I bought an onida dvd palyer last year.But after 4 or 5 months, it starts showing message "no disk" every time when i insert any dvd.I made it repaired but after some days it starts same problems.

I bought an onida dvd player one and half year ago.But now it is showing message "no disk" every time when i insert any disc, please tell me the remedy.
i have a onida dvd player model no. DFX 5985, from past one month its not functioning properly. Every time a insert a dvd in that its shows a msg 'NO DISK'. but cds are playing without any issue. Tell me what should i do.
Thanks in advance.
Please provide me phone no. of onida service centre. Is there any service centre of onida in ALWAR (RAJASTHAN)??

    I was induced by the executives of the Onida that they have very good services round the clock if purchase. Deceived by such mis-representatives I purchased Onida Micro Oven with model No as 20 GJP 23 in the month of January 2008.

    I gave a complaint to Onida customer center at Hyderabad and registered a complaint No[protected] on[protected] for replace of the round glass of my Micro Oven which was broken, at my expenses including the charges for delivery. I categorically informed the model No as 20 GJP 23

    I was called by the service center to collect the glass from their service center at Gunfoundary, Abids, Hyderabad on 18/[protected]. After going there they said that the glass is not available and iam informed that i will be informed by them soon they receive the model glass, but that never happened.

    I got registered 2nd complaint on[protected] with complaint No[protected] to replace the glass at my expenses including the charges for delivery. On[protected] the representative came with a glass of a different model and informed that I gave a wrong model. I categorically informed the model No as 20 GJP 23.

    Since the Micro Oven is mostly utilized in Winter season and from the last more than one month Iam not able to utilize the Micro Oven for want of inefficient and failure to provide the services by Onida. Its a clear case of deficiency of services by Onida.

    Ple take necessary action at the earliest.

    Onida Micro Oven — Poor and rude service

    I had complained about my Onida Micro oven 25 L on First week of March 008. Now after 25 days of the complaint, i feel like cheated, insulted.

    Nature of Complaint : Stains on the front glass door

    History
    I had bought Onida 25L microwave oven on 17th November 2007 at Chennai Saravana Stores. After some times it got stains in the front glass and menu display completely. But that time it was in working condition.
    Regarding this stains we registered compliant in the customer service at Chennai (Compliant number: 66380464 and on first week of March 2008).

    One Gentle from customer service came, by accidently he Brocken the front glass completely during his esteemed service

    After that we used regularly call to the service centre and Service manager in adayar (Near to our location).He will tell one day and another day we will do it.

    Last Wednesday (26/03/2008) another service person from onida came with a new front glass but that size is not suitable to my oven. Since mine is 25 L and He bought 20Ls

    He told that the next day he will come and fix the correct one. But still situation is same

    On Last Saturday March 29, 2008 I called service manager (Mr Chandra sekhar at Adayar(Near) chennai). He said very rudely that he is busy now and busy with the audit .He cannot do anything the glass it has to come from Mumbai so it will take some more time. Now, After 25 days doing all the experiments with two service engineers Mr Chandra sekhar (service Area Manager-adayar chennai) is telling I needs to wait for 2 weeks, since Audit is going on.He is talking very rudely and in silly manner.

    I am really fed up of calling Service Engineer again & again.

    Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my Micro Oven problems.
    Then I had one more request to onida please keep some able persons in prime areas. (At least who can speak in politely) in customer service as relation ship managers.

    I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind.

    Onida Micro Oven — no service support

    Dear All,

    Last month We have purchased Onida Mircooven- Conventional (black beauty) from Ratna Stores, Pondy Bazaar, Chennai

    We called the call centre of Onida to give demo. An engineer has come and gave demo in 10 min went which was was not at all satisfactory. We told him to take some more time to explain properly. But he left. For frying the vegetables we kept in grill mode and lost the plastic plate (melted)

    We again called the call centre no:[protected] complaint no:[protected] for more than 20 times. Evertime they say that they will send the engineer and till now nobody has come.

