[Resolved] Nokia N78 — ringer problem | |
sir i have n78 which is under warrenty. now my phone was hanging and restarting in oct 09 so i got it formated in nokia borivali. when i received my phone its keypad was slitely loose when i complained.they told me to wait for 1 hr and their officials said it is now perfect and fine. but one month later my left side ringer was showing problem and when i once again gave it to them they said that your keypad has been sticked by glue and we will not take it as a warrenty and you have to pay 1550 rs for changing its module.when i said that it is being opened by your guys onlyand last time i complained about it also and when i showed them jobsheet of that they said that still i will have to pay re 1550 as it will be taken as non warrenty mobile. please help Was this information helpful? | |

Nokia N78 — product swap
sir,i am experiencing recurring problems with my n78 model hand set. the zoom button doesn't work properly. i cant get the balance message from the service provider also. if i switch off and on, both problem is solved for few hours.then again the same problem. i have submitted the device to customer care 3, 4 times. but the fact is that, the problem arises frequently. the warranty will expire within 1 month. so if the problem arises again i cant claim the service warranty. i request you to swap the device.

Nokia N78 — Repair taking more than 45days
I bought a nokia N78 mobile on 24th november 2008 billing wz done on my brothers name, i used nokia software updater to update my mobile and the phone went dead, on 25th november it was sent to nokia care, they replaced me with another set on 3rd january 2009, which was found defected, and was sent again for repair on the same day, i registered complaint in nokia customer care, and they said that i will recieve my phone on 20th jan 2009 on the same nokia care centre where it was submitted, today on 20th when i visited the nokia care centre, they said the phone is still in head office and it will probably take 10 days more.Nokia care where phone was submitted: ssservices, 96/2, star press building, chunniganj kanpur.
