We were allotted 10 digit new TAN number on 19.11.2005, which is being used
by us for all official purposes as needed in the course of regular business. The
number is a follows

Recently, on June 17, 2008 one of our newly formed group company MIND
SHARE CONSULTANTS PVT LTD had applied to NSDL, Mumbai for allotment
of new TAN number. Surprisingly they have been allotted the same number that
has been allotted to us. The TAN number is as follows:

We are attaching the copy of our TAN allotment letter and also the TAN / PAN
number allotted to Mind Share Consultants Pvt Ltd.
we request you please rectify the error and allot new TAN number to Mind
