Onida Powersolo D 17 — Broken glass

Aggressive marketing and sales followed by poor after sales service dooms a company. Dont all the managers fail to understand this. It turned out to be a frustrating experience to get the glass plate that rotates in our Microwave replaced after it broke. It has been 15 days, numerous phone calls, assurances by high flung post holders, only to come to the conclusion that Onida is least bothered about the customers who have put faith in them. I have spoken to Bapat, Shivnani, Ritesh Jaiswal, Sanjay, Adonis, and so on only to strike a wall of excuses, explanations and reasons about why they cant do anything about the problem and they may try.
Hope all companies are not the same, that there are some who give due importance to this aspect in the interest of a longer run for their products.

I have also got a similar experience with Adonis Electronics, Pune.

I have got a Onida washing machine model Hydromatic 60 and purchased on 4/1/08. Machine is covered under the warranty of 2 years.

Fast spin of the machine stopped on 16/10/09. I immidaitely booked a compaint on 16/10. Service representative visited on 18/10/09 and attended the problem. As told by him problem was was with some internal switch adjustment. I asked him about the recurrance of the problem and he assured me that the problem will not reucrr. With the trust on him, I gave satisfactory service report.

However, on 14/11/09 again the same problem recurred. once again, I booked a compaint(compalint no. 553 dt. 16/11/09. This time different person visited, who was very arrogant in talking and was trying to push his work of cleaning filter etc. to my 80 year old father in law. My wife rang me up and I rushed to my house.

I asked this person to change the swich if it is not working properly. He arrogantly replied, 'not required, I have tightened it properly'. I aksed him that the similarl exercise was done one month back and the problem is repeated. This indiacate that there is some problem either with switch of its fitment. He was not ready to accept and asked me to give the siganture on the paper. I conveyed my dissatisfaction on paper and aske him to give a copy of this paper after his sign. However, he refused to sign and went away,

Now, my machine is about to complete warranty period. I approched service incharge and although he has verbally given me assurance that the machine will be repaired for the same problem even after warranty period is over., but nothing is on record.

May I request Onida to inetervene in the matter and revert.

Onida Washing Machine 7.5kg — caught fire

my onida washing maschine which was 14month old last 2 days back just bursted all of a sudden in a room and caught fire, when it was in idle condition with out being on, and so far no one has bothered to even call me after all the complaints kindly help due to this the whole room also caught fire...
be carefull with this contraption it can blow your house off.....

Dear Sir/madam, I am regreat to informed you that after a several remainder to the company a ADONIS ELECTRONIC PVT LTD; I had spoken to Mr.neha and jacob and mr.bharat a tecnician who visited my house to repair my television after remainding every alternate day, only they say every time me that they are sending a person to collect the xerox copy of the original purchase bill. but their are not coming. mr neha told me that your material is ready i am sendind some one tommorow. no one had came.this is quality of service providing sector. each an every one giving false information to me.i try to contact Mr.louis a senior in-charge of mumbai division but is both the phone he is not lifting at all. phone no.are [protected]/[protected], contacted date an time 27/12/2009.in the afternoon from lane line no.are [protected].first complaint no.[protected] dated 06/12/2009.

Onida TV Neo 250 — the pictur is not coming

I have purchase a onida colour tv in the last month of march and the TV in the warranty of 1 year. Form the middle of the October there is problem in tv the picture has not coming.
I have complaint again the problem from the dealer VISHAL ELECTRONIC SUBHASH ROAD DEHRADUN and as well as from the local care center of Onida in the last October. But still the problem is continue the dealer and care center is saying that some part of the TV is not available and will come from Mumbai.
I am not satisfied with service of ONIDA. If the problem is not sort out immediately i will move to the Consumer court at Dehradun so look at the matter personnel y. thanks.

Before buying a product of ONIDA please think 100 times, because even I made a big mistake, so I don't want any one else to face the same problem, I bought a microwave oven BLACK BEAUTY PB 28 which is known as top model. on Dec 24 2008 exactly after one year cook heat is not functioning, I called up customer care[protected] & complained, after that the gave a complaint no which is of no use. again & again I called up the customer care but did not get any response after many calls they gave the mobile no of the manager, I spoke to the manager he promised he will sort out the issue ASAP, but nothing happened till now, I was fed-up with this type service, I started browsing the web to find for the higher authority & found thousand, s of complaint in the web,

Onida 29" (Oxygen) — Service not made correctly

I bought Onida TV 2005 it got repair June 2009; I gave for service in Ayanavaram service center they kept their 3 months, whenever I call they said some parts needs to come from Mumbai. Suddenly they return the TV, it works 2 days only again its not working I called up and told about this, they ask me to bring TV to their service center again. It took around
RS. 800 for travel expenses first time... I can't spent another 800 now, I don't know what I can do....

Onida21 inch TV — poor service

Behaviour of customer service is very very bad

My Onida TV set has some problem in fuse system and for we logged an complain in Onida customer care. No[protected] vide complant no 336 after giving so many call after 3 days one man came to us to repair our TV his name was Deepak & his mobileno is [protected] he has put some local parts in TV due to this after 2 hrs only my tv stop working So when we called them again ( to the number [protected] which is onida Mechanic number) , he just behaved in a rude manner.Than i spoke to customer care no again the same lady is there & i told him all thing I say that if you can send somebody today or i repair it from outside she say its up to you but i cannot send anyone again & again so i repair it from outside & i spend Rs340/- money is not a matter I think the guy in ONIDA customer care centre do not have an idea of what customer care is all about.

Really a bad service..

Onida 29 " True Slim — operation

while dealing with sound settings , just to check it i hve done sound lock...but the problem is it is not coming back means now it is not reversing ..while the other functions are reversing...also while solving this problem by mistake i have done one channel locked..also not entered any code...but now that channel is locked ..i want to know what shud i do...kindly suggest..

Onida Colour T.V. — Late Service in Ranchi Servicing Centre

Hi,

I bought a Onida Colour TV from Bharat Electronics on 5th August 2009. Now, this time picture colour goes discolour and i call dealer for send Mechanic. He also send Mechanic two times but problem remain same. After that i submitted TV on your Service Centre on 30th Jan 2010. Now, when i called for status of TV , they told to me everytime that 8 to 10 days after called us.

Now, i think that Onida products are bad. He's service is also bad.
I am facing the same problem
