sorry to inform you, i am going your sbi branch killar code-06990 asking your manager named Hariesh gadhiya for loan and he did not cooprate well with me, not only me so many people there talk about manager. he could not cooprate i am applying in feb month after that he is making so many cases of loans. sir i am requisting many more times what he said that we have no time for you. my side all condition is ok kindly take care of it.

    I have lodged following complaint at SBI RLY STATION ATM ,AMLA as well as mail sent to [protected]@sbi.co.in. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible plz help me in getting my hard earned money Rs of 4000/- from the SBI. please understand my problem and credit my account which has been debit.


    I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs 2000/-(4000/-total) each from SBI RLY STATION ATM at amla junction (ATM ID - S1AN[protected] ON 29th August 2010. Unfortunately in second ATM machine given only ATM receipt without money but total 4000/- was debited from my account. Checked in other ATM machine. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip to my Branch Manager (SBI AFS BRANCH AMLA) regarding the same. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

      My name is Sandip Rakshiye, owner of Priyanka colletions. My account number is [protected].
      My shop is located in front of SBI Padoli Branch and We have total 3 accounts since SBI opened its branch in Padoli Chandrapur. Now we are facing many problems due to new branch manager Mr Vyankatesh. He is very arrogant and irresponsible. Many people have complaint against it but they are unable to raise complaint against him because padoli is very economically backward area and many people are illiterate. Behalf of all people I am raising this complaints. If you are want to check it then please go and distribute questionnaire regarding customer satisfaction. You will automatically come across to know about it.
      No one in Padoli is happy with this branch manager. He don’t want to speak with people properly. We have many customers who ask us about account opening then we refer other banks because of this branch manager. You can check by asking the previous branch manager by asking how many accounts we have given to SBi.
      I would like to inform one incident which happened with us. Few days before I went to open current account in Padoli Branch ,I produced all the necessary documents for getting the CC account and I have spend around Rs 6000 to Rs 7000 for verification. But finally he denied for opening CC account.
      After this incident I went to another branch of SBI (Shastrinagar, Chandrapur) and I have shown the same documents. The branch Manager of SBI shastrinagar (Mr Meshram ) and another http://www.consumercomplaints.in/new_complaint/#employee Mr Sorte checked the documents and they have opened current account. My current account number is 31231O97.
      I have only one question “If one branch of SBI can give current account then why not another branch?”.

        This is to bring to your notice that I was paid Rs. 36096/- as 40% arrears of sixth pay commission on Dt. 26.06.2009 in my above account, which means total arrear is RS. 90,240/-.
        Now I have recd. Rs. 25,703/- as 30% arrears on Dt. 11.06.2010, whereas the amount should have been Rs. 27,072/- as 30% of Rs. 90240/-.
        You are requested to please get the difference amount deposited to my account i.e. Rs. 1369 and send the arrears calculation details at the below address.

          Stay away from SBI in general.
          I have a very bad experience every time I visit the SBI Sanewadi branch in Aundh Pune. The bank staff behave as if we customers are not welcome.

          I advise you to avoid SBI. If at all it is required, visit only to open and close the account. Get online facility enabled and donot visit the bank again!

          Better open your account with ICICI or other bank. Pay more fees but get good experience and service.

              Iam an a/c holder of SBI stamding at Northern Avenubranch bearing account No. [protected] came to know during the time o[censored]pdating the account that a sum of Rs. 4200/- has been debited from my account on 13.07.2010 and has been credited to SBMFD 17 without any prior permission or consent from me as an account holder. Immediately I informed the matter to the Branch Manager who was entrusted to sortout the problem, told me after verifying over computer that the matter will be settled within a short span of time and would inform me over phone to my residence. But a long time has already elapsed no action has yet been taken from his side. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter so that the money that has been debited from my account for Rs. 4200/- is again credited to my account. thanking you in anticipation.                 dear sir,

                with due regards I wish to bring it to your kind notice that I am running a dealership of royal enfield motorcycles at dharamsala under the name Him Enfield and have a cash credit limit with your bank for rs 1000000 (ten lakh) since aug,2003 under the account at dharamsala himachal Pradesh branch of state bank of India.

                In the month of march 2010, I sold one motorcycle to one of my customer sidharth rana for which his parvatiya gramin bank issued me a multi city cheque. The motorcycle was deleivered to sidharth rana on 28th march and he made me the payment for the same on 31st march 2010. The customer wanted to get the motorcycle financed by his bank in chauri, chamba but the bank refused to finance citing annual closing as the reason. The customer had a cash credit limit with the parvatiya gramin bank,chauri, distt chamba and the bank allowed the customer to pay for the bike using a cheque from cc account.