    I am waiting for the engineer to come and give proper demo.

    About the poor service from Onida at UDUPI

    I had bought Onida 20L microwave oven on 02nd November 2005 at Mahesh Enterprises, Brahmavar. Purchase price was Rs.3600/-. After 1 months of purchase it completely stopped working. That time it was in warranty period, so I got it repaired by paying Rs.500.
    After that, once again after 3 months same problem. So once again I have got it repaired by paying Rs.700.
    After that till Dec 08 not faced much problem. In Jan 09 once again same problem. As usual I took it for repair. This time Mr. Srikanth (phone number[protected] /[protected] told total estimated cost for repair is Rs.250 will be serviced within weeks time. So I told OK. After weeks time I have visited there and asked for the same. He told we are not able to repair it here and we send your Oven to Mangalore for repair. As I have no other option other than to wait. After 2 weeks I have visited there, no proper response received from Mr. Srikanth. He gave Mr Venkatesh Babu Phone number. He is working for Mangalore service centre. His number is[protected]. I called him directly. He told ya we have received the oven for repair and it is repaired. Total cost of repair is Rs.1300/-. Pls pay Rs. 1300/- and take back your oven. Now pls tell me what you mean by estimate. Estimated for Rs. 250/- and total cost of repair is Rs.1300/- let me know where is the comparison?????? If they told before repair, I might have been told No.
    Ok assume I paid Rs.1300/- and got my oven back. Is there any guarantee that it won’t go back to same problem.
    Total maintenance cost of ONIDA Micro Oven in 3 years time is almost Rs.2500/- (500+700+1300). Where as purchase price is Rs.3600/- only.

    I am really fed up with the service.

    Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my Micro Oven problems.

      This happened with the Onida service center(Adonis electronics pvt ltd), Bangalore

      I bought a new Onida 29" TV and model number CO 29 SL 400BL in Oct 2008. Its having some coplaint in the tube and in power on board in down sometime in November 08. The timer just wouldn't shut off and would reset to some high time like 50min all by itself.

      I registered a service call on 5-dec-08 after sustaining the problems for so many days and they finally lodged our complaint and service engineer visited our house and they collected TV from us to their service center on 10th December 2008, they promised me they have correct the tv within week and after a week we ping for about 10times they told that they are not yet fix the problem it may need somemore days time and after argueing and talk with the higher authorities they provide one old stand by TV.

      After so many weeks nearly more than 8weeks till date they not yet fix the problem and they have simply given some reasons but our TV not yet corrected.

      We don't whom to contact and they are not providing the higher authorities number. So we came to conclusion we not should not belive this company and company products especially their service to the customers

      The service staff is totally incompetent. They have no clue what is wrong and do not have the tools / knowledge to address calls.

        SIR, MY NAME IS GANESH, I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW CELL PHONE THEY GAVE ME THE WARRANTY FOR ONE YEAR AFTER USING 3 MONTHS BUT IT
        GOT SOME PROBLEM SO I WENT TO THE MOBILE PFFICE FOR REPAIR OF MY MOBILE I ALSO HAVE WARRNTY FOR MY MOBILE BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY SAYING THAT THEY CANT DO MY CELL I HAVE GONE FOR CONTUNOUSLY FOR 3 DAYS FOR MY MOBILE BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND FOR MY COMPLAINY OF MY MOBILE THEY ARE VERY UNCARING FOR MY MOBILE PLEASE JUST SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

        Sir i bought onida F830 5 months back but there is some problem in its charging cable or data cable i contact to the distributors but your service centre is not giving me any response regarding new cable. Its now one month over when i gave the original data cable to the service centre. I am unable to use my phone..Pls give me some response.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have a fully automatic Onida washing machine (top loading), was not working for the past weeks and I made a complaint with Ondia authorised dealer. Even after two weeks no one turned up to check the machine and daily i was calling the customer care. Everday I was told that engineer will be coming that day, but no luck.

