[Resolved]  Pan Card — name correction

Your income tax department have issued me Pan card No(ADSPK9304N) in the name of Ravi Kapoor but Your income tax record show the name of Rani Kapoor, So I Will request to correct the name of Ravi Kapoor in ur record.

My name as per the new PAN card is DURGA TULSYAN, but when i do my on line payments / return filing my Madien name appears in the site DURGA DEVI TULSYAN..pls update my new name ASAP as i have to file my IT Return before July 31st 2010...ASBPSO356A

With reference to the above subject I received my PAN Card in that my date of birth mentioned in error in your database. But I mentioned in application correctly. So I applied rectification vide acknowledgment No.[protected] dated 8th February 2011. So here by request you to kindly rectify the same and issue the new PAN Card immediately.

I send all documents to your pune office on on march 28.03.2011. Still i am not received any information about pan card.

I hope my request will be considered.

mera nam maneesh kumar.m hai jabki mera pan card jo hai usme maneesh kumar hai me chata hu ki mere har documets me marksheet ke anusar naam ho isliye me ne pan card correction ke liye diya tha but usme name mismatchig bata rahe hai or yah par naam ka last jo .M hai usme objectin le rah hai isme me kya kar sakta hu mera baki sab documents me maneesh kumar .m hai.........muje pan card me bhi aisa hi chahiye kya karu
