I have applied my PAN Card since last 6 month back, suddenly I lost my acknowledgement no., I also do not know who to check status of my PAN card. My need of PAN Card is very urgent.

Non delivery of PAN card

I have applied for PAN number and the same is being handed over to the Expressit Logistics on 6th Nov. Today when verified about the card, it shows that the courrier man went twice and not able to locate the address.

PAN Card Misspelled Name

Hello All,

I am Priyanka Shah and My PAN is BKMPS5050H.When first time I applied for allotment of PAN, My Surname was mis spelt on the card as SHAHA while correct is SHAH.

I have filled the form to update the Surname and received the PAN with surname as SHAH. This happened twice, since I lost My updated pan card once.

Tax Refund

I'm Suppose to receive tax refund of Rs 5886 for FY 2007-08 and Rs Rs 7940 for FY 2008-09 but receive none of them yet. Please let me know what I'm supposed to do to get the tax refund....
