The courier company has not yet delivered the letter to me yet.. They have contacted me over the phone
and promised to deliver the same 3 days ago.But still i hve not got the same till today. Can you pl help me to send me the ph no and the name of the courier company, so that I can contact them.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that I took a SBI credit card long before and surprisingly I found that Royal Sundaram Life insurance policy was automatically activated with my card and the charges for the same was deducted from my credit account.
    I then followed it up both with Royal Sundaram & SBI credit card for cancellation of the policy and after putting hard effort I could manage to cancel the policy from Royal Sundaram and the money / charges were also returned back to my credit account by them.
    To my next surprise I found that SBI is still charging money from my account as if I am using the credit card for any transaction. Since I faced issue with this card, I have never made any transaction with this but still they are demanding money from me. A few days back I got a legal notice from SBI stating that I have to pay Rs.16000 (approx) as charges otherwise they would take necessary action.
    I would request your intervention to sort out this issue as I do not want to loose my hard earned money by means of this type of fraud activities.

      I am Bankat Agrawal an sbi card holder, i have being using sbi debit card but unfortunately it stopped working in the sense, money cudn't being transacted in any sbi ATM'S due to sum card problem stating" your card-is invalid" Card no.is[protected]

          i have read the ad of online earning at home. i have deposited Rs.325/- at sbi bank branch. but i have not still got any reply. the address to which i deposited money is" karthikeyan v tiruchengode at tamilnadu..with A/C no.[protected]" through sbi bank. i am so disappointed. its a fraud. we hope to earn money but all this is fraud with consumers. please take actions as soon as possible......

          am one of the custemer in sbi .today i went for the depositing of money to home town .their is one counter written like (draft & home town transation will be here) i was stand in the line at the last when i reached in counter she telling that with alot of attitude she telling the transation not here u can stand out side for different counter for the last one hours am wait over their am watching her attitude for every custemer she talking like that only this also kind of hospitalitty u have to take care o[censored]r coustemer with politness and also in counter the casheir need fresh corency this the branch in thane wagbhill u have train ur employs to how beheve in friend of coustemer

            My Sister in Law had applied for housing loan of Rs 5 Lakhs on 08 May 10 at Kondwa branch SBI . It took one month for the bank to forward the documents to RACPC Pune . My brother had signed as co applicant although the loan was planned to be payed by my sis in law through her income alone. Unfortunately my brother expired on 21 May 10. Hence my sis in law went to inform the processing department. Mr Akhilesh (processing dept) very insensitively replied that we cant help it your husband has to be present for disbursement .She tried to explain him that he is no more hence it is not possible.As it is she had been the main applicant and loan was being processed on basis of her income alone. The official acted very rudely with her and said pse get your husband. He did not make ant attempt give any solution to this unforeseen situation and over and above was rude with her. Later on my sis-in-law approached Mrs Ruikar who is the Legal advisor of SBI RACPC who explained the procedure of an afidavit and NOC from builder to overcome this situation. However Mr Akhilesh is purposefully not looking at the file and avoiding work. He has on many occasion spoken rudely to my sis in law who has come crying home due to his behaviour. When the lawyer went to explain the solution he was not ready to listen to her and misbeahved wit her too. To my surprise even if my sis in law approached his superiors but there seem to be no control on this person he continues to behave in an irresposible manner. When we approached on 21 Aug he told us that he has not even seen our file. Its been three months since my sis in law is running from pillar to post to get her loan approved but no avail. Mr Akhilesh needs to be taught how to treat customers especially ladies that to during circumstances where she has lost her husband recently.

            I also have experienced the rude behavior of these people at RACPC on many occasions and you can not escalate it to higher level because no one cares for the customer there.

