[Resolved]  Onida TV (KY Thunder Model) — COMPLIANCE OF ONIDA SERVICE CENTRE

I AM MRS KUMAR FROM JABALPUR (M.P) I REGISTERD A COMPLIANT IN ONIDA SERVICE CENTRE ON 07/10/2008 MY T V IS NOT WORKING. THE SERVICE ENGINEER MR.PANKAJ CAME &TOOK SOME PART FROM MY T V SET SAYING THAT I WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE AND WILL DO IT WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT TEN DAYS GONE NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTRE I AM FED UP COULD YOU PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO NEXT. COULD YOU GIVE ME ONIDA COMPANY'S HIGHER AUTHORITY'S CONDUCT NUMBER? WHERE I CAN LODGE COMPLIANT ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE OF ONIDA SERVICE CENTRE. MY CONDUCT NO IS [protected]

We have lounched complain regarding non fuctioning of Television which is in warrenty period. Your mechanic has visited our place as per job no. [protected] in last week but after that nobody has given any responce our communication from the distributor. So kindly look into the mater & do the needful.
Model :- Onida C TV dt. 24.09.09 purchased at Laxmi Radio & TV centre, Ambarnath (E) in the month of April 2009.

I want to register a complaint regarding my ONIDA KY Thunder model 21" 1200w TV it is not working properly.Electric flash with TV Picture on time. TV goes Automatically Colour and sound change with Flash on time and off time.

We want the service your side to get TV in working Condition properly we are in a Warranty customer so kindly to the needfull.

dear sir i had complained about my 29 inch onida ky thunder to onida cusstomer relation center Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd.at chandrapur Maharashtra your service Eng. visit my home and told me about some fault for that he charge me Rs2500/- after thatsome days later again he told me about replacement of Picture Tube. for that he charge me about Rs.10000/- but problem was not solved . picture angle was not clear also KY bass not working properly. he told me this is final adjustment .i am not satisfied about service & tv repair. after paying huge amount i am mentaly harased.please do the needful otherwise i have to take leegal action.

i have taken two air conditioners of onida and i was fully satisfied with it.
but lately before 10 days i have complained about the Ac but they didnt registered the complain and now they are delaying it . i have complained about the ac on 27th march but they have registered it on 6th april.i have complained to bajaj electronics showroom .which is in big bazar on abids . I made complaint telephonically again & again. Please do necessary action for servicing my AC or else i will lodge a police complain.

i have complaint about service center in chandrapur, maharashtra. my 29 in. ky not working properly.a technition came home and get some repair, he advice me to change picture tube i paid 12000/- .but after so many visit still my tv is not working properly. sir please do the needful.other wise i will to take leegal action against you and your authorised service center .

poor responce from Vikas Electronics, Junagadh regarding complaint of routine fault of my tv. Also no any responce from area sales Manager MR rohit. .He keeps his mobile switch OFF . Also Ahmedabad care center is not responding even for for writing complaint. I want to go In Foram Court. Please take immediate action for repairing of my tv set or otherwise I will go in Foram court for Justice which please not seriously.

On October 2009 I bought one Onida CTV from Next Retail India Pvt
Ltd(Vennala-cochin out let), but the same got some compliant on 17th May
2010. I had already informed your service centre several times and a
compliant was registered on 18/05/2010 (Compliant No[protected]). Your
Technician came for service and informed that some component got damaged and
within three four days time the same will be replaced. But so far they
have neither come nor rectified the problem. Every day Iam contacting your
service Centre and every time the answer is “spare is not available”. I
have tried to contact your Service Head Mr.Kurup, but that was also in vain
as he never attended my phone.
Now I request you to take my call in a positive way failing and which I will
be forced to approach ConsumerCourt.

your service is very bad i bought air condition it broke fan and i have been suffered from 2 nights(from friday night)and your service center inform me that they will come wednesday...so i ll never buy your product again
