Dear Sir
I had taken SBI Card in 2006 and continued till 2007 .The reason of closeure is some dispute transactions from my card and I putted a complain to SBI Credit Card divison.SBI Team assured me they are working on this case and resolve ASAP.At that time the dispute Amount is 12000 now it incresed by 33000 due to late payment & interest charges.Apart from this They putted my name in CIBIL as W/O due to which my credit history becomes bad.PLZ helm me out from this.

    Dear sir,
    I have taken education loan for the academic year 2009-10 and 2010-11 from state bank of india jagdalpur main branch chhattisgarh state, which is Rs 6,57000 , and we are paying interest on it on monthly basis which is around Rs 7,300. But as you will be aware about the news that govt of India has decided to subsidized these interest on education loan from the year 2009-10 for all bank, even some of the bank has implemented this policy but i am still being asked to pay interest on my loan by the bank , even my bank is not telling me the clear picture about this policy and asking for monthly interest . state bank of india is considered to be india's biggest bank but not caring for its customers. please let me know that when will this policy be implemented to the SBI. I also come under economic category (income is less than 2 lacs)..

      As iam holding my above account in Ambattur O.T, Chennai-600053 branch and would like to inform you that while trying to withdraw the money from SBI Mount Road ATM branch (LCPC Chennai , Terminal S1CN[protected] on 02-Sep-2010 around 12.30, the transaction was rejected ( Trxn no. 4648). However, for the second time I withdrew a sum of Rs. 1500 from the ATM ( Trxn no. 4649). However, after getting the transaction slip, I was shocked that it reflected that amount of Rs. 3000/- (ie twice the amount) has been withdrawn from my account. Iam also enclosing both the transaction slip of my transaction for your reference and kindly reverse the amount of Rs. 1500/- in my account.

      I need your help for resolving the same Urgently. The same as esclated to my account branch Ambattur O.T, Chennai-600053 on 06-Sep-2010 (Letter Complained) & Mail sent to helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@rbi.org.in

      Sill the amount Rs.1500/- was not credited into my A/C. Kindly help to resolve the same on VV Urgent basis.

      State Bank of India — ATM with drawl

      when i with draw the money from the SBI ATM, due to delay in taking the money, its been revert back to the ATM.when i complain to the athority their is been no response,

      In the time of withdrawing moneyfrom my a/c (mavelikkara ATM)on 14/05/2009 2.30pm amount of rs 2000, i cant get the money but the amount debited from my account and also get the customer advice, at the time i informed the branch in the concerned section and give a written compliant but they not take any action aganist the compliant please take necessary action.I think that one of the ATM conter has problam regulerly

      I under signed sureshreddy customer of state bank of india PETLAD-388450 District ANAND Gujarat state.I have withrawn Rupees 10, 000(ten thousand only) From ATM of State bank of hyderbad Bijapur on 02.05.2009 But my account debited twice by same TXN no 1344.Regarding this I have already given written complaint to SBI Petlad -388450 but till today my money 10, 000 rupees not reimbrused.
      Once again I have given complaint to SBI PETLAD and request no is as below

      Already one and half month passed and my rupees not reimbrused so I request help me to get money with interest

      My name is A.CHAKRAPANI REDDY, I have an account in SBI(Kurnool) with Account num:[protected].
      Recently i tried to with draw from ATM(SBI) Rs:10000 But i havn't recived money from machine but ten thousands debited from my account . After that i have given complaint to the sbi branch but no response from bank. It happen almost all two months ago...how to get back my money from bank.where to give complaint...give me idea how to approch.

      state bank of india / saving account — problem regarding atm money withdrawal

      This is to inform you that myself Ashish Kumar bearing S.B.I saving AC number-[protected] and branch code-4603. tried to withdraw a sum of
      RS 40, 000/- through ICICI bank ATM on[protected] from Bangalore {whose address is- ICICI bank, , J.P Royal, #90/4, outer ring road marathahalli, Bangalore-560037} but it showed "unable to process" and i didnt get money but later on when i checked my balance it showed that money has been deducted from my account. And next day i informed about this incidence to my mother branch which is in Muzaffarpur, (BIHAR.).but my Branch Manager is not showing any interest about my problem due to which i am in deep trouble. its been more than 14 days but there is no progress regarding my problem. As we know that SBI is a reputed Bank so i have faith on it. So please look over my problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

      This is to inform you that myself Neha jain bearing S.B.I saving AC number-[protected] branch New Mandi Muzaffarnagar Uttar Pradesh. I have deposited Rs.1200=00 on dated 10.08.2009 by cheque no. 981179 dated 08.08.2009 but later on when i checked my balance it showed that money has been transfered to unknown account no. [protected] by bank staff. please look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.

