Sir,
I'm Karunesh Gupta, having account in STATE BANK OF INDIA.I had given the written Application
( two times) for activating the SMS ALERT facility on my Mobile NO([protected]).I gave first
application in bank 8 months before & second application in the starting of August.Whenever i go to
bank, everytime they say me to give the application again.They have not started this facility...

Account Related - my ATM card is loosed and Cash withdraw by ATM

I already complaint in SBI Main branch in jabalpur and also apply...

I had deposited a Bank Draft No 003559 on ICICI bank for Rs 44,5000/ , payable at Kolkata ,on 30th July 2010, in my SB Account with the SBI at Golpark.My Passbook was creditd to the same amount. However on 2nd August 2010, my account was debited Rs 44,5000/ and the Service Manager advised me that the ICICIBankhas refused to hohour the Draft.

Till date , despite my repeated requests, theSBI Golpark has failed to produce either...

I would like to bring to the attention of SBI bank authorities that I was charged doubly for 2 transactions in May 2010 and after repeated complaints, a visit to SBI branch, a ameeting with the finance officer also hasn't resulted in any action.The amount is about INR 422 but, the amount of time, energy, frustration, calls and effort invested is much more.

In the ads you people proudly say that its the people's bank...

My name is Manjunath and i had taken a Credit card from SBI and the same was settled by EMI on 31/10/2006 (Have settlement Letter) 6800 * 5 Months Starting from Oct 2006 to Feb 2007

The EMIs never came to my bank on time but however came and got cleared till 3 EMI
1st Installment in Nov, 2nd and 3rd in Jan and later 4th and 5th in April and got bounced the same day as there was a balance for clearing only one cheque....

I am working with Siemens Ltd & last year I had applied for SBI credit card. The request got rejected & I got few calls & SMS from SBI.

We are not receiving postel timely. It is very delay of sending even speed posts also to our premises. Here the condition of postel department is in very negligency. Sometimes employees are missing their interviews, money orders, ATM cards..... So please take action on this issue and give a pleasent way of timely sending postel.
We are very happy if we get postel in time.

Sir Every Month we are making payment to our sbi credit card No.[protected] 29th of every month we drop the payment cheques to their branch regularly

last 2 months they are told that your payment is not received in time so they charged last month it was Rs. 600/- for late payment fee & finantial charges for Rs.910.40
After we made a complaint through their toll free No. they reversed the late payment charges...