            I very strongly feel that the people at SBI home loan are bribed (right from top to bottom) by other financing institutions for providing such a lousy service or not doing their work. If they provide good service like other private institutions, who would like to go to private banks because the rate of interest is and other service charges and processing fees are attractive here at SBI. Just think about it and you would agree what I am saying
            I applied for car loan at SBI, tigri, khanpur, bank road branch. All papers I submitted to SBI, but the manager (Pahel Singh)not sent the proper documents to RACPC, as a result it came back to SBI, After one week when I asked the manager, he said your application is returned. I studied the cause of return of my documents. I understood that Manager not sent the forwarding letter, my upto date bank statement etc. I understood also, he want to avoid it. Manager told me to apply in other bank near my job place. I asked him why not this SBI? he told your application is comeing back. I told him it was your fault that you not sent all the proper documents even also I submitted all documents. I quaried that this bank manager's behaviour is bery rough. and he is not a good person. He avoids work.Till now 3 month past I not got the car loan from SBI, khanpur, tigri, New Delhi branch.
            This terrible behaviour by SBI with their clients. Such great institution but lack of right attitude by officials and no customer centric approach is going to ruin this organization.

            They are least bothered to provide accessebilty to client by giving them contact numbers, email ID etc. What ever number they provide which will never work. One has to visit personally to check status of your file or what ever work you have with bank.

            Like every one is here to do Bank's business . They forget to realise that Bank is for the peoples and not peoples for bank.
            I agree with all of above...I think with this attitude SBI's will not stay in market for more time...You will not believe that they have some how simillar attitude with NRI peoples...I feel peety on them, they don't want to have cash flow into the country. I strongly agree on statement made above by Mr. murkumbi.

              Deficiency in services Fraud in commitments and selling the unauthorized products for illegal profit.

              This has reference to the above.

              I had been given the following offers by the SBI CRIDIT CARD PRIVILEGE CIRCLE.

              1. One Polo Club wrist watch, (where in they claim MRP is 7000/- )
              2. One side of air fare for any destinations in India.
              3. 2 night and three days of stay in any of your listed hotels.

              The above offer was available at the cost of 6600/-


              1. I approached your team to check the authenticity of the wrist watch as the watch is well known brand across the map. I was shocked to see the quality of wrist watch for which I had been charged the aforesaid amount and taken aback to note that SBI credit card team privilege circle team denied / refused that there is no authorized dealer / store / distributor for branded watch and no warranty for the same, further argued that the same is mentioned in offer .

              There is no serial no and modal no also mentioned over the same article.

              2. I was promised to have one side air fare from MUMBAI to DELHI, which did not come under the plan. Since the team itself claim that , they record all the telcon but ultimately refused to provide the same.
              .
              This contradicts with my case. This clearly indicates the malafide intention of the Company to
              misrepresent to the public at large just to sell and to make illegal profits at the expense of the
              unwary customer/public.

              If I would have visited to any of your listed hotels , I am confident that I would have not find the same.

              This has caused me immense mental pressure and harassment as I am not able to concentrate on my work and I have lost precious business due to the same and have incurred a loss to the tune of nearly Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only), which I would have otherwise benefited by using the that time.

              Kindly note that the above situation is against Good Marketing Practices (GMP) and against the
              trade.

              I expect the situation to be rectified immediately on the receipt of this letter, failing which, I will
              be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action for claiming my fundamental rights under the
              Constitution of India, the provisions of IPC and Consumer forum for the above loss and damages
              at your costs and expenses which please note and further advertise the same in the press.

              SBI Credit Card — Deficiency in services!

              plz deliver the monthly statement in time
              This is 2nd attempt about my SBI credit card dispatched.
              This time also I have received SMS from SBI ON 10TH MAY 2008 regarding dispatch of my credit card through ELBE with ref. no SB[protected].but I haven't receive my card even till the date.
              I am not been able to make use of card.
              Kindly take immediate action on courier service so that I can receive my card immediately.

              SBI Credit Card — Claiming illicit Amounts

              Sir,
              SBI provided credit card being No. [protected] with an assurance that the said card is offered free of cost without any charges.

              Despite I have never swiped the card or enjoyed any credit through the said credit card the bank is claiming an amount of Rs. 4000 and odd towards outstanding Dues .

              Requested help to resolve the issue.

                I am writing to dispute a Rs. 58469.31 on my credit card as outstanding, and I hope you can help me.

                Sir or Madam the facts of the dispute is as follows

                1) I received the above said credit card in Nov 2003
                2) I received a statement stating an amount of Rs. 18752.75 vide statement dtd: 06/09/2006 total amount due inclusive of EMI
                3) On 25/10/2006 vide Settlement Tracer No: Hyderabad[protected] I have settled the outstanding amount on payment of Rs. 15000/- vide Cheque No: 060003 of Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd and Temporary Receipt No: 6342219 dtd: 30.10.2006 and book no: 126845
                4) The above said cheque got cleared in my account on 13.11.2006

                And several time I visited SBI offices and almost more than 10-15 times SBI collection agents collected the Settlement letter, Temporary Receipt and Bank statement.