          Finally, customer care gave me direct number to contact engineer, Sridhar. I talked to him over phone many times, but he has not shown any interest in coming to my place and checking it.

          I would really like to get it escalated to Onida management atleast as I feel, its really cheating the cutomer.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          Am a Customer of ONIDA Washing machine i purchased this machine from VASANTH & Co PORUR on 24.10.05.
          This Machine was working properly from the day we purchased till 14.5.09. The problem was the machine was not working Properly. And we complained to the Customer care and they said will sent the person in 2 days.
          A Gentleman came from the Adonis ServiceCenter Valasaravakkam. And he said that the Motor is Problem so i will get a New motor and he went. Came again after 3days and he brought a Old serviced Motor thinking that customer wont be knowing about the motor.
          We said him not to put a old motor and he argued for half hour and at last he fitted.After that also the machine was also not working then he said circuit board is problem must change it. Electrical line also problem and hydrologic Pulsator problem and totally evrything will cost around Rs.8500/-.
          And we asked him to remove the Serviced Motor Also from the machine and send him off.

          We Kindly ask the Onida to get into our Problem and help us.Send a right Person to solve this problem.
          Please do reply us Immediately. Hope you will help us.
          And i like Onida to change the Service Person of this branch and place a new person who is of technical minded.

          I too have a complaint kind of similar problem.I have a top loaded fully automatic Onida washing machine.It was working properly from the day we purchased it around 2007, nearly 2 years.
          Now suddenly it stopped working since last week. Due to Diwali we didn't register complaint since we knew that nobody will attend our complaint.We registered our complaint and we are told that it will taken care in 48 hours.
          We registered our complaint on 21st November through call centre and given the complaint no: 900.
          On 23rd we received a phone call from Onida. that person was asking wheather we have registered a complaint. We said yes. He asked what is the problem and we told that machine is not working. When I askedhim who he was talking to me he replied "guard" or something I couldn't hear it properly. Before I asked when he is coming to attend the complaint phone was kept down. I thought he might be visiting in a day or two; but till now nobody has turned up. When company doesn't have efficient staff to take care of all complaints by given time why they have to tell that somebody will attend the complaint in 48 hrs.

          Moreover I didn't like the way that person asked me about the complaint. I guess he was not an engineer but somebody else spoke to me.

          I would like the responsible person to inquire about this and kindly do the needful as soon as possible and send the person who can really take care of our machine and help us.

          And I would like to mention that when we are told that person will attend our complaint in 48 hrs. we don't go out anywhere, postponed our all work, how so ever important, just not to miss out that engineer to report that nobody was at home when he visited our house

          We will be very much obliged if the branded companies take care of customers complaints as soon as possible and save them from these harassement.

          Complaint No: [protected] - This is the complaint no. given by ONIDA Customer Care on 22nd Oct'10 for my complaint - Washing Machine not working. The call is to be closed within 48 hours of lodging the complaint. But, it's almost a week and there is no response from the Technicians. The Customer Care Executives gives the same assurance that the call would be closed by end of day. Despite calling the Customer Care 2-3 times a day, no one bothers to fix up the issue. Worst of its kind.
          Dear Sir/madam, I have purchased a Semi Automati Onida 70S hydrafall Washing machine and since the time of purchase I have faced several problems. now both its washing and drying side not working.           Hi Team,

          I had bought a washing machine (Onida) from flipkart, on 6th feb, 2015, it had stopped working on April 2015. I had lodge a complaint on 12th of April, Complaint n.o-1504d[protected]. I have had a word with Onida but no resolution is been provided yet. I am unable to use the fully automatic feature of the machine as the water intake flow is not regulated and needs to be operated manually. There is no point of buying an automatic machine with such defective feature. I would request attention from your end to get me some help on this issue and get this fixed or resolved as soon as possible.