                As I had sold the motorcycle on 28 march and issued the bills for the same on that very day I did not put any dd or cheque no in the bill. When the customer gave me the cheque on 31/3/2010, I deposited the same in my ccl [protected] in your bank either on 31/3/2010 or on 2/4/2010.

                A few days later I checked my account balance and it was ok which meant that all the cash deposits and the cheques I had deposited in my account during the month were cleared.. Month end I usually destroy all the receipts and your bank is not in a habit of issuing monthly statements to the customers.
                Everything was ok since august 2010, when one of the bankers called me up to inform me to deposit rs one lakh in my ccl immediately. On asking why I was told that on 28th of march they had wrongfully deposited an amount of rs 103960 in my ccl account. As I maintain my stock statement regularly I immediately understood that if one wrong entry has been made to my account it is also clear that one of my entries was missing. I told the banker about it and was told to first deposit the amount and only then the bank would check my problem. I checked my statements and found that one cheque issued by siddhart rana of parvatiya gramin bank was not cleared but in month of march my account balance tallied approximately making me to think that all cheques were cleared and hence I damaged the deposit receipts for the whole month..
                When I told the banker that once you help me to find the misplaced cheque then I will deposit the amount in my ccl he told me that we know how to recover it.
                I within two days deposited the said amount in my ccl and the wrongfully entered amount was recovered from my account.

                But the status of my misplaced cheque still remains a mystery. I deposited the cheque with your bank and put it in the drop box of the bank.
                I strongly reckon that the bank had misplaced my cheque and so no amount was deposited in my account. Either to patch up the issue or by mistake the bank put some nearby amount in my ccl and made my balance ok and there was nothing wrong till I came to know about this episode.

                Once the bank has lost my cheque I have no legal right to claim it from the customer and by the inefficient and careless attitude of the staff I have been duped of an amount of rs 79900 and the bank staff has nothing to lose.

                I feel the cheque was never send to the customers account for clearing and after this episode when I called up the customer to check the details the customer knew that I had lost the cheque and no money went out of his account against the motorcycle he purchased. He talked to me for a couple of days and then stopped picking up my phone and bluntly said that he can do nothing about it.

                Sir, because of negligence of you bank I have been duped a sum of rs 79900 and after doing this the bank instead of cooperating asked me to go to the chamba banker and resolve the issue. I know I have lost the cheque number without which neither I nor you can do something but this sort of negligence on part of your bank is not expected.

                But this was not one issue. I now feel guilty of not checking the banks transaction over the years and I feel your bank has duped many customers who do not chech their accounts regularly.

                2. This is not the only issue. On 28 the march 2010 I deposited a cheque of Punjab national bank for rs 50000 in my account [protected]. the said cheque was also misplaced by your banker but as that cheque was from a local source I managed to trace it and got it reissued but I could get the payment for the same on 10/8/2010 almost 4 months later, owing the delay to the negligence of your bank staff. This time too the banker refused to sigh the declaration that he cheque has not been paid.they asked me to leave a copy of it and said they would do it when they are free refusing to give any time limit.
                I met 4 of your officers to get this work done and finally it was done within no time.

                3. on 10/8/2010 I deposited a demand draft worth rs 101800 bearing no 763483. still I have not received the payment.

                4. on 13/8/2010 I issued and deposited a cheque for rs 21700 on state bank of dharamsala to be paid to my supplier in state bank of india , palampur account vied ch no 905399.
                The cheque is still not cleared and the bank has no where about the cheque and most of the time one visits the branch there is no concerned officer to listen.

                5.in the last 7 years I have never received a hardcopy of my bank statement and everytime one asks there is a blunt reply.

                Why is the biggest name in banking so relaxed about the money of the people and this sort of relaxicity is not expected from the state bank of India.

                6. For over one month now I have given a request for cheque book issue, but am still waiting for the same.

                7. Not only this the attitude of the bankers towards the customers is also a matter of concern;
                Everytime the bank seems to be selling other products like plots and some personal schemes of which they are members rather than providing banking services.

                I am surprised why in all these years some senior official visited the banks to check out how they work.

                In the old branch the telephone num,bers of the help centers were displayed, now the new brach is even not displaying the numbers.

                The gaurds use foul and offensive language in case someone talks on phone within the building but the bank staff can usually be found talking on their cell phone without any check. Why these double standards.

                I am surprised to see such a working and an unfriendly customer attitude of one of the biggest name in banking THE STATE BANK OF INDIA.

