Reissue of PAN Card
Dear Sir,
My name is Saroj Singh & PAN Card no. is CAOPS9934H. I have not yet received my actualPan card .The number of Pan card I have got from the PAN card delivery status.The Pan cards from Bombay was send on 16th of Oct & the delivery Status is showing 20th of Oct'08.All these details I have got from the courier service i.e. Express it. through which the PAN card was send.They have also mentioned that the card was delivered on 20th Oct'06 at 18:25 pm & receiver name is showing SHYAM & the relation with the Pan card holder is showing SECRETARY.
Twice I have made the complaint to the courier service that no body from my home & building has received the card & nobody is there of SHYAM name .Till now no body from the courier service has respond.At last I have to log a complaint to you.

My name is Rajiv Kumar verma. I have not yet received my pan card which is already been dispatched from Patna to Gaya on 26 Sep 2008. Its airway bill no is [protected]. Today on 01 Oct 2008 I made contact to Gaya branch on Mob No-[protected], but very sadly I want to say that the person who received the phone talked to me very rudely by saying that don’t waste my time. He replied that today my staff has gone to Aurangabad to deliver the letter of Aurangabad, if your address will be in the market then he will give you otherwise person will not go for home delivery. After that I asked him that please give me his mob no so that I may contact him to deliver my pan card to my office which is in the civil court campus situated in the heart of the town, But he told that I can not give you his Mob No. If he comes back without delivering your letter then we will send it back to Mumbai after that they will send you by post, so do not waste my time. After that he cut his phone.
There fore please tell me that what I can do, so that I get my Pan card on time.

I had been trying to get a PAN for my wife since 2008. We have submitted documents via fax, email, courier. Nothing works. Every person whom I have spoken in the last 3 weeks give different interpretation for proof of addres (for a NRI). Utility/ Water/ Cable bill was sent. Then another rep states that this is not valide, send bank statement. Send the bank statement, now the guy blatantly states that he cant see the address, although he can see other parts of the address. To add to the woes the guys says he cant hold and he has to attend other customers. I told him first solve this customers problem which is hanging like the swords of the damocles on my head since 2008. Extremley rude behavior and extremely unhelpful. They work like robots with no clue what they are doing.

Finding AO code is a big challenge for the users, Need to simplify this by Filtering State -> District/City/-> Display all the AO code specifying the area/city name...
e.g
Maharastra -- > Thane -->

...etc..

This is in reference to acknowledgement # [protected] dated 7th March 2008 wherein i have requested to get the last name changed to tiwari from kalra. I have submitted the following documents and i would like to some person to take ownership for this matter

1. Copy of Passport # B 2969544 with the name Shweta Tiwari
2. Copy of Driving licence # P-39301-GBN-2001 with the name Shweta Tiwari
3. A certificate from a Gazette officer, confirming the facts besides that “he knows me personally” and confirming that for official reasons my name got changed
4. Copy of divorce decree (proof of the official reasons)
I guess it is more than enough certificates and documents sent to get the name changed. In lieu of all the above documents it is requested to review the matter again otherwise i would be left with no option but to apply afresh for a new PAN card and then surrendering the present PAN card.
I really hope your employee start taking ownership and reduce hassles in the life of common people which is already under great stress. I have recently got divorced and am going through a difficult phase in my life already.
Request you to kindly take up the matter at personal level to help me
