Onida Hydrofall Washing Machine — Bad Service

Hello everyone,
THIS MAY BE A BIG STORY TO READ BUT PLEASE SPEND SOME MINS TO AVOID SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE

* Hope everyone are Good but nobody will be fine if they have ONIDA product.
* The Big Mistake i ever made in my life is purchasing ONIDA product. Let me explain my problem
I bought a ONIDA WASHING MACHINE which was working fine only for 6 month(dont think its a big period). Fifteen days before one of the machine switch broken and i launched a complaint immediately, but people in ONIDA SERVICE CENTERS are more active once u launch a complaint immediately they will give a COMPLAINT NUMBER(i think they got a SUPER XXL computer) and they said within two days service engineer will FIXe issue(WOW).
I waited for three days(because i was waiting the second day for almost 8 hrs from morning to evening waiting for this ...and i made almost 100 calls for this service center in which my bill payment roased to 2000 RS.
Huh atlast i really got irritated on 10th day and they said we will send an engineer at 3 pm. Dont think that they have send a engineer, he came next day at 6 pm and said sorry for the delay and he said the reason as too much traffic near my area(please dont laugh). I didnt respond to him and asked him to chk whts the problem. He said its the problem with the switch(great altast he found the problem which is at the top of the machine and it took almost 2 hrs to find the problem because he was inside the washing machine and the problem is outside in the switch(wht a engineer) really he is so brilliant.
Big comedy is he called one of his supervisor and said its a problem with the switch. The person in the other end said he has the stock and promised problem will be fixed tomorrow. As usual no one came the next day again i called the service people and shouted at him. He said we dont have a stock(wht a service) and big comedy is he also got tensed as off he called me. Today on 25th MOn 09 he said it takestwo days to get the SWITCH, climax scene is within five min again one of the service engineer from the same place he called me and said we will fix the issuetoday before 3pm(wht a miscommunication because he is calling from the same phone and same place, person called me is next to him. I think he has free PASS to go in a Aeroplane to his Head office which is in Delhi).
THIS MAY SOUND LAUGHING BUT I M REALLY HURTED, TIRED LOOSING SOME BUGS TO CALL THOSE GUYS. I BOUGHT THIS WASHING MACHINE PARTICULARLY FOR MY MOTHER TO AVOID HER WASHING CLOTH AS SHE IS SICK. BUT THIS GUYS MADE ME SICK NOW.
THIS IS MY STORY, HOPE EVERY GETS ONIDA PRODUCT ?
WHO EVER READS PLEASE TAKE SEVERE ACTION ON THEM.

onida G460 — GPRS; WAP

GPRS is not working from the day of purchase.
this not at all an internet supported mobile.
display is bad.
video clarity is low.
battery back is reducing day by day.
main problem in the configure of GPRS. gprs is not subscribed in this mobile...

Onida G460 — GPRS not subscribed

i bought mobile onidag460 for the purpose of GPRS; but when i tried for WAP it is displaying "GPRS not subscribed ". i have airtel sim. The AIRTEL customercare said onidag460 mobile doesnot subscribed with GPRS && also said that this mobile does not support GPRS. The onida customer care didn't respond well and said that it's the network fault from AIRTEL .
This is bad to say that, a branded company mobiles of onida were unworth; not rightly configured, with bad display; low quality display of video;etc

Onida Air Conditioner - Model No W1124r — Delay in attending complaints on Onida Ac's

I had a complaint on Onida window air conditioner which I had logged in a complaint on 23rd May 2009. The complaint no. is [protected]. The complaint was registered and we were told that the technican will attend us in 24 hrs. But the technician named Mr Salim landed on saturday and told us that their is a leakage in the A/c and it has to be taken to the factory and then it will be repaired. He told us that the A/c will be picked up on Monday fro our house. But when no one turned up we called up Mr mane and he tells us that the pick-up of A/c will not be done before Wednesday. The customer guys are making fool of my parents who are senior citizens and no one wants to take any heed of the same.

The same complaint was raised in the month of Feb 2009 and it was repaired after 15 days and the A/c was delivered to us on 5th march 2009.

I would request you to kindly help us getting our complaint sorted out.

I am Nakkeeran. I have purchased 1 ton A.C. about 15 days back. From the day one i facing problem. Based on that i have logged a call wide no. 56382347. Till such time no one has turned up. Daily i am spending more than a hour to get the service telephone no. Even after getting that service number i am not getting any proper respone. I am really fedup of calling. Service is VERY VERY VERY POOR. Hence i will suggest to my friends not to go for ONIDA products.

