I had applied for PAN card a year back and since I din't get it to my residential address, I had applied again in Dec 2007 as correction to the old application with proof of residence & a covering letter mentioning that I have not recieved my PAN card yet.

i would like to inform you that, i had applied for pan card dated 24th october 2008, yet not recived, my pan card alloted no. is ANQPA4787K.SO, KINDLY SEND THE CARD IMMEDIATELY, ITS URGENT.

i have applied for new pan card on 3/11/2008 from UTITSL IT PAN service center, 3TNB234, virudhunagar and i was given an acknowledgement form with a number[protected], I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PAN CARD YET PLS TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

I applied a Pancard 1 month ago but not yet received.

I have Submitted Pan Card Application of My Aunty Chhaya Satish Sadrani Application No. [protected] we received the Pan Card but but the birth date written on that is wrong. We gave the birth date as 01.07.64 but it is written wrong on the PAN Card No. CAFPS9009E as 01.01.64 so we need this mistake to be rectified as soon as possible as it is NSDL mistakes so it must rectify without paying any amount but the centre in Vasai is asking for the Correction to be filled up so please reply me what should i do to get the new PAN Card with Same PAn No. by just etting the Birth Date rectified.

nsdl provided the shipment no. ZB5774418 ( by FirstFlight ) by which pancard ( AYXPP589G ) for my wife Mrs. Akshata Ganesh Patil was dispatched on 11/11. FirstFlight's delivery status on their WebTracking is delivered but on enquiry at their Bhayander branch which is in the territory of our residence, the shipment hasnot yet receieved at branch.
