I have been allotted with PAN- AARPP8503G by Income Tax Deptt-before seven years ago.I have been filling my all returns under this PAN.Now the income tax deptt. has sent me a letter that your PAN has been deteted.When i go for registration, the income tax website is not accepting this PAN .The mssage displayed is, " This PAN does not exist in our datebase My Date of Birth is 10-08-66.
I want to restore my above PAN .

Dear Sir,

I have already submitted my TDS return for Quater 1, Year 2009-10. But still I have received the Email From NDSL demanding A penalty of Rs.11589 Plus an interest of Rs. 6000.
I have visited the department, but they are not solving my problem.

Sub: Cheating/Fraud with the Income Tax Department of India increasing flow of BLACK MONEY

It becomes my moral duty to inform you regarding the frauds/cheating which is in full swing at VYPAAR KENDRA MARKET, GURGAON, Sir I had personally visited this market & found that majority of shopkeepers there are not giving proper bills & receipts & are not paying various levied taxes. A special case was in Shop no.86 ground floor G-Block by the name “CHUNREE BOUTIQUE”, This shop keeper is keeping ladies suits, accessories & stitching as their core business function in which they harass the ladies customers with unjustified rates & poor experiences.
This boutique is running from last 5-6 yrs of which their annual income this somewhere around 20-25 lacs P.a which falls in the taxable slab, The boutique owners there are Mr Satish Arora([protected]), Mrs Vijay Arora([protected]) & Ms Nancy Arora([protected]) their receipt books can be checked anytime as there is no sales tax being mentioned there & by cheating the honourable Income tax department of India these people had made heavy black money which is in their respective bank accounts in PNB bank & others & had invested in their residential home at Mehrauli – delhi & various other land acquisitions & Vehicle deals. The same is happening in every boutique there & out of all these CHUNREE Boutique is the major player
Sir as a true Indian & a regular tax payer to the Hon. Income Tax Department Of India I run my own NGO & I am also associated with various NGO’s which are against flow of black money in the country & it becomes my moral & social responsibility to inform you regarding this scam happening in Gurgaon.

I am quite sure that that you along with your team would take very strict & necessary action against such frauds.

I would Like to withdraw my above complaint against CHUNREE BOUTIQUE & their owners Mr. Satish Arora, Vijay Arora & Nancy Arora for not paying tax as now they had compiled to all tax regulations of govt of India & had paid their past pending tax too, Thanks to this site whoich has helped NGO's like us to bring such people on right path. Thanks again
