Pan Card — pran card issued twice

SIR,
I AM RANA SANGRAM SINGH, ASSTT COMDT, 6 BN BORDER SECURITY FORCE. SIR, I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH SASHASTRA SEEMA BAL, UNDER MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS, TILL JANUALRY 2010, AND HAS BEEN ALLOTTED A PRAN NUMBER WITH CARD I.E. PRAN[protected],IN JAN2010 I JOINED BORDER SECURITY FORCE AS AN ASSTT COMDT, THEIR I SUBMITTED MY PREVIOUS SERVICE DETAILS BUT EVEN THEN THEY ALLOTTED ME A NEW PRAN NO I.E.[protected] HOWEVER I HAD NEVER APPLIED) AND NOW ALL THE DEDUCTION FROM MY SALARY IS GOING IN THIS NEW ACCOUNT, NOW WHAT SHOULD I DO SO THAT THE DEDUCTIONS ARE SAFE AND I CAN CLAIM THEM? SHALL I TRANSFER THE DEDUCTION TO OLD PRAN NO FOR WHICH I DO HAVE THE PRAN CARD? OR SHALL I FILL IN THE FORM FOR ISSUE OF NEW PRAN CARD OF THE NEW NUMBER AND THEN TRANSFER THE AMOUNT FROM OLD ACCOUNT TO THIS NEW ACCOUNT? OR WHAT ELSE SHOULD I DO SO THAT MY INTERESTS ARE SAFE BECAUSE NOW I AM SUFFERING FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. I HAVE NO PRAN CARD BUT PRAN NO .[protected].

I am K Vijay Kumar working at National technical research organisation, P.M.O, Govt of India. I have been issued with a PRAN No[protected] . But till today I haven't received my PRAN kit. Several communication have been made but with out any result. But every month subscription have been deducted from my salary. Please do the needful at the earliest.
