I borrowed a P/L of rs. 80000.00 from SBI Barwala. Loan A/C No. is [protected]. Due to heavy loses in Share Market in 2008 I could not repay the loan. But arranging from here and there I repaid Rs. 15000.00 in installments. Bank made it NPA account with Rs. 88500.00
I paid Rs. 45000.00 on 31.03.2010 and with verbal negotiation with Bank manager for full and final settlement I deposited Rs. 44000.00 on 28.07.2010. But now Manager is not giving me settlement letter and NOC saying come tomorrow, come next week as I am busy today. It seems that his intention is of some bribe from me. I am almost asking him on alternative week but he always pretend that today he do not have time and will do in two -three days. I want your help. Kindly help me.

    i was having an credit card with no [protected].
    I done the settlement with receiving the NOC after giving 6000 rupees in cash.
    The letter issued to me after giving the above amt to that collection agent.
    before few days when i got the Credit information from the CIBIL ,i came to know out standing of the SBI credit card.Then when i talked to SBI and talked to them ,initialy they told me that they are initiating the process for Zeroing the account.But after one month they are telling me that the letter is not valid.
    First the SBI people told me that the cheque got bounced but when i told them that i given the cash then they told me it is not reflecting in my account.The cheque which was bounced that was on month jan and the letter issued to me is on feb.then after they tried to change their words.
    But the point is that without taking anything how they can issue the letter to me ?
    In the NOC letter it is written that the NOC will be vallid only after payment of Cash or DD and thats why the collection guy take the cash and signed it on the NOc letter also.
    I have not remebered whether that guy has given the Money receipt slip to me or not.
    but right now they are asking me for the money receipt which is not valid.

        i had applied for 3 in 1 account at SBI branch at kolhapur in month of may.After 1 month demat was opened & iI received kit from SBI.After long followup trading account was not opened. Meanwhile Rs.500/- debited on my for Demat & trading charges.After many investigations I came accross to know the tie up between SBI & MOSL was not in force.I reminded SBI demat plenty of Time through E Mail([protected]@sbi.co.in) They assured me verbaly that they will refund my rs.400/-.Till date I have not received my moeny.Even for long time the employees of SBI demat & motilal oswal were not aware of the tie up closed betwwen them.

          we have a c.c account sbi last 9 year sbi open loan branch for the better facelity for consumer but i am very sorry to say loan department staff&officer are treat costmer like a BEGAR (BHIKHARI) in gorakhpur branch officer mr.AJIT SINGH advice me to close my buisness but i close my nine year old c.c account becase they creat a new syestem for calling costmer in branch to creat drowing power nill
          i wont to say the state bank of india is a larjest bank of india but this type behaib in future state bank of india may be smallest bank of india

            I Rakesh kumar.B s/o Late B.Mogulaiah humbly request you to go through my things and please do the needful.
            We have submitted death certificate and discharge summary of my father in SBI office, somajiguda branch, Hyderabad .Yet 3 years have passed and we didn’t received any sort of insurance or letter regarding insurance, and more over we have received a letter that cheque of Rs-24,465 with Cheque no 026030, dt[protected] was dispatched but we were unable to avail the cheque also.
            In short neither cheque nor the insurance have reached us till date.
            Hence kindly request you to take time and please check possible formalities of going through the things and kindly do the needful and stand by us in time of need.

              I had obtained car loan from SBI in March 2007 for purchasing a Honda City car. The loan was sanctioned for an amount of Rs. 5 lakhs (Loan no. [protected]) on 24-March-2007. As demanded by SBI, I submitted 36 post-dated cheques on HDFC bank, each for Rs. 16, 548=00 (sixteen thousand five hundred and forty eight only). Not a single cheque of mine bounced, as I have ensured minimum amount in my HDFC bank every month for the loan repayment. As per the agreement, my loan should have been fully repaid in the month of March 2010. However, I am now told that there is Rs. 72, 129 outstanding against my name, and thereby I have not been handed over my car papers. I find this completely baseless, and demand an explanation from SBI on this.

                        Hi, My father used his SBI ATM ( Budaun ATM #2) to take Rs 20000 on 30th August 2010 at around 2.48 pm and received the money ( Receipt number 6173) . But when he checked the account three days later another entry of Rs 10000 is shown as being deducted at 2.47 pm from his account on the same day. He immediately put up a complaint at the SBI branch (#623, mohalla - jogipura, Budaun). The bank manager promised to investigate. But, when my father (who is very old man, of about 80) contacted the bank later he was asked to go to the police and put up a complaint there.
                        This, as you can see is breach of trust we, and all others have on banks and their ATMs. Please look into the matter , you are our last hope. My father's account number and detail are as follows:

                        I used ATM of Abhudaya Co-Op. Bank Ltd. Ambad Link Road branch, Nashik on dt. 2.12.2010 at 21.00 to 21.10 Hr. money not received but Rs. 10000 deducted from ATM TXN No.371. also lodged complaint with both bank on 3rd Dec.2010 and also application given . but till today my amoiunt is not credited to my account my account no. is [protected] The bank told me that your moiney will be transfered to y our account from our ABCL Bank Mumbay H.O. Please look into matter

                          I have received the duplicate ATM Card No.[protected] on my SBBJ Saving Account No.[protected]. My account is with Branch SBBJ Lalsot, District Dausa Code no. 10045. I got above said ATM Card in blocked mood. I have reqeisted personaly by written application to Branch Manager. But the Branch Manager said that he is not success to unblock my ATM Card.

