Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I (Abidali A Poonawala) is an existing S/B A/c Holder([protected]) in Carter Road, Bandra (W),Mumbai branch, since May-09 and is feeling very ashamed to informed the irresponsibility shown by the bank.

I have lost my ATM Debit card on 20/09/2010 at around 1200pm, and I myself serached a lot for the same but could not find it,then i visited nearby branch at safed pool (sakinaka) Andher(E) and presented my case to them they provided me the call centre number ([protected])and i called at call centre where i spoke to Tahera (lady) at between 1400Hrs to 1500hrs but unfortunately there was technical problem and i was told you will get the confirmation after 12hrs and thus she could not raise the ticket number, then i spoke to the safed pool (sakinaka),Andher(E) branch people, she told,we are not allowed to block the card other than home branch and you haveto visit your branch only, by that time it was 1540hrs and i started journey to my home branch which was at carter road,bandra (w) by bus, mean while i reach there, i informed my friend Mr.Qamar who visited there and requested for the same but he (prakash nikale) did not listen to him, nor was ready to attend my phone calls as well, but unfortunately there was traffic jam and i was able to reach there by 1730hrs and the bank was closed, Now no way, just waiting for 21/09/2010 sunrise and visited my home branch bank but by that time Rs.23,400/- was debited by unknown person and these affected my family and will be on fast for some days god forbid,

I would be very grateful if you could look into these matter and repay my innosent amount which was withdrawn wrongly

    i retired from Indian Air Force on 31 Jan 2007

    my pension account is in SBI A F stn Sulur branch/ A/c No. [protected]

    I received a corrigendum PPO. no. 08/14/B/CORR/66586/2010 dated[protected]. the Corri. PPO was forwarded to CPPC/SBI/Chennai by the said branch. it is almost 2 and 1/2 month the ammount has not ben credited to my a/c.

    sir,

    due to some delay in service my commutation amount sanctioned only on 12 Jan 2010. the Corri. PPO was forwarded to CPPC/SBI/Chennai by the said branch. it is almost 25 days without any action from CPPC.

    the remedy against my case be dealt as early as possible.

    In spite of repeated requests, reminders, both in person and through registered post, courier, I could not get my pension payment order book-PPO BOOK from the manager SBI perambur. No it's nearly seven years and at last the chief manager, SBI perambur blamed me for not getting the book and pleaded help less. He however asked me to approach the CPPC. I wonder why it took seven years to guide to you and why none of my letters not even fetched even an acknowledgement.

    Now my request to you is to kindly trace and hand over the PPO BOOK to me at early date.

    I am A.G.Swamy Retd from CRPF since last july 2005, stating that my revised Basic Pension at Rs 12470/ as per 6th pay commission has not yet been implimented by CPPC SBI Virugambakkam Chennai since past one year.I am very mentally and physically suffered for not getting my revised pension and its arrears for last one year. Till now I have not receive any intimation regarding the credit of my Gratuity, Commutation and monthly Pension. my co-pensioner of other states, who came on same date are received their above said amount and receiving their pension since last two months. Now I am facing huge financial crisis.     Sir, I am retired from Army on 01 Jan 2017. My PPO No is S/49827/2016 (Army), PAN No is ANCPM9468R, Aadhaar No is[protected]. I am receiving service pension Rs 26, 933/- per month in which commutation Rs 5985/- and income tax Rs 1113/- is being deducted from my pension account. Net pension is availed Rs 19, 835/- per month.

    2. My yearly income by means of pension is Rs 3, 23, 196/-. Exemption of income tax ceiling limit is upto Rs 2, 50, 000/-, ( then my excess income per year is Rs 73, 196/- only. (Also U/S 87A, i hold 10 LIC bonds ser No from[protected] to[protected] total Rs 4, 49, 500/- ). Moreover, income tax may be deducted to Rs 305/- per month on 5% tax rate.

