I don’t Know Why First Flight Courier Has Return My PAN CARD. When all my Mails and my Postals are coming to My Communication address for the past 22 years

i am auditor, and in month i may be submitting around 50 pan card, but one thing last two months back one my collegues pan application i submitted in malleshwaram bangalore [ Bajaj Capital ] i sumbitted where the coupon no.[protected] still it not recvied, and one thing that Mr. Vinay still not recvied his pan card, and company is holding salary for three months.
so i am requesting to u send as soon as His pan card or status.

Please look into the matter as it is very urgent.