      Debit Card- SBT — Amount twice got debitted on the same day on same time

      I has used my SBT debit card for a purhase transaction at mumbai and the amount got debitted twice from my account. I checked with the bills and transactions of the store, they have been creditted only once the amount. The mini statement shows the debit transation twwice on same day same time..(1 sec) difference. I has submmited teh issue to SBT, my originla branch and has been following up for past 2 yrears. Being staying away from teh branch , i am not able to followup on a daily basis.
      I dono..what to do... how to go about...plz guide..

      State Bank of India — Atm withdrawal once reflected twice in my statement

      Dear sir,


      i was withdrawn 5000rs from sbi atm on 6/11/09. after one week i checked my mini statement it was reflected twice ie 5000rs one time, after one minute 5000rs on same day. i esclated this issue to Mahabubnagar branch manager he has given RR NO confirming that i with drawn only once and also suggested to lodge a complaint in my home branch ie chirala, prakasam district. i was lodged a complaint on chirala branch in november, till it was not resolved. kindly help me in this regard.

      I work for Union Bank of India, but would like to make a suggestion based on my experience

      Is your account at State Bank of India, or at State Bank of Hyderabad? I assume it is at SBI, and you have used the ATM belonging to State Bank of Hyderabad

      Please give the request in writing at your base branch ie where you have your account from which money has been withdrawn.

      Their head office will contact the Bank to whom the ATM belongs, who will verify the ATM records and arrange refund of money to you.

      As per RBIs instructions your Bank has to refund the money to you anyway at the end of 12 days from your complaint, or Rs 100 per day penalty thereafter, unless the ATM bank denies the error. Please include this point in your complaint

      Also please DO NOT give details of your account on the internet, for the safety and security of your account

      State Bank of India — ATM debit twice

      Dear Sirs,
      I am having s/b account at Thanjavur Main State Bank of India. At Karanthai ATM on 1/6/10 I made a withdrawal of Rs.12000/- and got the account slip.When next day I have applied with ATM for drawal of amount I was shocked that Rs/12000
      was debited twice. Immediately on 2/6/10 I represent to the SBI Thanjavur Main and complaint preferred to SBI customer Care and the complaint receipt No.
      AT[protected] Every month on 10th a sum of Rs.12250 has been recovered as housing loan instalments automatically. Now the balance as per my passbook at this time is Rs.3255 only because of double payment effected in paper only by ATM SBI. If I have not having enough fund in my s/b account I will be a defaulter in repaying the housing loan and penal interest will be leived from me for which fault is not withme. If the same thing happened to a literate people how will they identify and when will they get remedy. Please take early remedial action. V.Padmini.

      Simplex Infrastructures limited — No cash withdrawal, but A/c. debited by Rs.12000/- (Two times Rs. 6000/- each)

      I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No.[protected] of state Bnk of India, Jangipur Branch, West Bengal in SBI Bank ATM situated at ITI Rampur Korba, Chattisgarh (ID S1AC[protected] first time and at BALCO TOWNSHIP, Korba, Chattishgarh (ID S10G[protected] second time on 01.10.2010 for withdrawal of Rs.6000/- each time (i.e. Total Rs. 12000/-)
      unfortunately, No cash delivered by ATM, but my A/c. No. [protected] was debited by same amount.

      The same thing happened with me at BigBazzar, Banglaore. I used my SBI debit card.
      The amount debited twice from my account and only one trasaction happened with the BigBazzar account (i.e. amount credited only once to BigBazzar account)

      Actually, I went SBI bank and contacted the customer relations office and filed a compliant about it.
      He verified the transactions and gave me a compliant form to fill it. Asked to attach the xerox of trasanction and ATM slip (showing the amount debited twice).
      I did the same and after a day the amount credited to my account.

      The same thing applies for the ATM case also.
      Hence I suggest you to go to your respective bank of your debit card account and check with them. They will help you out.

However, after getting the transaction slip, I was shocked that it reflected that amount of Rs. 4, 500/- has been withdrawn from my account.       SBI — twice debited

        Sub : Getting calls from SBI Credit Cards for Pending Payment from phone no[protected] calling person name Sarika.

