Dear air,

I myself Abishek Kumar Pandey.I made my Pan Card through UTITSL i.e. Aplication
number[protected],coupan number[protected]. I got pan card with the number of
AJSPP6679F.

But when ever i put my pan card number to NSDL PAN site, its shows

wrong name (Ajay Kumar Pandey).

As i have pan card with me which have all the right information regarding my
name ,dob, signature and photo .

Pls Find Attachments to get Pan card.

Kindly provide me the status.

Dear Sir,

I have a humble request for reissuance of my original PAN AITPG 1195P for which I have deposited the application money twice for one card , once in Ludhiana and the other in Chandigarh, and now I have been advised in the mail attached to re-submitt the fee again (third time) to apply CSF .I have been following up on mails since Feb 2010.All the strings of importants followups are attached below.

I would like to inform you that refering my e-mail attached dated 19.05.2010,. On 27.04.2010 I have deposited Rs. 94/- for duplicate PAN Card at your Chandigarh office sector 17. My origional PAN Card No. is AITPG1195P, Which I lost in Ludhiana. I have deposited Rs 94/- for application receipt no[protected]/Processing fee coupon no. is 50 by 27.04.2010.

Then I received a PAN Card no. AUIPG2602 A on 19.05.2010, which I surrendered to your Chandigarh Sector 17 office on the same day, of which no acknowledgement receipt was given to me by PAN card services o[censored]TI office,because the card was issued in another no. My origional PAN No. was AITPG1195P & I need the same No.

You are requested kindly intervene go through all the appended e-mails to understand the gravity of the issue and Please help me getting issued new PAN Card AITPG 1195P , for which I have already deposited fee twice.As mails cant be attached in the formats given on your site are PNG,JPG,GIF , I'm copying all the mails below the complaint

For any correction in the PAN data, you have to apply using CSF form by paying the processing fee charged. CSF forms are available at all the collection centres or branches o[censored]TITSL. PAN Card returned herewith for doing the needful.

This has reference to our letter FR85458 dated: 20/03/2010 regarding you have to apply using CSF form by paying the processing fees.

I have applied for a PAN card here in Imphal, Manipur, through an UTITSL service agent called M/s. PAN Services Imphal, with address: Ground floor United Bank of India Building, M.G Avenue, Thangal Bazaar, Imphal, Manipur-795001. with the application form number:[protected] on the 4th of April, 2010, but till now I didn't get my PAN card, when I enquire to the agents about the problems, they gave me one PAN card number -"CAWCT5107H". Which they told me is the PAN card number allotted to me. When I contacted the UTITSL office in Guwahati(UTITSL North Eastern Regional Centre), Kolkata (UTITSL Eastern Region Centre) and Mumbai (UTITSL Corporate centre), they told me that "the appln no & PAN no furnished by me is showing invalid in their web site. And told me to confirm the Processing fees coupon no. But the coupon number was not given to me by the UTITSL PAN Service Agents here in Imphal. I am not the only person who face the same problems. This had caused me much problems and great loss to my business. This agents are taking easy money on the public. Please help us what necessary steps needs to be taken up.

It is the responsibilities of the pan applicant to check bhis or her pan no through Incometax website.Pan service agent is not authorised to issue pan number.

Kindly note that I have applied for a PAN CARD for my mother Mrs REKHA DUTTA at the Kolkata office o[censored]TI PAN CARD Service in the month of MAY 2010.It is urgently required and a copy to be attached with the FORM 15H to avoid TDS from the deposit interest. The card is supposed to be delivered by MARUTI COURIER SERVICE , 10, Bowbazar street, Kolkata 12 to my mother at PHULBAGAN, DAULATPUR, MAHESHTALA , 24 PARGANAS SOUTH, PIN 700139. But it is not yet delivered even after almost two months from the date of application. It reflects very bad work culture and I demand immediate delivery of the card or I may even take legal action if I have to pay TDS ON DEPOSIT INTEREST.

Sir,
I had applied for issue of a fresh card on 02 Jun 09 at your office at Pratap Bhavan, 5, BSZ Marg, New Delhi. I was told that the card would reac me in 20 days, since the card was not delivered & the web site was indicating 'Not Found' I once again visited the said office on 01 Jul where I was informed that the card has been despatched & that I should enquire from the courier company. I was given the details of the despatch / contact no of the said company. On ringing up the no several times, I was told to contact one Mr. Hussain on his mobile. I am sorry to say that it would be easier to get thru' to the President of India than getting thru' to this person for he is ever engaged or does not attend to the calls. When I reverted back to the no given by your office they are most discourteous for after hearing my side of the story, they simply hangup. The situation is so precarious that I have my doubts if I would ever be able to get my card. Frankly speaking I am apprehensive of any worth while rsult/response to this mail for the site indicates that ther are 2421 complaints on this company.

Maruti Courier Co. — Pan card not received yet

I have taken information from Pan Card office but they are saying they have despatched the card to "Maruti Courier Co." on 8th of May. I have called various times to Maruti Courier Co. but I think they have misplaced the Courier. I have done almost Rs. 50/- telephone Exp. for Rs. 100/- PAN Card.

So, Please take action against "Maruti Courier Service Co." & try to arrange my Pan Card as soon as possible.

My mother has applied for pan card on 07.06.2010 and has been alloted pan no.AWDPD7062N. on checking the status of pan card on the web site, it displays that the pan card has been delivered on 21.06.2010. But in fact it has not yet been delivered to my mother till today 30.06.2010. After making several phone calls to the Kolkata UTITSL office PAN Card is not received till date & no alternative advise is given to get the card.When do we receive the PAN card after getting the PAN no. from your website before the despatched date ie. 21.06.2010?Please do the needful & inform me about Despatch ID,Bundle ID & Consignment/UCP No. so that I can call the maruty courier office for future communication if card not received in the meantime.

whien I cheked PAN status my PAN card has been dispatched on[protected] by FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS vide bill no.ZB2992252. when I enquired at the above couriers at Tirupati, they informed that theire is no courier branch at the address given by me and hence the PAN card has been retirned to the head office i.e., First flight couriers at Mumbai.

Hello! I am SANJAY YADAV, I have applied for the PAN CARD FROM UTI SERVICE CENTRE. MY application Number is[protected] with processing fee coupon Number[protected]. On enetering Track your PAN Card it shows my Pan Card Number ACUPY7285P and card despatched. Till date i have not received the above PAN CARD. On enquiring from service centre they simply say that you confirm from post office. They could not advise me what should i do to get the pan card since reprint of PAN CARD require photocopy of PAN CARD. Kinndly advise me how i can get same PAN card or other one.

This is in reference to My PAN application[protected] & coupon number[protected] on the name of Shaveta Mehta. As per UTITSL, MUMBAI AND CHENNAI record the PAN number BDJPM7077C against application quoted ibid has been despatched to the addressee vide speed post consignment number ET[protected]IN of BPC parktown chennai. But it is regret to say that same has not reached to my address till date. The same has been confirmed from INS rajali/Arakkonam post office. In this regard i request you to take necessary action at your end. In this regard i tried to contact UTITSL, mumbai and they advised me to confirm from nearest post office. Nearest post office guys said that they have not received the above said consignment in their office. No one wanted to take the blame. Is it our indian administration. Where Customer like me are just jumping between two offices.
