i submitted my filled PAN application form on monday, 3rd nov. in the UTI technology services office in jaipur. when i checked my status online today i found my name written as PURA SHARMA instead of PURU SHARMA which is the correct spelling. i gave the proper name in the form and even in the documents the name was written correctly. sir i would request you to correct the mistake before the card is dispatched for delivering...

As I was out of station, my pancard has been return back by courier service, please give me the details that where I have to collect my PAN Card....

I have been through the web site and have found that if I submit my name and date of birth I can find out my pan card number, but there also should be a way where I submit my pan card number and find out that it has been registered in my name only, for verification sake...

I applied for the PAN card on[protected] and the PAN card no. was alloted on[protected]. Althogh the PAN card had been couriered by the First Flight but not delievered at my residence.
It's the main complaint against the deleivering courier agency.
Please look into the matter and take the necessary steps.

I have been issued a Pan card No. ASPPP1574P where my Date of Birth mentioned is 07/03/1963 which is wrong. The correct Date of Birth is 07/03/1964. I have sent the pan card to you a year back along with a letter and fresh application for changing the date of birth but till today I have not received any intimation from your side.

My self Nitin Taware applied last year for PAN CARD. When I checked the status I got my Pan no. AFOPT4231K. Also as per your information it has been delivered on my address. But I had not got so I fill the change/correction form of same PAN no(AFOPT4231K) through KARVY FINANCIAL POLICIES BARAMATI. in Jan 08.
When I checked on your site it says the same has been dispatched on 2 Feb 08. But till date it has been not received...