        Dear Sir,

        I undersigned Sachin Bhupal Mahajan in receipt of Crredit Card from SBI Credit Cards
        Card No [protected] issue year 2005.

        Total Out standing was Rs 9000/- (Nine Thousand Rupees) I have not made the above payment as I have not used the Credit Card as this card was lost by me same is inform via telephone Credit Cards in 2005 no action taken.

        As per last statement dated 03/07/2010 the current outstanding is Rs 115218.34.

        I have received call from the above telephone no on 15/09/2010 asked to call them on 20/09/2010 for full and final settlement, received the call from above telephone no on 20/09/2010 morning 10.00 am.

        I have told the tele caller (Sarika) about the loss of cards she refuses the same asking me to pay the payment I also agreed to pay Rs 4000/- for the full and final settlement refuses the same, asked me to pay Approx Rs 32000/- which I just do not make after listing to this, she (Sarika) has used abusive language over the phone. Threatening me to make the payment never listen to me, I have stop taking the call from the above no from that day
        After Monday 02/09/2010 till date I have not received a call.

        In future this type of practice can be repeated or some people will come to my home for asking payment.

        I am ready to pay the Principle outstanding but not the interest just because I want to settle this forever.

          I am an account holder of SBI With Acccount No [protected] in Sultanpur city branch. On 27th of july 2010 I had applied for ATM Reissue and Chequebook Isuue but i did not recieved ATM card and Chequebook on my address.So i called on helpline no of SBI and i Was told that I can Collect my ATM card from my home branch personally or by sending any representative of mine. So i send my representative to the branch atleast for 10times but no one was entertaining him. and even after that i tried to contact on mobile phone, the no of which was provided by sbi helpline but i didnt get any response. Because of that reason i could not open my demat account and missed a great opportunity of investing in share market. So i request you to please take action against the concerned officers of that particular branch.

          SBI — Rude behaviour from Representative

          I taken a credit card from SBI and some one from Credut card department called me and talked to me in a very rude manner .

          I already registered for ATM service & fill all necessary docs as required also send copies for reminder time to time but till date i haven't received my ATM card from bank.

          pls do needful regarding the same ASAP.

          My account number at GPO indore is [protected]..I had filed a written application to issue ATM card on 8-7-2009, but till today i have not recevied any ATM card from SBI..related to the above account number. The dealing clerk any lady clerk Mrs.Mody told that my application has been preocessed but still Im not getting my card kindly reply on my above email id or [protected] and[protected]...please issue my ATM card at the earliest i will be thaknful of SBI.

          If sbi is the biggest bank in india then why it is happening to me

          I would like to kindly request you to send my pin number . Actually i have forgotten my atm card pin number and for getting that number i have been taking round of the bank for last 5 months still it is not worked so i request you to please send me the pin number of my atm card my account no is [protected] so do needful
          For complaints against banks there are so many ways to get it solved. Of course concerned branch might not have handled it properly. You can send notice to their "concerned authorities for grievances redressal cell" by Regd. post and also to RBI.

          SBI is not another ordinary company and all officials will not be indifferent. one or two may be like that. They will take care if you send even email to the correct offcial. Good luck.

            I used my ATM to withdraw rs. 2000 cash from SBI obra branch on date[protected] at about 1pm. in two contineous attempts no cash was dispensed from the machine.But when i checked my balance then i found that a sum of rs 4000 has been deducted from my account. i complained about this in the branch office but they told me to wait for some days. Till date the ammount has noot been returned to my account.

              I ATTACHED MY COMPLIANT LETTER AND A LETTER WHICH I SEND TO BANK BUT NO REPLY FROM BOTH BANKS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.

