i buoght a tuslim tv and it got some problem in four monts still in warrnty period and the repair service is so late still not repaired

This is to bring to your notice the horrible experience I have had and which is still continuing since I purchased an air conditioner for your authorized dealer at Pondicherry. I have suffered nothing but mental harassment and have made numerous phone calls to your dealer for the past 7 months. This is my first and last mail to you and I will go legal and see to it that my friends and family never buy an Onida product.
Case History:
I had purchased an AIRCONDITIONER from your dealer YESHEBA AGENCIES located at 314, KOSAKADAI STREET, PONDICHERRY VIDE RECEIPT NO: 8821 AND DELIVERY CHALLAN NO: 5089 on 09/06/2009. On the very second day of purchase water started leaking from the AC and the walls were soaking wet. After numerous calls made to the dealers office at 0413 – 226235 and to the dealer and mechanics at [protected] [ Vijaya Babu ] and K. Purushoth at [protected] nothing has been done till date. They have visited my premises and have just said that the unit is a faulty one and must be changed but nothing has happened till date. My father is a senior citizen is not well and the AC had been bought to make him feel comfortable at home but it has never served the purpose.
The dealer has been lethargic in is behavior and so is the mechanic. I have suffered a lot because of this and request you to change the unit supplied to me immediately and take stern action against your dealer.
Also if a new unit is put in place see to it that the date of warranty is from the date the new unit is in place or else do not bother , I will either throw the same in your dealer face and have a news published in the local news papers in Puducherry about the bad service of Onida.

i have bought onida 29" Oxygen which is under warranty, and i have issues with no functions in my television(switch off condition), i have contacted Mr.Sudhakar incharge supervisor for onida service(SACS) in Pudukkottai, he said that a tech will be sent today and there is no tech visiting my home .. this issue is up for the last 18 days. we & family members much suffer due to this poor services. is there any thing i can do to register a complaint with customer complaint cell or put these stupids in onida in Court.

Onida Chennai Service Very Bad — There are doing fraud
My name is Noorulla Shariff i am facing to much problem in My onida a/c its 1.5 ton it was working properly since 2 yrs afte that my a/c motor was good but it had a problem when i on the a/c it was not runnig when i put my finger and twist the fan then will it come's after 5-10 minutes i have to do same so i called for onida service. from vallsarvakum branch one man came his name was Senthil kumar he dont know anything about a/c repairing he bought a motor and fit in 10 days the a/c again was not working because he dont know to fit the a/c then i complaint once more one person named riyaz he sendto person's they broke the blazer and they told they will come in just 2-3 days but when i call after 5 days the told i will be there in 1hour like yhis there were doing 3 months and still my a/c is not repaired named Balram the haed of all when i call he puts the speaker in other phone and just scold riyaz the r making fools . I had registered a complaint of my non working air conditioner close to 10 days back. The complaint number for the same is [protected].We have been chasing the serivce centre representative Mr. Biswanath Halder for a solution but have still not found one. Today Mr. Halder mentioned that we can go and complain anywhere but he would not work on our issue.
Would request for this issue to be looked into
Onida — WASHING M/C NOT ROTATING
Dear Sir,I lodged complaint on 06 Apr 10 vide Complaint no.[protected]. After one week, when I contacted CC, I was told that address was not traceable, hence they closed the complaint. I don't understand the use of giving phone numbers and moreover three months back only from same service centre, people came and replaced the cabinet. Again last week they registered a new complaint vide,No.[protected]. I have never come across such a worst service and replies.

Onida Split Acs (2nos.) — Very poor service of ACs and breaking of covers locks of both the ACs
Sir,I am tired due to the pooe service of split ACs (2 nos.) installed at my residence.Service personel has broken the covers lock of both the indoor units during the service in the last week of March.2010 during the gurranty period..Even wiring of display unit of one of the ACs has been badly disturbed and filters are not being inserted in to the unit properly.
Cover of 1 ton unit was recently replaced by the company but service personel again has broken it during the service in the last week of March2010 within the gurranty period.
Pl help and maintain your good image of your company.

Onida — worest service
Dear Sir,i have bought onida air condetion less then a year and sudenly got problem which may is not that big issue coze it is normal but i have lodge a complaint to the company , they send service eng... they open the ac 15 days back and told us they have to change a part but we are still harsing by then every day , ok may if this company could be situated in usa or germany then it make sance that it take time to get part by couriers but this company is in india in mumbai , and parts are avialable all over india but no result we found, now we call every day that at leest thy should,t liev the ac open thy can close but they are not looking , leesning , or gieving proper answer ! now a days even they are not picking our phone or if they pic after 2wise 3rise time ring every day then same reply we are waiting for part and it will be done in two days . i am sure every day that i have to call first three or five time and then same reply or they will pass new complant number . we bought this ac to sllep relaxly peacfully but it become a big headeack .
we are requesting you plzz look in to the matter and solev our problem soon as soon posible it is realy hard spent that much money on ac and sleeping without it !

Onida — POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE
I HAVE PURCHASED A WINDOW AIR CONDITION -1.5 ton OF ONIDA COMPANY FROM COOL CARE , BEHIND AMBA CINEMA, GHANTA GHAR, DELHI-7 ON 22.03.2009IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE 1ST DAY AND I HAVE COMPLAINET AROUND 10-15 TIMES TO ONIDA FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. BUT THE PROBLEM NOT SHORT OUT BY THEM.
NOW IN THIS SEASON THE SAME PROBLEM ARRIES AGAIN AND NOW WHEN I HAVE LODGE A COMPLAINT IN THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THEN THEY TOLD YOU HAVE TO PAY CHARGES FOR THAT AS THIS PRODUCT IS NOT IN WARRENTY.
WHEN I GOT A WRONG PRODUCT FROM THE COMPANY AND I HAVE LODGE SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND THE COMPLAINTS NOT SHORT OUT THEN WHY I HAVE TO PAY CHARGES FOR THAT.

Onida — "Microwave Convectional Oven"
In reference to my complain no. [protected] & [protected] to "Onida Service Centre" regarding my oven is being pre-heated automatically.1st time a person (Sehadul Seth)" came down from their changed a part say "Megatron of the machine has been spoiled" and charged us Rs.2500/- soon after the 1st repair again after two days same problem was being faced by me.
Again for the second time I made a complain and nobody turned up till my two to three call in the service center of onida.
Finally a person (Subir Basu)" came from their end after one month and said "The megatron has been spoiled it needs to be changed" and goes by saying "I'll come back in two to three days", but as same no one turned up.
So, finally I called the head of dept. (no.[protected]) in this context on 7'May'10 as per service center suggestion. The concern person said " I'll send a (Subir Basu) on sunday or monday to my your oven repaired, but till date no one turned up.
Please help me out sir/madam.
Am Rajesh from chennai...Onida Airconditioner customer care is really like hell...they are saying we have taken a request...but if we ask the complaint number...they are saying system problem call after some time and get the request number...
i bought the onida 1ton before 32 days...now problem is arised.outdoor unit is not working...useless customer care.