BUT UNFORTUNATELY SBI DOES NOT CARE FOR THE RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF SBSAURASHTRA .AS FOR EXAMPLE SBI CHAIRPERSONS HAD GIVEN APPROVAL FOR THE SECOND OPTION TO ITS ALL OTHER BANKS AND ASSOCIATES BUT NOR A SINGLE MEET HAS BEEN HELD TO GET THE RETEIRED EMPLOYEES OF SB SAURASHTRA.AS NO NOTIFICATION IS BEEN GIVEN TO THEM THAT HOW AND WHWN THEY CAN APPLY FOR THE SECOND OPTIONOF GETTING PENSION.IS THAT THEY DO AFTER MERGING ANY BANK THAN WHAT WILL THEY DO TO THE EMPLOYEES OF STATE BANK OF INDORE AFTER MERGER.I STONGLY FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD STOP NERGING THE ASSOCIATES BANK INTI SBI AS THEY CAN NOT HANDEL THE EMPLOYYES AND THEIR DEMANDS.

                                sir,
                                I have an sb account (no.[protected]) in INS Chilika Branch, and my ATM no is[protected]. my atm is not working properly due to tear and wear of atm. I also try to your toll free number i.e[protected] for complaints. but it is not connected.
                                it is requested that my old atm card be blocvked and issue ticket no. so that i can submit my card to my branch.

                                Dear SBI Staffs,
                                i want to replace my previous mobile number as my number has been blocked and now i am using new one. kindly help me.
                                1. go to any SBI ATM
                                2. Use the card you want alerts for.
                                3. Press option that says Mobile Registration.
                                4. Enter you new mobile number. thats it.
                                (Only one number can be registered for one account, when you enter your new number, DBMS automatically registers you new number and deletes previous one)

                                If you want to register more than 1 mobile numbers to a single account, you have to give a written application for doing so to you branch manager.

                                  I withdraw 500 rs on 14-Jun-2010. But while checking my account online I identified there is 2 transection showing for the withdraw as I didn't get any money from the 1st atm. Find the details

                                  Please advise the same as I had withdraw 500 rs only on that day and for the first transaction I didn't get any money due to atm machine problem. And after giving complain same has been not rectified from bank, though it is more than 2 months.

                                  Another problem again I have in atm withdrawn on 19-Sep-2010 from SBM atm. Here also I didn’t get any money for first transaction. Last message displaying in the 1st atm was “your transaction is in process” after that no response. I waited for nearly 10 min and then I withdraw from the 2nd atm machine. Is this a new way of cheating people?

                                  I withdraw 10000 rs and 5000 rs on[protected]. But while checking my account after[protected] there is 10000 transaction showing suspence amount for the withdraw as I didn't get any money from the atm.after i went to my sbm hsr branch they told me 10000 rs you withdrawn from atm but in my A/C i have only 15159 rs take home salary please verify my A/C and give my credit 10000 back

                                    Vide reference cited, I have made quarterly premium payment of Rs. 1789/- to my LIC Policy No.[protected] from my SB A/c No.[protected] at SBI, Main Branch, Thrissur on 13/09/2010. When referred the LIC Premium paid statement today, it is seen that the same has not been credited to LIC. It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter to get the amount credited either to my LIC policy or back to my SB account.

                                      I have a savings bank a/c with SBI Clock Tower, Nalgonda Branch. A/c No: [protected]. I applied to convert my a/c to savings plus so that the surplus money gets more interest. It is more that 2 months but it is not processed yet.

                                      Upon repeasted vistis to the bank, to my surprise, the response I got from the banking official was we are not competent enough to process your request, we shall try to do it but we can not guarantee you.

                                      They are behaving as if they are doing social service to me, not as if it is their responsibility.

                                      Hope SBI top management addresses these kind of issues and keeps its reputation unperturbed.

                                      Hi,
                                      Even SBI Ravindra Nagar Colony, Nalgonda Branch officials are also behaving rudely with customers.
                                      Manger hardly be there in office and Dy.Manager barks at customers.
                                      Strong action need to be taken by higher officals of SBI.
                                      This problem is in all Nalgonda SBI branches, AndhraPradesh