              Dear Sir,
              My name is Pradeep Dhoundiyal, I am an account holder of S.B.I. Since last 10 Years. I opened a Demat account on July 09 in Vikas Puri. On that time there was a man whose name was Anthony (Mob: [protected]), I opened my Demat account through him. He said me that whenever I want to sale the Shares then you have to deposit the slips in this bank.
              On 9th July 2010 I sale my Shares and for that I went bank for deposit that slip, but on that day Anthony was not present there, I contact many bank officers but they misbehaved me and they said me that that slips will not be deposit here, for that you have to contact that person who opened your account. They gave me a number of Ms. Anju ([protected]) I tried that number whole day but there is no response from Anju's side. Next day on 10 July again I went bank but my whole day was wasted and nothing gained from bank's side. Then they gave me a number of Mr. Rattan Jha ([protected]) when I asked him regarding my slips then he said that I have to deposit that slip in the SBI Bank Demat Department in the District Centre Branch.
              On Monday 12 July 2010, I contact District Centre Demat Department. There was a madam her Mob. no is [protected], that said that slip will not deposit here, if you want to deposit this then you have to go to Parliament Street, when I gave the reference of Mr. Rattan Jha then only she takes my slips. But only after 30 minutes she phoned me and told that in your slips there is overwriting, but I have the receiving slips on those there is no overwriting. Then she connect me with Mr. Jha and he said that If you want to sale you share then you have to deposit another slips before 2pm, otherwise I will cancel it. Then he threat me and said do whatever you can do, when I told him that I have the receiving slips, how can you do that, then he again threat me and said we are here for making such kind of receiving slips, for us there is no value of such kind of receiving slips, now I will see you that how can you able to sale the shares. After saying that he made some overwriting in my slips by own .I[censored] want the receiving copy then i scan & fax u the copy of receiving slip.
              Sir, they made me very upset from Friday to monody. Sir I want to recover damage from those persons, otherwise I am going to take legal actions and going to consumer court & media against those people. (Anthony- [protected]; Anju-[protected]; Rattan Jha-[protected]; and the lady working in District centre whose mobile no is- [protected]).

I have a Demat Account on regarding that account I contacted your branch employees their name is Meenakshi but they misguide and misbehaved with me because of their such kinf of attitude & inexperience behaviour, I lost my lot of time with the money of Rs. 1110.16/-.

              So, because of that in future I want to close my Demat account and with this I also want you should take some necessary action against them. For that issue I also planning to report RBI Ombudsman and can take some legal action, but before doing that I want to inform you and request you to please take necessary actions against them and gave me a my loss money back,if no positive response from your side then I go to consumer court and demand Rs. 10000/- for compensation or closed all my Demat account. I send u also written letter by courier

                sbi employees are the laziest people in the world... i went to sbi branch, fazilka for paying the income tax... but after standing 2 hours in a queue. i have to leave empty handed... sometimes they said income tax submission may tak 25 minutes so you have to come after lunch... and after lunch they have to catch the trains for their locations.. and they leave the bank 45 minutes before the closing time... .. i am very much frustrated from this bank... their services are worst... sometimes they may take even full day to transfer money from one account to another... SBI is lazy and poor bank in india. even worst than that...

                  I have an account in SBI in which it has been taken when i was studying.now i completed my education and i want to transfer the branch account from tirupathi sv university branch to vijayawada.The account has been transferred but the CIF No has not been changed. My online transaction amount has been blocked as my account credit limit is Rs10,000.So i want to change extend my credit limit . But here i got a problem that my CIF no has not been changed.So i cannot travel these many times here and there.This shows the irresponsibility of the people working over there.My work is getting disturbed because of this matter.Plz acknowledge this matter.I request you transfer my CIF no as well as change my Student account to General account so that i can get my stuck money back in my account and complete my work....

                    PRIVILEGE CIRCLE — non cancellation of privilege circle membership

                    I got call from plat5 on behalf of SBI cards. They said I have been selected for Privilege circle program and convinced me to accept this offer. I trusted them because they assured me this offer is from SBI. After one week I realized that I have been traped by plat5. I contacted them to cancel my membership, they denied it by saying that it cannot be cancelled, though according to term and conditions I could cancel offer if I told them before making payment to SBI cards. No reponse to email either. Could somebody please tell me how can I take legal action against SBI cards and plat5 consulatancy.They offen offen ask me to connect the customer cell. But from the customer cell is going to put in truble. Threten to send there persons to collect money. This is pourly chiting with the costomer who has not utilised the card and thay ask for money. I am busy person and during my service time they call me and hurres during office time.
                    I got offer from Plat5 in assoiation with SBI. All the "Terms & Conditions are clearly mentioned on SBI website. It was a wonderful trip which Plat5 arranged.

                    I have a problem regarding SBI privilage offer. I had received a call from SBI cards regarding a privilage offer and I said clearly to them that please send the brochure and I see afterward I will take the decision. I received the voucher and also they have charged me Rs. 6067/-. When I contacted on the given numbers they shown a very wrong attitude. They are forcing me to pay the amount and not accepting their mistake. Even not ready to refund the amount.