                I can only request you to train your staff to be a bit professional and not to play with people’s hard earned money. A few of your staff members have been working in this Brach for years together but are totally unaware of the work ethics. I don’t know if I should take up this issue with the consumer redressal forums and the banking lokpal and also the notice of the media in which your bank regularly gives ads about its customer friendly attitude.

                  Three times I had approached the SBI Branch at Mukundarayapuram Branch,BHEL PROJECT,632 406 for the Multi option Deposit Scheme for my outstanding balance amount in my SB A/c.Both the time iam not able to get the form and to meet the concerned officials due to his leave as told by the Branch manager.3rd I had submitted my application received from other SBI branch to the concerned official thro'the Chief manager of the branch.Chief Manager conveyed me that will be looked into during June-2010.

                  When I went thro' the mini statement I found that my SB a/c was not
                  converted into MOD scheme.

                  For the net banking I received a Username from SBI DESPATCH,Chennai-600097
                  on 15th July'10 with the message as the second mail may be sent after a
                  week for the Password.So far I have not received.

                  So,I request you to do the favour to send the password and to open the MOD
                  immediately.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have been using SBI Credit Card for last 2.5 yrs. This month statement was strange, they have deducted Rs 500.00 + Rs 51.50 excess charges for exceeding the usage credit limit, ideally I should not be able to shop if the credit limit exceeds for ex in my case the credit limit is 16000 and cash limit is 6000, my expenses has crossed 16000 on which they have charged 551.50 excess charges. Kindly help me in this issue as I am not willing to pay any extra amount for which I have not shopped.

                      I have really felt cheated after receiving the credit card statement of SBI card.

                      When I was filling the Application Form I was clearly told that there is no joining fees and annual fees on the card. However, Rs. 2204 in the first statement itself.

                      I feel realy cheated.

                      I would like SBI card department to really look into the matter. Either they should waive of the fees or take back the card......

                          I am a dedicated member and prolonged user of SBI Internet banking.

                          I wanted to book 2 tickets through SBI Internet Banking from HWH to YPR on 24.08.2010 at about 11.30 AM, the date of journey being 21.10.2010 in HWH-YPR Express (2863 Up).

                          The amount of the ticket being Rs. 2768.00. My transaction to book eticket failed at your end, with an error message - "We regret that the booking of your ticket could not be processed at this time as the transaction with ref. No. [protected] was not authorised by your bankers. The failure may also be due to some sort of inadequacies in your card / bank account. You may kindly try using another valid card / account."

                          But the said amount was debited from my bank account (SBI, Kacharakanahalli Br. (Code- 7988), Bangalore - SB Account No. [protected]). And my internet banking statement showed - " 24 Aug 2010 - To Transfer INB IRCTC Railway Tckt booking - Ref No. [protected]IG27433196 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI IRCTC COLLECT - 2768.00"

                          This was a very poor show of professionalism and consumer care. I request you to kindly make necessary arrangements to refund the same to my bank account as soon as possible .

                          E-ticket — no option for SBI net banking

                          Last few days i was not able to find the SBI-Net banking options for booking e-tickets.
                          Only SBI-Debit card option is there.if i use Sbi-debit card i'm unable to complete
                          the transaction successfully.pls Do the needful.

                          I tried to book a reservation on irctc online through sbi debit on 27 sep 2009 but after i entered my atm card details for the payment of Rs.1405 to the irctc an error occured showing the failure of transaction .
                          I tried again and the same error occured. The two transaction id's are [protected] and [protected] both showing 'payment not recieved from bank' .
                          On 28 sep 2009 I checked my atm balance which is showing an amount deduction of Rs. 1415 POS PRCH. Now that my ticket wasn't booked but , the amount is deducted I want the amount of Rs.1415 to be submitted back to my account. How should I get it done

                              With due respect, I would like to inform you that Rs. 20000.00 has been debited from my A/c No. [protected] by an unknown person (as per video footage provided by SBI) through duplicate ATM card at 09.09 AM on 20/08/2010 from SBI ATM Machine (Machine No.-S1cc[protected], sector-30, Chandigarh. At that time I was in my office and my ATM card was with me only. I have informed SBI, sector-30 branch office immediately after getting SMS alert regarding withdrawal from SBI. They assured for appropriate action against this act but even after getting the intimation so many other withdrawals from various ATM cards have been taken place on the same day between 11.55 to 12.15 by same unknown person from another SBI ATM machine (Machine No.-S1CN[protected] situated at sector-49 (Camera footage are also available for the same). The footages have been submitted in industrial area police station and cyber crime branch, sector-11 on the same day by me.
                              It shows the daring of an intelligent criminal and helplessness of our safe and secure more than 200 years old SBI. A person is taking away all hard earned money from people’s account within second without their knowledge and roaming freely in the city. The question is that from where he has got duplicate SBI ATMs with their PIN details without knowledge of SBI authorities.
                              In last three days I have tried my level best to get help from every possible authority to stop this act but all is in vain. I think nobody bothers till it happens with them. This is really a very very serious issue and your kind attention is required regarding the frequent unauthorised withdrawal of money from SBI ATM cards by unlawful means and necessary actions to recover the hard earned money.

