[Resolved] Overnite Courier — Document lost (Airway bill no : [protected]) | |
Hi, Please be advised the courier Airway bill no : [protected] from Overnite courier express ltd has delivered the courier to the wrong person which in turn has been now lost. The incident has occurred on 21st july 08 (Monday) Please help me if possible. Was this information helpful? | |

I am highly unsatisfied from your service i have face same problem 2 times, your delivery guys is not able to deliver my parsel two time whenever i call customer service they are always giving excuse that nobody was at my home . Even there is 24 Hr wathcman and my family in my house so how is it possible that nobody is there if in case thaey are not deliver my parsel to anybody then they can leave message or Ph no, Please take appropriate action .
