Sir,
I am Niroj Kumar Panigrahy, my DOB is 01/06/1984, When i was in Hyderabad, I applied for PAN card. I got my card also. My PAN no. is AWQPP4626F. But when i am checking this online, there is showing something error in given information. Also it is not resistered. So please guide me what can be done in this case. As it is very urgent for me for the TAX purpose, please reply me as soon as possible with the solution through my email id- [protected]@gmail.com.

Dear Sir,

I have filed my returns for the years[protected] &[protected] as per the norms (Form No.16) & have paid TDS (deducted from the salary). But I regret to state that till date I have not received the Refund. For the year[protected], the I am liable to get a refund of Rs.19000/- + approx. & for the year[protected], I have paid an excess Income Tax of Rs.13000/- + approx.

I want to know, when will I get the Income Tax Refund. We have to pay TAX & File Returns in time but when it comes to refund of the Tax, the Income Tax Department does not do its job on time.

i applied for my pan card. yesterday i.e. on 14/02/2011 (monday) i recieved my pan card. however there is printing mistake in my pan card which i want to rectify. i filled up the application form correctly. even then there is printing mistake on pan card. there is mistake in my father's name. who is responsible for this mistake when i have filled up my form correctly and why should i pay the fees again for your mistake. kindly help me out and give me some satisfactory reply. my details are : -

On 29-11-10 I went to Income tax Department at Bamboo Villa (Kolkata) for the purpose of revalidation of Income Tax Refund Order. There at range 25(4), I was told that they cannot accept the refund cheque there & I have to send the original cheque back to SBI (Mumbai). They also told me that after sending the cheque and receiving the intimation from SBI, I need to visit the IT Department with following documents:
1. Original Intimation from SBI
2. Xerox of refund cheque.
3. Xerox of Aknowledgement of IT Return filed.

Then as per instruction I couriered cheque and application to SBI Mumbai, on[protected]. I waited for few days for Intimation from SBI (which till date I have not received), then I called up Ayakar Sampark Kendra at[protected] to enquire about so called intimation & refund.
They told me for refund, visit IT Deptt, with following 2 documents(nothing else required):
1. Xerox of refund cheque.
2. Copy of application forwarded to SBI, Mumbai.

Then as per above instruction , one of my relative went to IT Department again on 20.12.10.
There he was told by Ms. Shipra Das (Divanji) that:
1. Cheque should not have been sent to SBI & should be deposited to IT Deptt. only.
2. Bank Pass Book is also required ( to confirm whether cheque was encashed).
3. It will take 6 months to get the refund.

Now I am very confused about the documentation requirement of IT department. So, request them to confirm over the email what all is required, so that I am not harassed again by IT department, Bamboo Villa, Kolkata Range 25(4). I wrote the same compaint at [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in on[protected], but till date, I have not received any reply

I have submitted for income tax refund in Form SARAL-II for assessment year[protected], My PAN No. APGPK0639G Address : GOC Sectt, HQ 2 Corps, C/O 56 APO. Pl informe me the current status through e-mail.

dear sir,
i want to know how a person take more than 50LACS in GIFT from america relative and there is no action aganinst him he take more than 50lac black money transaction in name of her mother KANAK LATA CHOKSE who is retired from SBI bank akodia-shujalpur she will take gift from her sister more than 50 lac to crores in gift form than after year tranfer name of his son DIGVIJAY CHOKSE AKODIA MANDI. i am not able to understand THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT OF SHAJAPUR IS SLEPPING??????

i just want take a serious stake aganist this type of people bcause he also have crores gold in locker and may be crorse in swiss bank.

It is shameful and hypocritical of the Indian IT Department
to run an ad campaign urging citizens to deposit their
Taxes on time, with threats of jail time; while taking
indefinitely long to refund taxes. 4 months after a
"Refund Sequence Number" was generated, I'm yet to see
the money in the bank account. This despite repeated enquiries
and reminders.

I got a communication informing me of the refund. The
communication reference number is CPC/0910/[protected].
The E-Filing Ack No is [protected].

I am a taxpayer my PAN no is AEBPV7432A the spelling of my surname is wrongly printed on my PAN card. The original spell of Surname is VAYEDA but it is printed on PAN card as YAYEDA. I have filled a PAN modification form and submit it with the photo copy of my PAN card and my Driving Licence I have pasted my photo on this form I submitted the same to the Karvy office at Jamnagar (Agent of NSDL service). But the person sitting over at karvy office denied to accept driving licence as an id proof. When I complain for the same to Karvy's Head Office, an officer over there replies me that as per NSDL they can't accept driving licence. Hence Income tax department's website clearly shows driving licence as an id proof.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My PAN number is ABKPD3726D. I had filed my income refund for assessment year[protected]at Anand (Gujarat) on June 30, 2010 vide receipt No. [protected]. I have not received my Income Tax Refund still today.
As per the update provided in the website https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/ TaxRefundStatus#, the refund cheque has been dispatched on November 02, 2010 to the Mumbai. The same has been sent through Speed Post (EY[protected]IN) with Ref No. CMPP3344711. I do not know that why my refund cheque is delivered to Mumbai?
My cheque should either be delivered to my office address: College of Food Processing Technology & Bio-Energy, Anand Agricultural University, ANAND-388 110 OR to my permanent address: 201, Chanakya-C Apartment, B/h Dwarkadhish market, Nehru Park Society, JUNAGADH- 362 001 (Gujarat, India).
Several e-mails have been sent to [protected]@sbi.co.in and [protected]@incometaxindia. gov.in. There is no response received on the same till date.

Sir,

I have lost my Pan card no. AMZPD9466A which is duely diarised. I presume that somebody has stolen the said PAN Card & opened fraudulent account in my name using my signature & made huge transactions in my name which have no connection with me. I also presume that the person involved in this fraud has opened Income Tax Return file in my name which has no connection with me.

Please cancel all the banking transaction in my name & cancel & stop the said ITR in my name.

I am purely a salaried man, rendering my service in KPC Medical College & Hospital and I dont have any other buisness or income.