            i too bought onida tv in 2007, now it is notworking. a gave complinte on 27feb 20009. they told with in 48 hrs engineer will. today is 12 day. my comlint no.. [protected]. onida.. bad service
            Am Rajesh -- [protected] form Chennai . I have brought ONIDA AIR CONDITIONER model no : SZ09FLT / SZ12FLT / SZ18FLT on[protected] . In a spam of 11 months i got a problem in this product, Water started leaking from the bottom of the indoor unit, then i have given a complaint to Onida service station ( ADONUS ELECTRICALS - Valasaravakkam branch ) through phone for the service in WARRANTY PERIOD. To connect the line to the concern person, it takes 5.45 min . After transfering the line, Telecaller made a registry and gave me a code / reference number[protected] . While having a conversation with them i mentioned, there are 3 elders in which 2 are above 60 of age . Also our fan is not working properly, in this situation even though fan is running the climatic heat is not tollerable . So i made a humble request that AC is most essential . So kindly send the service person as soon as possible . They said according to the rules they have booked our complaint and it will take 2 days of time .I have given the complint on friday . As sunday is a holiday they said only monday they can come and attend. I called them more than 5 times on Monday mentioning, Elders are suffering a lot & since 4 days we havent slept peacefully. On my 5th call at 2.30pm they said Mr.Senthil Kumar has been alloted for service and at 5.00pm i enquired my house members weather anyone has arrived for the service ?, they said till now no one has come.Then i called the customer care again and remainded at 5.30pm. Still now no one has arrived for the service & no action has been taken. I thought branded items are more worth & responsible . Giving money outside to a local mechanic is not too tough, he charges only 450/-, but i hope servicing by a ONIDA mechanic would be a perfect attempt that too in a Warranty Period. BUT now i feel for it. eventhough my house members insisted me not to go for ONIDA AIR CONDITIONAR, I went in search for it due to the BRAND & expected it might last long.

            Am really fed up of calling Service centre again & again. My humble request to Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify. This is not an order, Whomsoever reads it, " YOU EXPERIENCE OUR PAIN, 4 NIGHTS STRUGGLING WITH MOSQUITOS & HEAT . HOW COULD ELDERS SUSTAIN "

            I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind & tell to all ma friends not to make any attempt in ONIDA products.

            i ahve purchased Semi deluxe washing machine HYDROPOWER55 in himachal distt.Hamirpur and the smae is under warrenty, but there is a proble when we are putting water in wash tub it will coming in Spin tab too and we are not able to use the same. The service of onida customer care is just so so no body is bother about for customer the only thing they are looking is money

              Sub :- Complaint – ONIDA TV 29”Oxygen- Delay in service reg

              I would like to bring to your notice the following to your kind attention, I have purchased ONIDA TV (oxygen) 29”(73cm) from AMUTHA & Co, Tambaram West, dealers on 14.08.2006 by paying roughly Rs 16, 500/- and I have joined the AMC scheme of Onida company Job No:[protected] by paying a sum of Rs 3300/-, for a period from 05.05.2008 to 04.05.2012.

              In the company’s agreement it is mentioned that all the repairs will be undertaken except P&T, Yoke and LOT. (Main Board is not mentioned in the same).
              On 15th Dec 2008.There was a problem immediately I made a complaint to the ONIDA Office at Nungambakkam. After 3 days only ONIDA Service Centre, Tambaram Sanitorium had sent a junior mechanic who advised that the TV set can be repaired only at their office by their Senior Mechanic. But no pick-up van turned up for 2 days. Since they didn’t make any further arrangement, I personally delivered the TV set to the service centre on[protected], with due acknowledgement by hiring a share auto. I was told that the picture can be viewed in a broad manner and they were repairing it.
              But suddenly on 30-Dec-08, they informed that the board has to be replaced and the price of the original board is roughly around 6000/- but as I come under the scheme it is enough for me to pay 3000/- only, I agreed to it without a choice. But till date they have neither responded nor returned the TV in condition. From the beginning I have contacted the Nungambakkam office and informed of the position now and then, but no help has been rendered to me by them.

