has been RUD and is now lying in MUmbai as per the PAN tracker provided by UTITSL. And I was asked to re-pay the amount to get back the PAN Card, so I did. But still the status shows "RUD lying in Mumbai". The PAN number has been assigned to me AFDPV0321B.

Ive applied for the pancard more than one year ago. but till now I didnt recieve it.When I called the customer care o[censored]TITSL they told me its been send long time back and gave me the pan number as AQGPM0837R. ive given this pan number for all my purpose. how will I recieve the pancard with same number?

I HAVE FILL UP THE FORM OF CSF FOR DUPLICATING/CORRECTING OF PAN CARD ON DT 30-APR-2008 WITH CSF NO.[protected] AND COUPON NO.[protected] AND MY PAN CARD NO. IS ANVPS7622N BUT TILL DATE I NOT RECEIVED PANCARD. I ALSO COMPLAIN TO UTI TSL, AHMEDABAD IN WRITTEN AND ALSO COMPLAIN SEND TO EMAIL ON isw.[protected]@utitsl.co.in, BUT TILL I NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDACE AND ALSO PAN CARD YET NOT RECEIVED

i have sent my pancard for verification 120 days back as my birthdate was missprinted as 23/01/1984 instead of 23/02/1984.
i still didnt receive any verified pan card and i had already posted my previous pancard to utitsl.

it is very disgusting that we have not recieved our pan card pan card was on the name of PAWAN KUMAR TULSYAN HUF. on your website its shocking to see that it has been dispatched on 13th march 2008 but still we are waiting for you people to take action.we have made several complaints at your aykar vibhag call centre many times recent complaint no. is 873653 made on 20th july 2008. Thanks to the god that you have atleast alloted pan no. pan no. is AAJHP8080Cccording to your call centre executive we have to write and send a letter to income tax service dept. and again wait for your prompt service, point is every time you make mistake and we have to suffer, im feeling helpless now, now i started feeling that paying taxes is foolishness in this country nothing else.my app no. was[protected] and coupon no. was[protected].do this atleast after reading this letter you shame less peoples.

Dear Sir,

I had submitted an application on 03.06.2008 vide Application no[protected] and Processing Fee Coupon Number[protected] at the Bhubaneshwar branch o[censored]TITSL after paying the relevant fees of Rs. 67, in the name of Sanat Kumar Pattnaik.

However, I am yet to receive my PAN card. To compound my troubles, the PAN Tracker service o[censored]TITSL/NSDL is neither displaying the status details nor is it saying that my application stands rejected.

Request you to help me find a solution to my problem.

Dear Sir,

I havnt received the PAN Card bearing no. ADUPL4628E. My application no. is[protected] applied on 22nd April 2008. I also applied for the CSF form on 6th june 2008 but havnt received any confirmation about the despatch of the PAN CArd. My CSF details are application no. [protected]. There is no status available on the net about the CSF form. But the details of the PAN application is still being shown as send by post on 10th April 2008. But I havnt received any PAN card till now. Please send to me the same urgently as its affecting my salary in my company.

I have submitted the US-64 bonds folios 12703562, 12703601, 12703571, 12703589, 12703597 against Investor ID 71879020 to UTITSL at surabhi Arcade, Koti, Hyderabad on 09th April 2008 under Acknowledgment receipt No. 5478. After-wards With reference to letter ( Dispatch Sr.No.[protected] dated 13th May08) from Ms Vaishali Naik, Regional Manager, UTI TSL - Mumbai, Signature Verification document as per UTITSL proforma (after duly attestation by Branch Mgr, Andhra Bank, Madhapur, Hyderabad ) was submitted to UTI TSL- Abids, Hyderabad on 24th May 2008 under acknowledgment and the same was informed to your Ms.Vaishali Naik.thro E-mail on 24/05/08. However the cheque for the redemption is not received till date. The response from UTI TSL staff at Koti, Hyderabad is very casual and the response for my repeated requests is only " It is Under Process". With lot of humiliation I put this complaint to you for immediate necessary action for the "Not So Customer friendly" nature. Being a Retired Additional General Manager from BHEL - Hyderabad, if I am subjected to this type of response Kindly appreciate about others. Is this is the treatment we get for Investing In UTI ? Request your urgent action for ensuring the proceeds o[censored]S-64 bonds immediately.
