Pan Card — my pan card

I have applied the pan card in 26/10/2007, i have seen my pan card number in the site .MY coupon number IS[protected]But i have not received my pan card.so pls enquiry the matter, and kindly sent my pan card

As I have shown you the information I applied for pan card on 10th September 2007, but due some mistake it returned back to you, after that I send an application for resend my pancard, but till now I have not received it. So according to further enquiries as you said I am sending you an application for Re-Print my pancard. How I will collect my pancard after reprint, byhand or bypost, and how much time the process will take?

So kindly do me this favour. I am really grace full to you.

I have lost my pan card No-AQRPP5490N. So i have applied for the new card before 15 days back. I have attached the FIR report, earlier PAN card copy, residence proof and paid the required fees at Axis Bank, Sec-17C, Chandiigarh.

Till date i have not recieved the new pan card. So you are therefore requsted to please arrange to send the same on urgent basis.
