I had applied for my pan card correction...i just want the correction of my name...when i apply for this i had submitt all my documents such as my driving licence in which my name was wrongly mentioned as i noticed it later, i did made the required changes in my driving licence and through the goverment gazatte and on october 16 th 2008, GAZATTE NUMBER:U-10649 FROM GULAMALI HUSSAIN TO GULAMALI MOHAMED HUSSAIN GULAMALI and the affidavited dated on 13 th may 2008, and my driving licence DLD[protected] DL NO:MH 02 [protected], VALID TILL:[protected] and also published my new name in pre press general dated oct 27, 2008 and also in navashakti dated on 29th oct 2008,

Even after submitting all these attached documents, i got a negative reply as stated below
