I beg to state that I have applied for pancard in Guwahati on 18 dec 2008.Since then I have nither got any information regarding my Pancard nor I have recieved my card.

I applied for new pan card. once i recived sms by phone which mention a particulare no then i search this no. on pan card website then i found my pan card detail PAN NO.BKYPS7961R. FIRST NAME-SURENDER, SURNAME- SINGH, JURISDICATION- DEL/W/66/1, D.O.B - 12/1/1973 But i have not recived my pan card till now.

Kindly let me know about the pan card status. where the delay in sending my pan card.

I had applied for the PAN Card through UTI Channel on behalf of Future Generali Life Insurance Ltd Dated by 22nd of Feb 09, but still i had neither recd any rejection/pending notice/acknowledgmen nor My PAN CARD yet. pls do reply on this concern matter. its quite urgent.
