Last week MCD broken them down but now they restablish them again.Mcd broken them so many the time but they made them again.

They sell poor quality of meat in open area.it's smail sobad.5 persons was ill by ate it .environment of our colony is effective by it.

I am the resident of R.K.Puram, Sector-9, New Delhi and really sick of these street dogs. We are living in fear as because of street dogs. They bite kids playing in the park. They start barking on everyone who so ever cross the road. These dogs are increasing day by day. Its becomes difficult for normal resident to room around in colony. Request you to take some action and get us rid of these street dogs. They are around 30 in numbers now and increasing day by day.

I am resident of trilok puri mayur vihar (17) delhi 91, My neighbor Mr. omi resident of 17/420 trilok puri Delhi 91, he is also employ in M.C.D as sweeper, all family members are employee in M.C.D but they are not present on their duty. They gave some bribe to daroga to get attendance. He has pig meat shop in 17-18 block market as well as two pig meat illegal shop near B.J.P. MLA MR. SUNIL VAIDH. They purchase about hundreds of pigs which are loaded in truck and they kept them in plot no 17/420. They use to kill the pigs in street in front of all the pupil.
As you know the epidemic swine flu is spreading in the world, it can also be spread in India also. So please take necessary action as soon as possible.
I hope you will take immediate action otherwise, my next complaint would be to chief minister.

There, many of the house owners use the pets without registration.

The dog keeps barking the whole day . This is happening from many weeks .All the neighbours are too annoyed due to nuisance created by the dog and have registered even before .Kindly take a quick action into the matter.

The leble is down and the water of houses stored on that gali and therefore all of the residential there are unable to move properly. In this regarding we sent many request to you. The park in F Block Vikaspuri is in a completely messy state. The children are forced to play on streets due to that subjecting them to road accidents. The basic premise of living in a society is to provide basic amenities of parks for children which is turned into a dumping yard majority of the times. Despite our consistent follow ups with MCD/ Horticulture deptt to visit the location and take stock of the area in order to upgrade it to a basic min level of hygiene for residents it remains unheard and no one has visited us till date.

I do not know what shall move the authorities to take cognizance of the same and entitle us for basic rights.

If some one is really taking a serious note of these complains my request to them is to take some serious actions against these in order to avoid any contingencies and empower residents with basic deserving rights as citizens.

My complaint is about pocket-5 mayur vihar ph-1 Delhi-91(DDA flats) area.There is a beautiful park in our area. But from last few days the Mali used to burn dry leafs of trees in this park, it creates lot of smoke and heat and also harmful for green trees. I don't know the no of complaint department. Please help us.

This is a complaint towards Flat Number 39A of Block FG-1, that is not occupied ny the owner for over a decade. The house has turned as a garbage centre in front and back. No ventilation in th house has left the flat in misrable condition. Water drainanage pipes coming in the backyard make the garbage smell to its best with mosquitoes and other insects increasing their population. The wter drainage pipe is blocked by the garbage so the water cannot flow and as it is there for couple of weeks, it has resulted in seepage to all the building. Water meter area has gone in depth. This house is turned in a serious health hazard situation, as all the other residents window open in the backyard. It is requested to kindly instruct the owner of the house, to either get this occupied, or take immidiate step to get this house clean and renvated, before any mishappenng occurs due to health hazard alarm. This is a HIGH ALERT CALL, and a copy of the request is being send to all the concern authorities to take appropriate and early action, or else any loss in the building and health hazard situation will stand towards concern authorities.

Garbage Dumpyard — Increasing Health Concerns from Garbage Bin

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Tatikonda Subhash Reddy, Advocate, Ex Govt Pleader, (City Civil Court, Hyd) and a Resident of Clock House, Chirag Ali Lane. A Garbage dump yard located exactly opposite to my resident has been great health and hygiene issues to my family and locality neighbours. Despite several written complaints, no concrete action has been taken by the officials in this regards. We have requested for the dump yard to be shifted to an alternate location which has not been done. Instead another garbage container from another location has been placed opposite my house to prevent overflowing of garbage content onto the roads. This has further increased our woes and miseries.

All this is resulting in increase in mosquitoes, several new types of insects, foul smell, and roadside animals. This place is also becoming a hub for anti social elements like rag pickers who have been residing in this place and creating unnecessary nuisance.

I therefore humbly request the concerned authorities to please help re locate the bins to an alternate location at the earliest and frequent implement the spraying of pest spray to reduce mosquitoes in this location.

MCD — dump in the park corner

I am the resident of c-2,block yamuna vihar delhi , there is park betwwen H. No. C-2/92, 93,112,217,246,247 called the shri ram park. We maintains it our self. From some time the renovation is going on in H. No. C-2/217, They have dumped the building material waste & POP in the park corner, Now the other peoples are also throwing their garbage on this. By which the plant & trees are dying., I have visited 2 times the local office (Nursery) in the regard but no action have been taken yet since past one month.I request the concerned officers to kindly take the action so that plant & trees could be saved from this death.

My office is in Nehru Place, Delhi. This is to bring to the notice of the administrator (or whomsoever it may concern) that since the day I have joined this office (i.e. last 6 months), the road and traffic conditions have not improved even a bit in this area. The roads are dug up very badly just in front of Hotel Intercontinental, making it difficult for all commuters and vehicles to travel on. Not only this, being the most populated commercial location in Delhi, traffic jam is a common phenomenon here anytime of the day. Blatant parking in front of Satyam Cinema is observed 24x7 despite the conspicuous “No Parking” sign board. The police van is also seeing roaming around on duty but they are also oblivious to this chaos. It takes any vehicle minimum 20 minutes to cross that 100 meters stretch every evening and potholes on the road make it a nightmare for anybody driving there.
Would request an intervention here by the concerned authorities.

