[Resolved]  OJJAS ENTERPRISES — CAller ID Multi Function Executive Phone

I was planning to buy some products from rediff online shopping however it is really dishearting to read the above complaints. This is for one vendor only, and only god knows what about the rest of vendors mentioned on rediff online shopping site. This is such a harrasment for consumers. People come to shop from big companies just because companies like rediff will provide better customer services however there trust is shattered and no body bothers about it.

Its big time we do some thing about this, please dont leave it because you are not the one with whom this has happened, rather we should take some stern steps to stop this.
I am definately gonna do something...

I was trying to buy a Stunt car being advertised by ojjas enterprise for my kid . In their ABOUT THE PRODUCT section they mention that the remote is not included in your purchase whereas in the very next point it is mentioned " comes with a remote controller " . I google searched ojjas enterprises and came across this page with a few dissatisfied customers and I would like to join them by not buying from Ojjas enterprises .
There is no way we can contact Ojjas Enterprises which is ridiculous !

OJJAS ENTERPRISES — Rediff Order 4804829

I ordered Super Mini Umbrella from Ojjas Enterprises via rediff on Aug 13 2008. I haven't received the order till now.

Tried mailing/calling the support for rediff and Ojjas but no luck. They don't respond.

So, can anyone advise what can be done in this situation.

One thing I would like to add is the order shows Handed Over To Courier (DHL) on Aug 14, 2008. But when I try to search for the consignment number on their site, it says 'Not found'.

I have purchased drill machine with 41 pcs. tool kit
its not working from the day one pls don't cheat innocent people like this
Rs. 700 + is a big money for me, to get need to struggle a lot

If this mail will not be treated and replied then I am going to file a case against Rediff.com and OJJAIS ENTERPRISES too. I had send a mail on dated 8/10/2008, but till now I hadn't received any reply nor ur number which is ther on the parcel it rings and no one pick it up.

Ojjas is the worst grey market and cheap chinese products provider please stop him selling anything

I purchased one car vacuum cleaner from rediff.com and supplier was OJJAS, in first week of oct08 through order no.4875893 but after delivery I found that it was not working.

caller id phone — non-delivery of product

I had placed an order with Rediiff shopping online for a caller id phone. The order was cleared and the product has been sent to me through TNT courier service on 20th November 2008, as per the message given to me from the supplier. Today is 2nd December, more than 10 days lapsed since the despatch of the product, the product is yet to reach me. Please look into the matter and do the needfull at the earliest. The order no : 5003221. I am available in below given address between 10 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.

Rediff people are in connaviance with the dealer and the courrier as well . I purchsed on cordless phone from DISCOUNT . AWY no. of ARAMEX was given . But no delivery was ever made . On contacting Aramex I was told that no consignment has been received by them . In fact ARAMEX and other courriers are basically responsible for this scam . They provide blank AWY bill receipts to the Vendors ; any of which number is communicated to Rediff and pasted on web site . Thanks to the almighty that the amount debited to my credit card was refunded by Rediff on my threatening them to go to consumer court .

Similar incident happened with me when Indiatime shopping depatched an article through a Vendor on "Blue Dart" The same modus was used at India times shopping.

I apprecite Ebay in this regard, bcos they debit to ur credit card but the money goes to Vendor only when you confirm delivery .

We must be cautious while shopping on Indiatimes shopping an Rediff as well . Their systems are basically faulty and irritating for a general Customer.

i booked an order of canon digitl camera a580 throgh rediff on line shopping .my order no.is 5145040.the purchase was made on 21/01/09.i recieved a email.from vendor the ojjas enterprises that order is apporved and i will get it in7to 10 days.on 1 feb.i recieved another email.from rediff that from vendor side the order is delayed n iwill get with in 3to 4 days.after that i try to communicate a lot to vendor n rediff but i m sorry to say ciuld not establish any contact.i feel they ae frauds .they are showing order is apporved but pending.god knows how much time it will take. i do not know that what should be done by me.is any body tell me?

Dear Sir,
I have purchased sewing machine and Tasco Telescope from Ojjas Enterprises via Rediff Shopping on 23rd of December, 2008 vide order Nos. 5091288, 5091072 respectively. Delivery was assured within 10 days. But its more than 1 month 10 days and still the orders are not despatched as the consigment Nos they forwared me are not registered on blue dart site as yet. I think there might be some problem or fraud. I request you if you can, for the sake of others, to stop "REDIFF SHOPPING" or to force them to stop business with OJJAS type companies.

I don’t know where is Oijisis till now I have not received any product I don’t have any idea of this and till date I have not received now I don’t know what do . My issue is still the same . I would like to file regaring the services my products are not with me and one World smallest camera is not working .
