My PAN card was sent by TIN, Mumbai on the 5th Oct 08 to me in Bangalore.
This is the second one as the one sent earlier was lost in transit by your company.
The second one also seems to have disappeared.
Whenever I call the B'lore Office, the phone is picked and then cut immediately.
I would appreciate if you could look into this with Top Priority ASAP.