    3. From Apr 2017 to Oct 2017 a sum of Rs 7791/- has been recovered as income tax from my pension account instead it should be recovered Rs 2135/-.     3. I have approached my paying branch SBI, Sattur code No 0961, Dist Virudhunagar. The dealing clerk told me that CPPC, Chennai is whole responsible to release your pensionery benefits.

    4. Since I have not yet received the revised rate of pension and other pensionary benifits as mentioned in the corrigendum ppo.

    5. I earnestly request that action on my Corr PPO may be taken immediately and release the dues and revised pension at the earliest.

      Dear Sir

      this is to bring to you notice that I Ricardo dacosta was given a Credit card in 2001 which I Used and paid all my dues to the time I decided to consolidate all my cards and give up the SBI card I paid 1300 rupees as the final payment for the card and asked the Agent and asked your credit card complany to close the account in 2006

      Since then I was under the impression that the credit card has been closed until recently when i get another call from the Collections agency telling me that i need to be paying SBI credit cards Rs 16000 .....and this is all intrest accumulated over the last 4 years for the amount i paid

      this seems absurd and unbelievble to me ...... she has been calling me and embarrasing me ove tht Phone also threating to spoil my CYBIL score .....so i am not eligible to take any further Loans .......I am Not liking the way she speaks or gives me threats
      Please have this taken care of as I am Plnning to take this to consumer
      court
      Abhay Kumar, CEO of SBI Cards and Payments Services Pvt Ltd has faced an arrest warrant issued against him and two others. The warrant has been issued based on a complaint filed by lawyer Tushar Mandlekar on charges of contempt of court.



      The two other people against whom warrant has been issued include Milind Deshpande of GE Money and Kunal Sani, recovery agent of the same firm.

      Mandlekar has lodged the complaint with a consumer court on charges that a bill of Rs 19000 was issued under his name when he did not have any dues to be cleared. He said that he had used the card only on three instances and that he had cleared the outstanding balance in 2006. SBI had also mentioned this within 45 days of payment being made.

      Now after the bill was forced on him, he moved to court. The court has decided in his favor and slammed a fine of Rs 7000 on the company. The company did not address the court's orders and continued harrassment of Mandlekar.

      Mandlekar said that "The company officials called me up regularly, telling me to pay up. They even sent Kunal Sani, a recovery agent who tried to force his way".

      The court has thus given orders of six months imprisonment for the accused trio and Rs 10,000 fine has been put on each on charges of contempt of court.

        Why SBI Visa Yuva Debit Card facility is not available for the customers of State Bank of India Bommanahalli branch.

        I want to point out the features given in SBI site in the Sbi yuva card section:

        "SBI Yuva Card is an International Debit Card on VISA platform, exclusively designed for vibrant youth of India between 18-30 years of Age. The card can be used at ATMs for cash withdrawal at all ATMs under bilateral arrangement. It can be used for dining, shopping and traveling at POS/MEs. This Card is available in all our branches free of cost. You can not only draw cash at ATM but also swipe it for. This card is PIN based on ATM and signature based at POS/MEs. This card can ‘be used for e-commerce i.e. for shopping through internet by using VbV (Verified by VISA) certified internet websites. Funds can also be transferred using VISA Monet Transfer facility. Using our ATMs, card holder can also transfer funds to other VISA Debit/ Credit Cards issued by our Bank or any other Bank."


        In the fourth line it says, 'This Card is available in all our branches free of cost.'

        But I don't find it in my SBI bank as the worker/employee said this service is not available here.

        I want to ask the SBI officials and managers, if this facility is not available in all branches then why the false features has been indicated in the SBI website.

        YUVA — AFTER SERVICE

        After 3rd service there is drastic reduction in mileage The car has been .taken to the showroom for rectification and after that there is one more complaint. There is good jerking while changing the gear and also shivering of the whole body of the car while driving.Earlier it was hard to realize that the engine was on when waiting somewhere ,in first gear.Now my hands are shivering while holding the steering. The whole thing makes me quite uneasy.