              Being a Senior Citizen and retired Govt Servant I request your good self to look into the matter and do the needful immediately. Being reputed company public go in for your product. But I regret to inform that the Company’s Service is very Poor. If the problem is not solved by 2 days, I have no choice but to go to Press /Consumer Court. I am forced to claim damage in the consumer court for the abnormal delay by your company and that more inconvenience and mental stress at my old age.

                        I purchased ONIDA 29" Television Model-OXYGEN on 24.03.2006 with 1 year warranty from authorized ONIDA sales franchise by name T V Center Tower Circle 1st floor at Karimnagar Andhra Pradesh-505001 under easy installment scheme.
                        From the date of purchase the payment was regular for 1year till the date of termination of agreement.
                        I suffered with repair of the TV immediately after completion of installments. As usual I booked a complaint at authorized ONIDA servicer ADONIS Electronics Private Limited at Mukarampura Karimnagar. They repaired my TV for 10days and returned in working condition after that for that they charged me RS:1250.00
                        After 2 months the same problem turn round and booked a complaint, took 10days to repair and charged me RS:1250.00.
                        This continued for a whole 4 times. Now my TV is under repair for the 5th time.
                        I dint know how to reply to the regular TV repairing installments I have been baring for the past 6 months. Can you suggest me any solution regarding this. I certainly need one immediately

                        I have purchased "Black Beauty" convection model micro oven in April 2009. Got the demo delay and also till now I have been trying to contact your customer care people to attend the cookery classes. But the worst experience is that, I always hear the recorded messages, not able to speak with anyone . My money and energy is getting wasted every time I make calls to your customer care. Why can't you have a different option rather than putting recorded message? Even if I bought the oven, I am not able to use it properly. As you have mentioned that kitchen set you have given along with oven can be used only for microwave mode. Then how will I use grill and convection modes. Every time I can't sit with internet and register for each and every service practically and also not everyone can do that. Your customer care number is useless unless you remove the recorded (voice) message or let the customers hear the busy tone if your customer care people are busy. Please do not give false hope to customers at the time of selling your products. There are number of companies in the market who give proper service at our door steps (through phone, no need of registration thru internet).
                        .

                        If I don’t attend cookery classes, I will not know how to use grill and convection modes. I don’t need the convection model micro oven just for reheating purpose. When will I get solution?

                            Drain knob suddenly stopped functioning and some rattle sound also comes from tumbler.

                              sir,
                              i had bought an onida hydromatic 65 version of its automatic washing machine...
                              the first few months were okay but as time past by the washing machine gave a numerous complaints and to my dismay its service engineers were even worse
                              recently 2 months ago it stopped working suddenly and its display was gone from then onwards it works sometimes and sometimes it doesnot (working also for a few seconds then gone) i caled up the service engineer he comes home does somethin which makes it work for jus 2 days properly then again the same problem ...
                              it continued the sameway and the same problem still persists till date after 15 days of the lapse of the warranty period
                              what i want to specify here is tht the service engineers lack of deaing with the problem due to them now i have lost the warranty and the company (when i callled for help )says "its ur problem load ur thing in a truck and bring it here we might get back to u in 15 days"...now don't u think they are cheating me!!!

                              Onida — very bad service

                              Hi,
                              I have one Onida fully automatic Hydro shakti washing machine, which I have since 4 years. Last 3months before I got the water leakage problem from drainage pipe and when spinning clothes water is pouring in side if the tap is opened. So I gave complaint to the onida customer care center they send one executive who did something and told it's solved, but I got the same problem very next day so again I called cust. care the same executive came and replaced two things for which this problem is coming and gave instruction to start using after 24 hours. When we switched on the same problem again, this time he gave his number so I called him many times and I got reply that I'll be there tomorrow/evening/this week....
                              After that I relocated to a new place, just 10 days before suddenly my washing machine stopped may be for power supply so one week before I gave complaint to the customer care they told within 2days the executive will come but after 2days when I called they told within 4 days the executive will come, exactly on 4th day means yesterday morning one executive called and asked today I'll come but till now no one came.....
                              Please do something for this type of service.......