                On 19.08.2009 at 12.35PM Page No: 108 Entry No: 9 I have visited SBI card office Secundrabad office and met Mr. Srinivas Reddy who's direct no[protected] and once again submitted Settlement letter, Temporary Receipt and Bank statement. And Mr. Srinivas Reddy told he will settle the issue in 4 working days and till date nothing is settled and still I am receiving the statements.

                I have applied for home loan from SBI and rejected on the ground to close the CIBIL pending queries and I am not able to apply for any vehicle loan / personal loan even after settling the issue 3 years back

                Still today I am receiving phone calls for the outstanding payment. I need immediately to clear the issue in CIBIL by SBI Credit Card enabling me to apply for Home Loan.

                SBI Credit Card — Settlement of outstanding amount

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                This is with regards to the SBI credit card, i had a balance transfer from ICICI to SBI to the extent of 25000/- and this was done long back. I have spoken to the customer service department when the outstanding was 17 thousand plus. I have requested them that i would like to settle it once for all, after a long conversation it was agreed that i should be paying 15000/-. I have dropped a cheque to that extent and it was realised by SBI on 8th of March 2008. But till date i have been getting calls asking me to pay further. Please help me in this regard.

                I was dropping cheques on regular basis during the repaying period on monthly basis but it was always taken as late payment and SBI has levied late payment fee every month. They never informed what the due date on monthly basis was.

                Now they call and harass me to pay the rest of the amount.

                Can you please help me in this regard. If required i will furnish further details.

                SBI Credit Card — Outstanding Amount

                I am a consumer of SBI credit Card from last 5-6 years. I am paying minimum amount from more than 3 years as per their Bill statement within time period. But when I examine my bill statement closly by taking one year account statement from SBI Credit card website (they provide account statement for upto one year only) I found that I have paid more than Rs. 18000/- and outstanding amount is still more thant Rs. 17000/- and during one year I have not purchase more than Rs. 6000/-. I found that they are putting me very high and unneccessary charges. I lodge my complaint for this issue and ask them to provide my full account statement from last 3 years in which every thing should be shown that what I used, what I paid, but I have not still received the statement. Now this month I received the bill in which they charged me Rs. 700/- as a late penality fees. This rudeness of SBI Credit Card is becoming nightmare for me. If this will continue than I can never paid their all money in my whole life. You are requested to help in this case.My Card No is XXXXXXXXXXXX8181.

                SBI Credit Card — outstanding on the credit card

                Dear sir/madam
                About the due amount showing on the credit card . I am recieving the phone calls & the statements in the interval of 3-4 months from SBI credit card. I have already communicatd to them I had neither used or neither purchased any policy on the SBI credit card. I never used the credit card . I had neither purchased the insurance policy , neither recieved. still the amount is showing on my account. So I requested them please take necessary action immideately , reverse the amount and close the outstanding amount. I am communicating through phone and e-mail since from when I recieved the statement from the sbi card till date no use of communication

                  I am Janak Raj Joshi.working with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited Gurgaon My mother Smt. Godambari Devi having Saving Account (No.[protected] in your branch past 15 plus years. 13th Aug 2010 my mother has deposited Rs.100000 in the account and I have checked the statement through ATM at DUNDAHERA Gurukul Academy 2nd ATM (TXN No. 7546) same day and the available balance was 106,790.59

                  I have withdrawal Rs.40,000 through ATM (Meharauli Road Gurgaon) on 18th August 2010, in 3 transactions Rs.15,000, Rs.15,000 and Rs.10,000. The transaction numbers are 7498, 7499 and 7501. After withdrawal I checked mini statement and found Rs. 20,000 also withdrawal thru ATM on 13th August 2010. I truly saying this was not happened. I had taken only Mini statement at ATM on 13th August 2010. 17.29pm
                  I have called the customer care on 18th august 2010 evening and complained about the transaction error and the customer care executive has informed me that the problem will be resolved in 12 working days and complaint Numbers are AT[protected] and AT[protected].