        I am Manager(NRI) at State Bank of Travancore Kodungallur and is staying at Kallor Ernakulam About 7 sales have been effected from our circle seeing me riding the vehicle. and I was asked by your Delhi Office to give a feed back about your Ernakulam unit for which I gave an excellent rating .which is true

        . Minimum three days in a week I have to take the vehicle to Kodungallur My husband who is Joint Director of Social Welfare Dept and having very limited time has to come to take the vehicle for service to Maradu.So the error has to be rectified in the next visit to the service station itself

        I think they have cleaned the filter last time but even though we are laymen in this field we feel that the mileage problem is linked with clutch or gear

        We are forced to take the vehicle to maradu service station on Friday 16/10/2009. We request that the error is identified and rectified,

            My wife( Rekha Jingar) has deposited the cheque to SBI, NAL, Bangalore office on 6th September,2010 into SBI saving account SBI [protected].
            But It has been almost 15 days, still money has not credited into my account.

            Following the cheque detail:
            Bank Name=>Bank of Baroda
            Date submitted=>6th Sep,2010
            Cheque number: 518758
            Amount: 30000

            Can you please look into the matter very urgently and credit the cheque into my account [protected].


            I have called to Mr Madhav Nayak from SBI NAL branch on Friday(17th Sep,2010) on the checque issue.
            He told me that the cheque has been sent to Jaipur for clearing. He told me that he will find out on monday the cause for the delay. When I called him 30 minutes back today, he told me the that Jaipur clearng cell has not cleared. When I asked him the reason then he told me that he do not know and forwarded the call to Chief manager. My call was not picked up by chief manager. I tried to call the SBI NAL branch again and called almost 10 times. But No one is picking up the phone.

            I am really upset with the service.
            Can you pelase do the needful and make sure that at least they pick up the calls.

              A cresit card which was given to my husband 6 years down the line and the settlement of which has already been made by my HUsband with the company. However i have nothing to do with the company and the company executives talk in cheap languages and harass me by calling at my office and blackmail me. THe numbers they call from are [protected] and[protected]. Please help me from their verbal abuse.

                My name is Shivani Singh residing in Hyderabad. I Have been receiving very frequent and harrassing calls from SBI for a collection on credit card of one R. Kistaiyah on my BSNL landline (#[protected] since the time I got a new connection on my name.
                I have informed them each time to remove this number as this is wrong number, and each time the ladies on the call are extremely rude and argumentative and gone to the extent of telling me - " Do you want me to lie as I there is no option of removing this number meaning I will keep getting these calls".
                I get the calls from Gurgaon call center which on my phone appear as [protected]. I have also tried calling customer care #[protected] for redressal of this but unfortunately there is no such option in IVR which can lead me to an agent.
                It is getting extremely annoying as the calling agents are highly rude and leave my BP to soar post each call.
                I would really appreciate if this issue is resolved at earliest. Thanks!

                I received call from the same number and they were asking for address, date of birth, maiden name, etc. The person said, he is calling on behalf of SBI. When I complained why are you asking such confidential information, the person dosconnected. Why I try to call back on the same number, it is found that it is a airtel number, but the phone rings once or twice, then it is disconnected.

                I feel this is some kind of fraud. If we give our date of birth, mother's maiden name, date of birth, phone number etc, it is definitely possible to use the information control the transaction of credit cards online. I hope SBI cards get into this.

                  The most NON USER FRIENDLY, NON RESPONDING Demat account system.
                  Most of the people who have DEMAT account in SBI have reopend one more Demat account in other bank.

                  1. The Sun JAVA installation system which make not accessable for online trading from any where at any time, because to load SunJAVA. We need to have administrative loging, password what generally don't have in every where.
                  2. Server responce time very poor.
                  3. Not fit for intraday trading as for online trading a number of website we have to open for market watch and histry, and judgement of share for when to buy or when to sell off. But during that time the session get expire in login which is very trouble some for an investor.