                        One person(male) contacted over my mobile telephone on 9th September,2010 to inform me that he is telling on behalf of SBI Credit Card and informed that I have been selected as the priviledged SBI card holder to offer some free benefits. Prior to that he wanted to confirm whether I am "Mohanji" and also wanted to know whether I am carrying the credit card with me and he wanted some information on the card for verification.I categorically mentioned that the card is not with me at this moment and he requested to keep the credit card with me so that he can contact me on next day(Call was given from[protected]. Next day that oerson again contacted me for verification and inform me about the offer that includes stay in hotels for two nights and three days for the family of four in any destinations in India out of 60 destinstions, one free air travel for self only for any destination in India and a polo wrist watch all absolutely free but as membership fee i have to pay for Rs. 6067 including service Tax. They wanted my card No. , date of expiry, and Pin Code of the recorded address. Prior to give my confirmation I asked him why I have been offering this benefit. He replied that it has been selected as priviledged customer and from Kolkata only four prrsons have been selected. I informed them unless I go through the terms and condition I cannot give my unconditional consent and also wanted to know whether it canbe withdrawn if I find it otherwise. They informed affirmitively and also informed that on receiving the documents you can go ythrough the details and the offer will remain valid for eight monyhs and you need not pay now, it will be charged in next credit card statement and if you dont agree it will be refunnded by reversing. He also assured that all the conversations are instatntly recorded for reference. After getting my confirmation he told me that within few minutes his senior officer will come back to me over telephone for further confirmation, when I should agrree to the proposal. After few minutes another call received from a female person[protected]. He also repeats the same procedure and inform me that for giving my consent the line will be transferred to a computrised system when I have to submit the button no. 1 for agreeing the offer and also inform that all the documents will be despatched to my address. I informed that by this time my address has been changed. That lady immediately recorded the changed address and inform me that all the documents will be sent to my new address if I accept the offer. Which i accepted . They inform me their helpline No. [protected] for future requirement. Later on from this complaints forum Website I came to know that so many persons have been cheated by the SBI priviledge Circle Programme. I am just waiting to see what happen reserving the option to decline the offer if it does not suit me as they have communicated.

                                Respected Sir,
                                With due respect I beg to state that my monthly pension has been calculated at the less.My saving account number is [protected]. My PPO Number is G8/14/B/13156/2005. I am a diploma holder As per the table number 112, My basic pension would be 6513/- per month. Then as per the existing DA 35% total amount becomes 6513+[protected]x35%)=[protected]commuted Amount) =7297/-. So I should get Rs 7297/- per month as my pension, but presently I am getting only Rs 6803/- . You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Then as per the existing DA 45% total amount becomes 6513+[protected]x45%)=[protected]commuted Amount) =7948/-. So I should get Rs 7948/- per month as my pension, but presently I am getting only Rs 7416/- . You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                Despite my several visits the matter has not been solved. You are requested to instruct the SBI chandni chowk to amend the same and pay the arrears.

                                      Sir,Myself Tapas Kumar Mukherjee ,A/c No [protected] moved to United Bank of India,Kalitala Branch on 18th August 2010 to withdraw Rs 3000.In the vfirst time the machine did not respond so I inserted the card 2nd time and I obtained Rs 3000.Now through my on line bank statement I found that the money debited as Rs 3000+Rs 3000.The statement is like this as mentioned below.

                                      I have one such identical problem and same was lodged on 09/08/10 but the required money of Rs 3000 has not yet been credited to my account till today.I approached to concerned United Bank of India branch, Kolkata and they refused to take any action and advised me to lodge the complaint with SBI only.But everybody knows the procastinate attitude of SBI official towards solving the problem of its customer.I am very much frustrated and donot know what action to be taken to get back the money.However a copy of my earlier letter is placed below for the perusal of interested persons.

                                        We CRE (MEs) from Chennai Circle. In Tamilnadu out of nine only three CRE (MEs) were absorbed as permanent officers. other six got discharge letter from Chennai LHO stating that our contract will come to end on 30.08.2010. But all circles all contract employees were absorbed except Tamilnadu circle only.

                                        Our Circle SME Business is in negative growth. but we done our best possible achievements, we are very new to the bank and credit, we achieved some how business in the first year but we couldn't achieve the 60 % target. some of them are performed in the financial year 2010-11 also.

                                        In our Chennai circle only three CRE (MEs) were observed as permanent officers. but, there is no consistency in awarding the score in the performance matrix. sir as you aware performance is affected by more factors like industrial recession, market potential, area of operation etc, moreover, there is more discrepancies are there in performance appraisal. kindly look into the matter and kindly do us the favour.
