chandanagar, Hyderabad.
( ESN / IMEI NO : [protected] )

On 05.02.2009, the phone was found light was not glowing and power was not getting switched on. The phone is dead.

I am very sorry to say that the big company like Nokia, mobiles are failing within a month.

Because of poor quality of mobiles, customer like me are suffering. Now I am feeling that I could have purchased other company mobile.I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH NOKIA.

I was asked to sumit the mobile at Devata communications, Kukatpally, which I have submitted on 09.02.2009. ( job sheet no :[protected]/090209/52 ) . They have informed me that it will take 15 days to rectify the problem. This is very bad. How can I wait 15 days, for the negligence of Nokia. How can you make customers to suffer like this after spending about Rs 10, 000 on purchase of mobile.

As an engineer, I can confidently say that the mobile has failed due to poor quality and negligence of Nokia.

I need new mobile instead of repairing it . Kindly arrange to send new mobile within 48 hours. Pl note that I can't wait for 15 days.

I have lost my Nokia 6233 handset on 31st December 2008 (IMEI No.[protected]) at Mulund (East) while returning to home. The mobile handset was purchased on 3rd September 2008. The complaint has been lodged to Mulund (East) police station on 3rd Jan 2009 (ref No.03/09 dt 3rd Jan 2009). I was using vodafone sim card and mobile no.[protected].

i brought the nokia 3600 slide cell just 6 month back.from day of purchase every day about 3-4 times the display goes blank.i.e the incoming call and every thing comes as usual but without display(blank) no name nothing is visible. i went to several times to customer care.but as usual after 2 to 3 days later the problem started agin.now the problem is i brought the cell in bangalore and now i moved to delhi.and i don't have original mobile purchase bill but i have zerox copy of it.now every day i am facing the same problem.i felt going to customer is useless.

please advise me what i ahve do it fo this.
is it can i get the money from nokia back or atleast can i get new hand set.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased nokia 6500S from Jai Enterprises, Twin Tower, Hathwa Market, South Gandhi Maidan (Ph:[protected], Patna on 7/11/2008 invoice no. 3533. Soon after the purchase, the handset got into problems. It failed to detect the existing networks around. After consultation with the customer service center, I sent the handset for replacement. Though I got the new one after 45 days of applying, the problem still lies with the handset. Once the handset leaves its network, it fails to retain the same. I have tried to check my SIM card in other handset as well. The SIM works well in all other handsets. So, I am pretty sure that the problem lies only with the particular handset. I do hold all the necessary documents. Hence, I request you to do the needful at the earliest.

I had purchased a mobile of Nokia N95 on[protected] and visited the nokia service centre on[protected] for solve the mobile proble nut ther advise to deposte the said n95 set because they are helpless to solve the problems of my mobile. Then after i had deposited ny n95 to Boring Road Nokia Service Centre, Usha Arched, Near Hotel Lalita, East Boring Canal Road, Patna on[protected]. But I didn't receive my set till date and i didn't get any positive reply from concern service centre as well as Nokia Comapny. I have already send two or three email to Nokia Customer care email Id but I didn't get any positive reply. This is the service of Nokia in India. This is NOKIA.

This caller tune policy is cheating, and many like me are very unsatisfied with the caller tune policy as vodafone is not sending alerts before charging and but sending the same after charging 30 rupees per month.

I am Kundan Singh, had a phone n72 which was out of warranty, my phone got some problem of virus, i contacted to nokia care centre at Shadipur Depot on 9/01/09 they told me that your phone has booting problem because your handset has got affected by virus and has affected your hardware components thereafter they made a job sheet which has no:[protected]/090109/15, the expected delivery date was 10/01/09, they told me that the estimated cost will be Rs 800, the imei no is :[protected], actually i had some hectic shedule so i went to service centre after one month on 10/02/09 after one month also they asked me that you will get your handset on 12/02/09.
so now i am so upset with the service of nokia care, now i want to sue against the nokia care, sir/madam now i want to know that am i applicable to sue against nokia care which kind of compensation i will get in against of this case and kindly tell me the procedure to go ahead.

I brought Nokia 5310 thinking Nokia is the BEST among all the other companies, but I was wrong and now I believe your handsets are not only Dabba, But Nokia Service is also Hopeless.

On 29th Dec 08 I had a problem with my hand set, all the keys are not working, for which I had to visit Nokia care Sec 2 Noida.They just told me that it is software problem, so it is repired by a 2 days, after that i got a call stating that " Mam your mobile can not be repaired at our Center so we have to send it to head Center, We will give you a call when we received from taht center" after 15 days(10/Jan/09) i received my Mobile and after 4 days i am facing the same problem, again on (17/Jan/09)they told me Madam Kindly go to Nokia Priority Center they will take care of this problem, But the Nokia Priority manager told me that, . Nokia Series -40, mobile can not be virus afected, so this problem is handle by nokia care onlyt, after that Nokia care people take my set and again after 15 days(31/01/09) i received my set, But with damaged scratchy panel. They are not agree on that, When the set with me there is no single scratches on the mobile, how it possible i get a hand set which panel was broken.As it is under warranty considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand.

Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month