                                Hi,
                                We had gifted a Onida washing machine to my sister one year back, exactly after 1 year it gave the problem. They booked a complaint with Lalbaug service center and engineer visited the house. He told that the chassis is gone bad and need to be replaced. once the chassis was replaced, he did not fix the spinner properly and next day when spinner was tried it started making huge noise. They contacted service center again and new engineer came and asked wether the spinner was tested yesterday or not. My sis replied not. Then he opened the machine and said that the motor is faulty and needed to be replaced.
                                When i spoke to Mr. Deshpande who is manager for this service center, he laughed and told that there could be some burn in the motor. When i told him that leave the motor and we will get it checked for the problem, he lied that we have to send the motor back to onida company. When my sis asked the engineer, he told that we sell it off is scraps.

                                I feel lalbaug service center is totally unprofessional. They have unprofessional engineers and they make customers pay for their engineers mistake.

                                I would request everybody not to buy onida equipments if Onida doesnot own this and take action against the lalbaug service center.

                                My name is Satish Kumar, R/o. P-3/144, Mongol Puri, New Delhi-83 I had given A.M.C of my Onida washing machine.One month before my washing machine was getting problem then I had logged the ticket in customer care.one Engg. had come & checked the problem. He was insuring to me that some part has out of ordered & need to be replaced & he will come with part earliest but I have wait one month of him after one month I have called again to Customer care & they gave me my area service center no. then I have called to there Mr. Naresh is picked the Phone & he said that you have to bring machine in service center.I will not come for rectify the problem at your house .

                                I am very disappointed to World class company Onida. if Hence Onida will show this type of services may be his image can fall earliest.


                                I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind.

                                  I bought an Onida true slim 29" TV from Unilet showroom.It is a defective piece from starting.There are colour patches on screen and the picture allignment is not proper.The image and text and logos is cutting at all the four sides.I logged several complaints every 15-20 days but no response from them for 3 months.After three months sumbody came from service center and asked me to send the TV to service center.The TV set was with the service center people for 7 days and after 7 days monitoring they gave the TV back.The problem is still there and they have not done anything.The colour patches and allignment problem still exist.I again logged complaint bur there is still no response from anybody.Its almost 6 months over but nobody cares.
                                  I request you all not to buy anything from Unilet showroom and Onida products also.

But instead they changed the pciture tube and returned after a week.

                                  The problem is still there and they have not done anything.The colour patches and allignment problem still exist.I again logged complaint bur there is still no response from anybody.Its almost 6 months over but nobody cares.

                                  I request you all not to buy anything from Vasanth & Co and Onida products also. Similarly the DVD player too has issues - it does not play any CD/DVD. A utter waste of money.

                                  that's not the problem o[censored]nilet. its only a dealer of products. it can only take you to the company, for any complaints. remember that, the duty of replacing or repairing goes to onida company.
                                  Guys its ur fault ...before u buy something or on the first day of installation i[censored]'ll fidn a defect immediately u'll should have returrned it back...always remember that u'll should sign on the warranty card once i[censored] r stafisfied with the product.

                                  One more thing to be added is that all Onida items wont be defect items...evry company will produce few items with defects but not wantingly.

                                  Also remember that there is no perfect body in this world...everyitem prepared will try to reach the perfect level..maybe ur item is a little bit less.

I also got a ONIDA slim 29 and facing lot of problems. there is patch on the screen to the left which used to come and go, but now it is permanent. I gave this to repair, and to my suprise i have seen a samsung picture tube inside Onida TV ????
                                  Thanks for saving me as I was about to gift my Parents an Onida 29 Inches Televison this new year, but I guess now after reading your feedback, I would probably look into Samsung or some other brand.

