refund not received

My PAN no is & I have not received my refund for the year 2007-08. I received a letter on 24th Sept IT asking the details of my account with bank which I submitted personally at their Bandra Kurla Complex but still waiting for the refund...

There is a wrong entry of my sir name on my pan card. It has been written as saidireddy N, instead of Saidireddy.M . So please rectify it as Saidireddy.M....

Income Tax Refund not received for the past three financial years

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that I haven't received the tax refund owed to me by the Income tax department for the past three years. I was sent an Income Tax Refund order by State Bank of India stating that a tax refund of Rs 1320.00 for the assessment year had been credited to my account on 20/09/2007. However, my Citibank account never showed this amount.