                  So I don't recommend for SBI DEMAT

                    today (19/09/10) i tried to book a ticket twice using internet via sbi atm-cum-debit card but even though the transaction failed some Rs1300 were debited from my account.The irctc site shows settlement requested on the failed transactions page and gives a message "payment not received from bank".So,what am i supposed to do in this situation,i feel robbed by one of the most reliable banks of india.

                    i use my atm card at bajirao atm center of sbi on 14/04/2012 but transaction is not success but amount is debited in my account .i saw when i print passbook shown tran. no atm 6769 14.04.2012

                    I am Bhuvaneswari J while doing online payment for my purchase, Rs 537was deducted from my account, for the purchase that was cancelled by me.Message was recieved on my mobile after some time that ''thank you for using your SBI debit card 622XX9486 for a purchase worth Rs 537 0n POS [protected] at Billdesk.com_Billpay txn#[protected]".My account no. is [protected].I[censored] kindly refund my amount I would be highly obliged.
                    Today I called up SBI Customer Care and feel like looted. I used my SBI Debit Card at a POS merchant for Rs8190. I got a message on my mobile that the amount is deducted. At the merchant they did not get a confirmation of payment and said they did not get the payment and some problem with banks server. When i checked mini statement, i see the amount deducted. I call SBI and they say it will take 45 days to resolve this. So my money in my debit card account is gone and i need to wait 45 days to get my money back? For gods sake its not credit card. It my money in my debit card!! Why should i suffer for banks server problem?????? Why cant the bank resolve this in a faster time as this is debit card and not credit card? Or debit the amount to my account and adjust it once they found the issue later? There should be a better process for debit card owners!!

                        I am TATA CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER my credit card no is [protected]. I was cheated by TATA sbi credit card.Initially when i had applied for tata card i was told that there would be no annual charge .After receiving the credit card i contacted customer care regarding annual charge .i was told that my card is lifetime free and there is no annual charge.They told me so almost 10 times whenever i contacted customer care.But after 1 year completion they levied me Rs 275/- as annual charge fee.This is totally unethical and cheating against me.People should be careful while taking TATA credit card .as they lie when applying for new card.strict action should be taken against such frauds.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had SBI Credit Card from Bangalore some five years ago. I shopped only once and paid the credit card bill and returned the card when i felt the service isnt good as SBI charges Credit Shield and interest on this credit shield chanrges. Its almost 5 years now after i returned the card and called customer care to de-activate.

                        Since last year i am getting statements on my mobile 91-[protected] every month. Every month a customer care calls up to give a reminder to pay the credit shield and its interest of initial 40 rupees has now grown to 7344.09/- I dont even remember the card number now to complain. Please advice me how to get rid of this torture.?

                        SBI cards are did same with me too. I had been given a free card even though i had not opted for one. I never used it in 2 years. Then suddenly started getting bills of Rs 250/- i never paid. Then SBI card started charging me interest. I had regisitered complaints on thier credit card toll free nos. 2 times. Then i had sent one letter on fax giving all details and informed them i will never pay the amount as i was promised that the card comes without any annual fee and i had never used it also.

                        this happened many days and months. Then i wrote on SBI site and with copy to all possible mail ids.

                        Still SBI which is one of the largest nationalise bank have so adamant behaviour they never even replied to any of my mail / fax etc. Even though now i do not get any reminders for payments i am not sure SBi has taken any action on my mails and probably would again get the outstanding bill some months or years down the line.

                          Sub: Explanation regarding SBI Credit Card which I had not used.

                          As mentioned above, I had a SBI Credit Card and I used the card for nearly seven or eight month and repaid the amount. While taking the card the person said that there will be no charges will be debited if I had not in use or if there is no dues.

                          After a year later I had got a phone call from Chennai Office that I have to pay Rs.1000/- for settlement . I had paid the amount for which I had actually not used.