                                    I have bought a new Onida 1 ton a/c in the month of may from the date of purchase it had been full of repairs and problems instead of this i have made several complaints but they are not bother to take immediate reaction .they are not bothered about customer satisfaction basically i think they are all lazy int their activities.after several complaints they came to repair they made but it worked only for two or three days again it started the same problem.i have made decision that not to buy Onida product any more.

                                    onida a/c — hopeless service

                                    i had purchased onida a/c 9 months back and from last few months it has complaint .regarding that i have approched company fellows many a times but they r least bothered of service and not attending it .once service fellows from manglore visited and gave the assurance of doing it and they never visited after that

                                    Onida — Bad quality and bad service

                                    I bought a Flat screen Onida Television set 3 yrs back, and its already giving problem.A coil inside has got burnt and nothing is visible on the screen. Their product quality is bad and their service is worse than that.Its been more than 10 days no one's turned up to look into the problem. I would love to publish in all papers advicing people not to buy Onida
                                    Am Rajesh -- [protected] form Chennai . I have brought ONIDA AIR CONDITIONER model no : SZ09FLT / SZ12FLT / SZ18FLT on[protected] . In a spam of 11 months i got a problem in this product, Water started leaking from the bottom of the indoor unit, then i have given a complaint to Onida service station ( ADONUS ELECTRICALS - Valasaravakkam branch ) through phone for the service in WARRANTY PERIOD. To connect the line to the concern person, it takes 5.45 min . After transfering the line, Telecaller made a registry and gave me a code / reference number[protected] . While having a conversation with them i mentioned, there are 3 elders in which 2 are above 60 of age . Also our fan is not working properly, in this situation even though fan is running the climatic heat is not tollerable . So i made a humble request that AC is most essential . So kindly send the service person as soon as possible . They said according to the rules they have booked our complaint and it will take 2 days of time .I have given the complint on friday . As sunday is a holiday they said only monday they can come and attend. I called them more than 5 times on Monday mentioning, Elders are suffering a lot & since 4 days we havent slept peacefully. On my 5th call at 2.30pm they said Mr.Senthil Kumar has been alloted for service and at 5.00pm i enquired my house members weather anyone has arrived for the service ?, they said till now no one has come.Then i called the customer care again and remainded at 5.30pm. Still now no one has arrived for the service & no action has been taken. I thought branded items are more worth & responsible . Giving money outside to a local mechanic is not too tough, he charges only 450/-, but i hope servicing by a ONIDA mechanic would be a perfect attempt that too in a Warranty Period. BUT now i feel for it. eventhough my house members insisted me not to go for ONIDA AIR CONDITIONAR, I went in search for it due to the BRAND & expected it might last long.

                                    Am really fed up of calling Service centre again & again. My humble request to Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify. This is not an order, Whomsoever reads it, " YOU EXPERIENCE OUR PAIN, 4 NIGHTS STRUGGLING WITH MOSQUITOS & HEAT . HOW COULD ELDERS SUSTAIN "

                                    I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I need to drop Onida from my mind & tell to all ma friends not to make any attempt in ONIDA products.

                                      I feel sorry to say that I purchased one washing machine Onida Hydro fall on 9.7.2006 from RK electronics Delhi . After one year we did E.W.C no, 0844405 .

                                      We feel sorry to say on 5.2.2008 in running it got fire in intself and that was so huge that it can burn my house and perhaps a loss of 10 lacs can be happen. As i am a technical person graduate Engineer this is due to poor quality of wires used in the machine which can not withstand routine current. As we have already installed 5 kva stabiliser in whole line of house so no high voltage can go in the machine which is duely verified to the technical person came from your service centre after making complaint on 6.2.2008

                                      Hence we will request you to repair my machine immediately as it is manufacturing defect.