                              sir, I Rajendra Prasad having a SBI saving Bank account number is [protected], of SBI of ADB Bihar Sharif, (Nalanda.) On 5th March I tried to withdrawal the amount of Rs. 10000/- from ATM of SBI of Patiala,Kapurthala opp.Canara Bank and near to Post Office at around 10.15 to 11.00 AM, I didnt get the amount and didnt receive the slip again I tried once again with the same amount this time also i didnt get any slip or money. Immediatly i complied to the concerned branch manager. U have to complient with ur own branch. On 12th March '09 again I withdraw the amount of Rs 8000/- I noticed earlier transactions debited to my account and short fall of Rs 20,000/-(10000+10000) On 13th of March '09 I compliend in my own branch at Bihar. Till date I didnt get any reply or any reversal transaction of my amount. In this regard please help me. Rs.20000/- is a big amount for a middle class person.

                              I would like to inform you that I Mr. Jaiganesh (A/c No: [protected] ) {Card No:[protected]} .I went to withdraw money from SBI ATM,(ATM code : S1AC[protected] Mangalore on 03/08/09 Rs 300, but I could not able to withdraw money from bank and again I tried AXIS bank (ATM Code S1AC0775)for the same amount but both the transaction receipt says “ Sorry unable to process”. After one day I checked my balance total Rs 600 got deducted. This have been informed to SB ATM Customer care after that Rs 300 was credited to my account ,the balance Rs 300 not yet credited till now.

                              I posted a complaint.. but now that it's been resolved I want to withdraw it.. how can I do that?

                              I’m confuse about the SBI security. 6 day before i checked by balance and it say a withdraw of Rs 24000/- where as i did not withdraw any such money from any atm. I also notified the branch manager about that matter but he say you withdraw the money today i also search on the web about that matter and another issue i found like that.

                              My account number is [protected], i withdrew 2500 rupees from the state Bank of Hyderabad branch ATM. the machine did not have money, it showed response code zero. but in my next transaction soon from another ATM machine , i found that 2500 rs are deducted from my account and i haven't got that. i waited for two days so that the amount can be resettled but four days have passed but not yet got my amount back in my balance.

                                Family pensioner S.B. A/c. No. [protected]. At the age of 70 years and being physically challenged applied along with doctor's certificate for allowing her to make transaction by affixing L.T.I. instead of putting signature on cheque which she used to. She has been advised verbally to surrender cheque book and to submit claim form duly attested by two witnesses and doctor's certificate in every month during withdrawal of pension through withdrawal slip.

                                In the situation, I being the son of her would like to request to please make an arrangement of easiest of way of transaction so that without bearing any tension and or physical hazards she could able to get her family pension regularly.

                                  Non action of my corrigendum PPO No.08/B/COOR/54288/2009 since january 2010. in this regard a written complaint lodged to my parent branch on 06.07.2010 ,But no result so far.I am losing my interest on account of my arrears since then. The above said corrigendum PPO was received by SBI main branch in Jan 2010 and further sent to SBI (BU campus) Muzaffarpur where it was received on 27.01.2010. From there, it was sent to CCPC SBI, IVth floor, JC Road, Patna ,followed by a number of reminders as assured by concern SBI staff of my branch ,but again the result is negative.
                                  Please look into the matter, let my faith to be continued in the services of SBI.I am a Very old customer of yours.

                                  1. I have have submitted my PPO No.C/CGO/16007/2011 dt 27 Apr in SBI ADB Mohinder Garh (04946) on 27 Jul 2011. It has been sent to SBI ChandiGarh vide their letter Pen-47-2011 dt 28.072011. It was confirmed from SBI Pension cell ADB Mohinder Garh that I will get my pension by 15 Aug 2011. But a long period have been gone till to date I have not received anything.

                                  2. I have ringed up and write mail to SBI Chandi Garh and SBI ADB Mohinder Garh but no response received from their end. I am facing a financial hazardous. My PPO is in process since a long time ie 13 May 2011.