                  All the transaction statements 13TH Aug To 18th Aug 2010 are enclosed with the application

                    Hi,
                    Last month, I got a call from[protected], where a lady was offering SBI credit card. She requested certain documents like my salary slip, etc. to process new sbi credit card. She also send one person to collect the required documents from my office. The person came and i filled the required form and also given the documents required. She later confirm that she received the documents and has started process for credit card.

                    After 15-20 days on 23rd July, I got a message on my given mobile number that my credit card request can not be completed becasue of some sbi internal policy. I call the lady, she told that she will confirm and let me know in 30 minutes. After that she didn't replied and I also forget the same thinking that the card is not issued.

                    But,on 4th Aug monrning i got a message from sbi card on my mobile as " Dear SBI cardholder, thank you for choosing sbi card. If you do not wish to receive any promotional/cash back offers and calls, please sms "NO call" to 56767"

                    No credit card was issued to me then how come the message stating me as SBI cardholder ???? Did anyone missused the documents I have given ????

                    I also call[protected] on 4th Aug morning itself, and told everything. where she told me that she will check and call me back in 30 minutes. But I didn't receive any call back. I was concern about identity theft and false transactions.

                    Then after the credit card person came with credit card after two days, I refused to accept the same because
                    1.Initially they told that they can't issue a card because of there internal policy
                    2.The complaint was already launched for the same and was under process
                    3.No insurrance from the company that it's not a case of identity theft till that day.

                    Again I got a call from the SBI card department asking me to pay Rs 551 for the statement on 4th sep10.
                    My question was how they can send the 551 statement without insuring that SBI card is deliverd.

                    It's looks a clear case of bad service from SBI card department.

                    Please help me out. I don't want any sbi card from now and will suggest all my friends to not to go for the same in all my blogs.

                    Bank has paid insurance amount without informing me, then who is liable for the credit card payment.

                    Now they are calling and disturbing, so what action I can take against bank...

                          I'm Karunesh Gupta, having account in STATE BANK OF INDIA.I had given the written Application
                          ( two times) for activating the SMS ALERT facility on my Mobile NO([protected]).I gave first
                          application in bank 8 months before & second application in the starting of August.Whenever i go to
                          bank, everytime they say me to give the application again.They have not started this facility on my

                              I had deposited a Bank Draft No 003559 on ICICI bank for Rs 44,5000/ , payable at Kolkata ,on 30th July 2010, in my SB Account with the SBI at Golpark.My Passbook was creditd to the same amount. However on 2nd August 2010, my account was debited Rs 44,5000/ and the Service Manager advised me that the ICICIBankhas refused to hohour the Draft.

                              Till date , despite my repeated requests, theSBI Golpark has failed to produce either the instrument oe the memo. Please look into the matternwhich is very grave as the refusal to hohour a draft is most unusual. Uma Majumdar

                                  I would like to bring to the attention of SBI bank authorities that I was charged doubly for 2 transactions in May 2010 and after repeated complaints, a visit to SBI branch, a ameeting with the finance officer also hasn't resulted in any action.The amount is about INR 422 but, the amount of time, energy, frustration, calls and effort invested is much more.

                                  In the ads you people proudly say that its the people's bank right from a top executive to a poor farmer...But in reality you cannot help

                                  Dear people please beware of this bank's pathetic customer service:::if you have your account opened in one city and are travelling or posted in the other city and have any issues....calling customer care will not help....they ask you to go to the branch where your account was opened....In the age of core banking, does anybody want this? I dont think so.....

                                  Is there any soul out there who can genuinely provide customer service and help me out

                                      I(VENKADESAN A) have savings account in Bharadhidasan University branch-Tricirappalli with A/C No:[protected].I have ATM card Number bearing[protected]. On 02-January-2011, I put my card in LAKSHMI VILAS BANK at KOVILPATTI for withdrawal of Rs 2, 000/ but the machine was not responding over five minutes and I entered the cancel button. I did not get any amount from the ATM machine and no printout.The time of operation is around 10:00 AM on[protected].But my mini statement says Rs 2, 000/ as withdrawal on[protected]. So kindly do the needful.
