Sir,
We are not receiving postel timely. It is very delay of sending even speed posts also to our premises. Here the condition of postel department is in very negligency. Sometimes employees are missing their interviews, money orders, ATM cards..... So please take action on this issue and give a pleasent way of timely sending postel.
We are very happy if we get postel in time.

Sir Every Month we are making payment to our sbi credit card No.[protected] 29th of every month we drop the payment cheques to their branch regularly

last 2 months they are told that your payment is not received in time so they charged last month it was Rs. 600/- for late payment fee & finantial charges for Rs.910.40
After we made a complaint through their toll free No. they reversed the late payment charges...

I am a sbi credit card holder. My credit card no. is 4317...

I had given an application for RTGS on 4th August 2010, the RTGS was Transmitted . but to our surprises the RTGS was returned unpaid and the amount was credited to our account. On enquiry the bank said that due to some technical reason the RTGS failed. We had written a leteer for reason of failure for submission to company in whose account it was to be credited. But the Bank refused to accept the letter and even did not bother to speak on...