                          I used to contact the call centre for further clarification where I did not get any reasonable reply. And the main draw back of SBI Card that is no office at Calicut, So I am enable to call/ talk to the resposible persons.

                          From the State Bank I had talk to the Manager regarding this issue , He said, ‘need not pay this amount’ . He also said that they have no connection with SBI Credit Cards and their Bank.

                          Last March they had called for an adalath and I had explained the situation, further I did not get any reply in this regard.

                          Again last month, a person called from settlement division that I have to pay Rs.8300/- so that he will arrange a settlement letter from SBI. I have disscussed the above matter with him ( one Mr.Vinod). I disagreed to pay the amount and I also said if you are sincerely settle my account I will pay Rs.1000 or Rs.2000/- maximum after 2 days again the same person is calling and ask me to pay Rs.7200/- to settle the account.

                          I truly stating that I am not liable for the said Credit Card which I had not used. Even though, I want to settle the account with nominal amount. So, kindly arrange a resposible person to do the needful.

                              It is related to 03 succesive ECS deduction on 6th Sept 2010 to BSL Mutual funds from my A/C xxxxxxxxxx4149 with SBI kanpur Main branch (NRI -CELL). SBI is not replying regarding this issue. Even I did not authorized any ECS for this date.
                              I REALLY GOT FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF SBI SERVICES.
                              I DONT HAVE ANY ACCOUNT WITH SBI. MY PF OFFICE HAS TRANSFERED MOENY TO MY AXISBANK
                              THROUGH SBI. THEY GAVE ME THE SBIREFNO. BUT THE AMOUNT IS NOT DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT FROM SBI.

                              I DONT HAVE ANY OTHERWAY TO GET MY MONEY, WHEN I CONTACT MY BANK THEY SAID THEY
                              DIDNT GET ANY DEPOSIT FROM SBI TO MY ACCOUNT.

                              I CALLED TO SBI CUSTOMER CARE AND AN AUTOMATIC VOICE RECOGNITION CAME ONLINE AND
                              IT NEVER RECOGNISED NY VOICE AND EVEN IF SOME TIMES IT RECOGNISES BUT IMMEDIATELY IT SAYS THANK YOU FOR CALLING SBI AND DISCONNECTS THE CALL.

                                I(Satish Kumar,[protected]) have withdrawl from main sbi Gurrgaon branch ATM Rs.8000.Out of which one thousand rupees note was fake.When i reported this to the bank they told me that this note was not of that bank. and they denied to change that note.So I have faced loss of rupees one thouusand.This note was put in ATM intentionally by any corrupt employ of SBI.This act is of shame for SBI corrupt people.

                                My mother withdrew 8000/-Rs from, SBI Bank ( JHALWA BRANCH ),Allahabad, and they gave a Fake note of Rs1000/-.
                                The very next day,they refused to take it back saying that it does not belong to the same Bank.
                                I have few simple questions :

                                1) Being a customer we rely on them and they treat us like nothing.
                                2) Being a Public Sector Organization, is this the way they must respond...so irresponsibly.
                                3) 30% of INDIA is still Illiterate.Is this the way they must cheat consumers.
                                4) Are we the general Public,who has to suffer for every Loss, Infact , we don't even get a choice to recover OUR OWN MONEY.

                                Is there any such body who can help me out ?

                                    I have received the memo stating that DDno 660467 for Rs 8000/- drawn in favour of my SBI CREDIT CARD NO [protected] Issued for settlement of my outstanding dues was not Cleared with remark DD outdated it is said that the date mention on DD was 14.02.10. But on verification of xerox copy of draft sent to me by you, it was notice that date mentioned in draft was 14-aug-2010 instead of 14.02.10.
                                    This draft was wrongly kept hold from more than a month by SBI CREDIT CARD DEPT without intimation to me . So I kindly request you send the draft for clearing immediately and clear
                                    my dues also request you reverse the all charges and interest debited to my card with an intimate me accorrdingly.
                                    I regret to say that dues to your ineffecient staff lack of control has cause
                                    lot many problem in settleing this issue