Onida G460 Mobile — about the software given

sir,
i am a user of onida g460 mobile.The software given by the company to that phone is not installing in the computer properly.I had intimated it to the company email address and they said that it will work.But still when i install the software it is saying that the software is not yet passed for windows testing.so please look into this and solve my problem thanking you...

bluetooth is not available in G460 ONIDA mobile phone
We have a front loading washing machine model no : WM5410 which is 5 years old.

For the past 3 years we were not using machine and it was kept idle.

When we switched on 6 months back to reuse the machine it was found that the machine was not working (only it was rinsing but not washing)

So we have logged a complaint with Onida Service center to rectify the problem and your service personal had attended and said that the problem is with timer.

They had replaced the timer with a new timer after two days or so and still the problem was not solved. So they returned back saying that they will come back again. But nobody came after that. So we had to call again Onida Service and two Senior service personals had come to rectify the problem and they again said that the timer is having problem and it may take 15 to 20 day time as the timer has to come from Mumbai office. We said ok.

After one month we started following up with your service, Bangalore and till now (it is almost 3 months) we are getting the response that the part is yet to be received from Mumbai office.

Now we are very much disappointed with Onida service.

Actually speaking we wanted to go for IFB at the time of purchase but somehow we got impressed with your product and we have been told that Onida provides a good service and the product also is good and all. So we selected this washing machine.

Coming across this much of problem with your service, if we would have known all these at the time of purchase itself, we would not have gone for Onida washing machine.

Now no other option than behind you, we once again kindly request the concern person to look into this matter seriously and give us the solution on priority otherwise we may have to take this issue to higher levels.

I given my Onida TV for rectification of repair to V Karthi, AdonisElectronics Pvt Ltd, ONIDA CUSTOMER RELATION CENTRE, 78/113, Venkatesa Colony, Vallalat Street, Pollachi, Tamilnadu, dated on 12/05/2009, bill no:5223. he charged me Rs1600. But it has been not corrected till now. I informed to concerned person through phone and directly in many times. but he has been responded me. I send a register post on 27/06/2009. But he was not worried. I beleive in the name of ONIDA, not others. So you should be given good service me. Thank You.

Onida — Microwave Oven 29GJP 23S Grill

Dear Sir.
I had purchased microwave oven from T.V.C. Electronic Block 20, 108 Pudhukuppam, Neyveli-607803. vide their cash receipt number 01/3047 dated[protected]. Within one and half year of operation, I have observed that inner cabinet got rusted. I have called your service engineer based in Neyveli, who informed me that it is an exemptional case and assured to take up the matter and revert back. He has also suggested that inner cabinet to be replaced.
I would request you to repair the same at free of cost as we feel that it could be a manufacturing defect. If your are not able to repair it, please as a special case replace the same at the earliest.
I am really surprised that a reputed company like you is selling the product which is not having self life for more than one year.
For your information we are having onida electronic aplliances viz. TV, DVD, etc. and are patronising your prduct for so many years. Considering this we request you to replace the oven or repair it free of cost.
Your early action in the matter is very well appreciated.

i have bought onida hydromatic 62 top loading washing machine 19 months before during the 9th month it got repaired in the control board we complaint lot of times after a month of cry they serviced but now the water is leaking in the unit we have complaint more than five times through phone and also in personal but no response till now any one pls send the email id or postal address of the officials of the onida company i have decided to send a typed letter to them any one pls help me

i have purchase one ONIDA 29" TRU SLIM TV IN MADURAI. BUT THE TV IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING. ONE YEAR COMPLETED FROM PURCHASE OF THAT TV.

THE MADURAI CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT RESPONDING WITH THE CUSTOMER CALLS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE MANAGERS AND ENGINEERS ALL OR VERY BAD ANSWER AND NOT TO GIVEN CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I REQUEST TO ONIDA GROUP PEOPLE KINDLY FOLLOW THE SERVICE CENTRES AND WORKED PEOPLES. KINDLY GIVE TRAINNING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE MANAGERS AND ENGINEERS OTHERWISE YOUR BUSINESS IS WASTE.
We had bought 21"TV from NIRMAN ELECTRNICS, 209, Satyam Shopping, Opp.SBI BANK, TADWADI, RANDER ROAD, SURAT. But after 15days TV Screen became spreaded.
When we complained about that they haven't attained our complaint.


So, Pl. do the needful in the above matter.
I have bought a onida 29' DVMC oxygen t.v . it had problem in its picture tube.we have made complaints several times but no service was made till now . we need you to take action to clear this problem.

Onida 21'' Color TV — TV NOT WORKING DUE TO ELECTRIC SUPPLY

I AM USING THAT BRABD FROM LAST 1.5 YEARS . FROM YESTERDAY IT IS NOT WORKING. NEIGHER IT IS SHOWING ELECTRIC LIGHT NOR ANY SOUND WHEN I SWITCHING ON IT.
