I had purchased Onida Semi-automatic Washing Machine Hydrofall model of 6.8Kg on 26/5/2007 at Bangalore. Its drain knob failed after just 4 months of purchase and it has already been changed thrice ever since. Again on 10/4/2009 it has failed. Onida Service centre at Rajajinagar shows very poor response and they have only one telephone line. Mechanics come for servicing after 15 days of registering the complaint....

I have purchased Extra Warranty of 3 years on my new IGO Tv in 2006 by paying their required fees at muzaffarnagar.
Now my tv is having color problem as well as channel memory problem. I have registered by complaint to their Meerut Office bearing C140 dated[protected]. But till now, inspite of repeated calls, their is no reply/action.
