In 2009-10 I am filing my return at Bhavnagar as my job was there but I have shifted to Baroda in 2009 December. I also completed procedure for the address change with IT department.

PAN Card — Pan not received for 3 month/3month salary block

Sir,
I am very much harassed by UTI PAN CARD service. I have applied PAN CARD on 1.09.08 from Chandigarh’. My application number is[protected] & I didn't receive PAN till now.

I am working with Spencers Retail Limited as a Stock Controller & my 3 month salary has been stopped due to PAN CARD.

Many times I have talked at Ludhiana on[protected] but no response; people said that PAN cards & Reference are not allotted by Patiala office next week it will be allotted. But 3 month has passed but they always told for next week.
They gave me their officer's name & Number (Mr.Sanjay Sharma +91 [protected]) I have called him lot of time but no response & same answer. When will come their next week, i am trying to know.
For how long will I be harassed????????

Sir Pl help me I am in very bad condition due to not getting salary for 3 month only because of PAN. Pl allots my PAN CARD ASAP.