                                      I had sent a detailed complaint to SBI Card head regarding my credit card
                                      that was blocked by the Bank for no reason. The complaint was sent on 13th
                                      June as can be seen from mail copy attached. I recd an acknowledgement
                                      from them on 24th June stating that the matter is being investigated and that
                                      they will come back within 3 days. So far I have not recd back any reply from
                                      them and the credit card remains blocked. There is a credit balance lying in
                                      the card account which I wanted them to refund and close the card and so
                                      far there is no response. This is causing agony to me and I request you to please
                                      look into this matter.

                                      I am holding the SBI Credit Card for almost 2 years. I was unable to make the regular payment for few months due to financial issue. Even, I did not received my statements of regular basis. I used to call up the customer service for few months to receive my statements.

                                      Currently, I am about to clear to clear all my due amount and paying the minimum balance on monthly basis. However, when I called the customer service fews days back, I was told that my card has been blocked and it can only be activated once, I will pay the full due balance and then they may activate the card and may not.

                                      I was not aware that my card has been blocked and I have not received any notification regarding the same. I was also not aware that if I am unable to make payment, my card will be blocked. Customer Service said that they have sent out the letters to my mailing address and I have not received a one.

                                      When I asked them to send out the duplicate copy of the notification, they said it is not possible and this is the internal policy and cannot provide.

                                      My concern is that as a customer, I should aware of the terms and condition. Secondly, I should inform about the card deactivation.

                                      Please help me out with this.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My name is Ashok Asera and my Card # is [protected], couple of days i tried using my card but to my surprise the card got declined, i was so shocked and embarassed, this is the second time its happening, kindly take this matter most seriously and urgently and release my card or else i would have to close down my card.
                                      It is desirable to have a more efficeint complaing attending system.
                                      my sbi credit card has been blocked . I have been complained several times through the customer care to the authority but in vain. The validity of the credit card ends on 02/2014.you are requested to solve the problem.

                                        Address: Pune, Maharashtra

                                        Deposited one Outstation Cheque to SBI Hadapsar Brach on 31st of July, which is to be deposited in SBI A/C Jharkhand Bokaro Steel City. Hadapsar Brach sends it to Local clearing as per their system by Mistake which is to be sent to Outstation.

                                        Cheque returns back from where God Knows ? as I don't know where they have sent earlier however it was meant to be sent to Jharkhand Bokaro Steel City Branch Account.

                                        After enquiring the Pune Hadapsar Brach, SBI Officer of Hadapsar Pune says that again it has been sent from Central Cheque clearing Branch of Pune on 7th August 2010, and they had deposited to outstation Cheque Clearing Branch on 26th of August , But today still on 16th of September Destination Outstation Branch is clueless where it is and no one(either side of the SBI Branch) is telling me where it has stuck.

                                        So I need to file the complaint as it's hard Earned money of my Dad which they people are holding because of their improper process / system and Ineffecient Brach officers.

                                        CHEQUE Not Yet cleared — CHEQUE Not Yet cleared even after 2 months

                                        Dear SBI Bank Manager ,

                                        I have Submitted a DD of IDBI Bank which is payable at tiruchirappally branch for depositing in my SBI Account on 14th of Oct in Nasik ( CIDCO , Near lekha Nagar ) . But the same is not yet credited . As Am in kerala right now my father is regularly visiting the same branch for enquring why the amount is not yet credited . Inspite of several visits your bank people are taking this as a Fun and asking my Old Father two come after every 2 days . Still they have not given any confirmation . I know that if this was a privvate sector i would have got the confirmation within 15 min for which they are playing with me since this many days .
                                        Now this is out of my patience and cant tolerate the insult any more . Plz help me for a permanant solution or return back the chq and cancel my account or else i will go legaly agaisnt the same . A person cant wait for more than 1 months getting his own amount that too when its possible to get within 1 day in all other banks .