                                  3. I have retired on 01 Feb 2011. Almost 08 months have gone but no hope to start my pension.

                                  4. SBI ADB Mohinder Garh has lost my original PPO from their Pension cell and refused me that PPO not received. However entry in IN BOOK Mail has been made for receiving the PPO from my record office. This type o[censored]seless bank I have not seen in my life. All other customers are crying there in bank I have seen personally in the bank. No body is listening to the customers. The Manager alone can not do anything.

                                  5. Now I have leave the hope that I will get my pension in near future. So I am writing to you about my problem and hope you will do something. At least reply my mail that some action is going on. Awaiting for your reply with a hope.

                                    Today every company is concerned about customer service and their satisfaction...and why not...this is the mantra of their long term sucess and sustainbility. But, the PSU have little to do with this. SBI who is leader in indian banking industry seems not at bothered about customer service, I dont know what Shri O. P. Bhatt has the opinion on the matter, but atleast the branch people dont care for their customer. Yes, every branch manager gives the best possible service to handful of good clients but the same is not appicable to the mass vising the branch.

                                    I had a disappointing experience with one SBI branch in Allahabad, I was asking for a FD form for making some FD. The guard directed me to a office lady who said the form is kept in the custody of one desk officer and he is out for some time. I saw the bunch of FD forms kept by the side of a female officer and request her to give one but to my utter surprise she replied that "I dont know, contact the office lady". I said the form is there by your side, please give me one. This time a bit rude she replied " I don't know" its not in my custody." I again request that there is not question of custody of form, you are an office and the form is just by your side, please give me one. She got more rude and said "I don't know wher the form is contact the right person, I am not the authority for it". I went to the branch head and request for the form and one his advise I got one FD form. Now who will make that lady understand that I am a customer of SBI and was asking FD form for making term deposit. The amount of Term Deposit was a business for SBI but it has no meaning for the lady officer. She have never ever anicipated that if she keeps on behaving like this, she may annoy the customers and ultimately her bank will loose the business. But I am sure most of the SBI officers in branches dont care for this...and the same reflects from their attitude.

                                    Next day I went to the same branch and requested to close my saving account. The branch manager advised not to close the account giving the reason that "you are among the lucky people to have the account with SBI". Keeping the incident day before, his words was just an irony for me.

                                    The clerks/officers just feel that they are the superiors and the customers should bend on the toes for getting the service from them. Gone are the days of this kind of bureaucracy, Pvt sect and some PSU banks (even SBI in big cities) have understood the importance of customer retention and are adopting all possible measures to keep the customers satisfied with their services. But I would say in terms of service (to masses), the private sector banks are far better than PSU banks.

                                        I am retired person, taken VRS from CRPF (MHA) on 1st Aug'2009.My PPO (No.[protected], sent by CPAO New Delhi vide SSA[protected]/674287 dated 25/02/10, on 5th March 10 to CPPO Lucknow. This Pension Payment Order is laying pending in ACIE Gajraula Branch since April'2010 and no action was taken by bank till last month to draw my pension and commuted amount, whereas I have submitted required Life & Undertaking certificates during First week of May'2010. Kindly inform me by which reason my pension and commutation amount not yet credited in my account [protected].

                                        Bank of india Branch Subhash Nagar in his above account. Now I am drawing family

                                        My husband late Shri Ram Avtar was expired on 05/03/2009 and his recived PPO
                                        Dated 31/08/2009 as per sixth CPC was issued his death.
                                        I have received pension arrears due as per received PPO however commutation
                                        Value(Rs 1, 35, 693) is not to till me date by State Bank Of India CPPC Lucknow.
                                        Your office is requested to intervene in the matter for payment of commutation

                                        I agree with the behaviour of employees of state bank of india, where the employee does not care about the retired persons i.e. how they came to bank and also the employee does not hear retired person, due to which the work for which they came to bank, never completes. And they comes to bank daily for his uncompleted work because the employees of the bank does not hear them and says go there and again go there he will do some thing, but the work remains as it is. Most of the pensioner feels great hardship in runnning his livelihood in absence of pension. Some of them goes bank to get some other work, like to stop some allowances so that senior citizen - pensioners can get other benefit provided by the Government of India in lieu of allowance, but due to bank employees, the senior citizen - pensioner could not get the benefit provided by the Central Government because the primary condition of stopping the allowance is not stopped by the bank. Therefore, it is humbly requested to the CMD of the State Bank of India that CMD should advertise alongwith the advertisement of the bank that Senior citizen - pensioners directly write the letter to CMD after getting receipt in the concerned bank so that concerned employee should be held responsible for having betterment of the senior citizen- pensioners and also senior nationalized bank SBI because in the country more than 60 % are senior citizen and likewise more than 60% branches are of SBI in the country. Hence I humbly request to CMD to take care of senior citizens and senior SBI.