I recently visited my Mom and Brother, who live at 166-C, MIG. During my stay of 14 days I also felt that there are too many dogs in many streets of MIG (Red) Flats. I really had a hard time getting good night sleep because they bark all night long. Also, once I had to walk my friend on foot to the main gate so that the dogs don't follow him when he leaves on his two wheeler. Havoc of Dogs — 10-20 dogs in single street

I am Reena Mathur, sent couple of complaints on MCD website to send team to dog catchers.

It s more than 2.5 months no one has dropped back but due to dog catching team not visiting, number of dogs increased.

Issue is there are number of residents who have pet dog and to safe card there motive ( their dogs bark so loud that people/kids sometime unable to cross the street), they have involved couple of more residents to feed stray dogs daily morrning/afternoon/evening. Becoz of their act the number of dogs has increased(15-20 dogs) so much that no one can even think of go thru the street, event the people of the street. And dog barking and act of bitting made situation so horrible that no one can even take rest inside house. If other resident try to speak to these people who feed dogs or having their pet dog to not feed stray dogs, they all ge together and start fighting. No one is there to listen the problem. Old people in my house face so much heart problem becoz the dogs barking. Kids cant concentrate studies.

All this is happening on street no. 2 & service lane of street no. 2 of virender nagar, new delhi -58. I request MCD and their dog catching team to act and definately be prepared to get revolt kind of situation if they try to catch dogs.

Garbage lifting van is not regular

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Q-67 Vikash Vihar, Uttam Nagar 110059.The garbage lifting van is not coming daily due to this we are facing trouble.

I live in B-block ramdutt enclave uttam nagar new delhi 110059 almost in the second lane of it and want to complain against the sweeper who is working in our block.he just collect the garbage and dump in front of my house.he comes in almost in a period of 1 month or it may goes to one and a half and if we complain him to just collect the garbage properly instead of cleaning it he shoutes very rudely and he is also fond o[censored]sing abusive languages whosoever is in front of him a lady or a man.when we told him to remove the garbage he demanded money by us.as a tax paying citizen of india i demand some action against him as soon as possible. I, resident of C- 58, North Chajjupur (IndiraNikaten) ward no 90, North east Delhi have been facing this problem since Dipawali. The drain is completely clogged and in peak hours water flows on road in front of my house which produce dirty smell, mosquitoes and other insects.Every now and then the mcd personnel come to check water coolers and water tanks and even imposing fines but no attention is being paid to blocked drains.

Kindly look into the matter.

over pointwise question are as under
1.what is roll of contractor.
2 what is drainge system of new constructed road by MCD
3 drainge system is constructed by the contractor as per MCD rule or made by as per the instruction of local residential.
4. please visit or ask to any officer to vist on that road to check the unproper drainge system
5 very clear " DONT IGNORE" DO SOME THING FOR US

6. What is your action against that Ladies contractor.
7 have i used the RTI act for this improper drainage construction.Kindly do need ful.

Hello All,

This is to bring to your notice that the drain in front of the MIG flats 38 and 37 shiekh sarai phase -1 new delhi, has stagnant water .So as a resident of the flat 38-c, I request you get the drains cleaned .

This would prevent the mosquitoes germinating in the stagnant dirty waste water and would prevent the diseses spread by the mosqueto bites.

A need full action is expected from your end to ge the drain cleaned as soon as possible .

Please let me know if this is not the correct forum for the complaint.

Please arrange to repair sewer Pit & Frame at Roshnara Pili Building, Shakti Nagar, Delhi (Near House No-17- A AND 22-A). It has been already complaint to area office earlier too. But he will not take any action yet. It creates a lot of trouble for traffic.
So, please do permanent work for it. Not a temporary rectification.
Have higher priority and urgent action.

MCD — Bad and Potholes roads in Safdarjung Enclave,A block

Hello Sir

I am a resident of A block Safdarjung enclave. In our area mostly all the roads are damaged very badly and i had been complaining to so many authorities but nobody has taken any action for this.

I am specifically mentioning the roads near A block market and Near Ashlok hospital.

Kindly do some Urgent action in out locality because its been so many years a road has been repaired here.
We trust for your actions.

Leaving too much water on colony road Of Rajpur Khurd Extention Colony, Chatterpur Road, New Delhi 110068
We have been requesting our neighbour not to leave excess water through rainwater it keeps the road wet all through and give chance for Dendue mosquitoes to breed as well as spoil the Tar Road which has already started to break and 3-big pot holes are already visible at the moment.

Irony is that this building in our neighbour RAJPUR KHURD EXTENTION COLONY( Near Jain STD) has been converted in to Houses and at present there are 50-families living in various Houses which was originally having only one-small family living there till 2010.


Hope appropriate actions will be taken by the concerned authorities in order to maintain the surroundings of our colony

I wish to draw your kind attention to the commercialization in the same plot we live in

There is a shop in the same plot we live in, by the name of Mittal Hardware and Saintary Pipes. Their business is on a very large scale. The major area is occupied by him that is 350 acres of land for this shop.
From the shop’s outside appearance it seems as if it is in 20 acres of land as he has wall in between. He keeps his material both in A-6 shankar Garden(340 acres of land) and B-2 Shankar Garden N.D-18(440 acres of land). These two plots are almost next to each other as the only plot in between is B-1 Shankar Garden. According to the customer requirement the material is fetched from A-6 and B-2 Shankar Garden.
On top of it he occupies half the road with his material in the day time

He has an army of frontmen, helper and workers. He sends few of his labour like plumber or for severage cleaning to people places to work. He has kept his labour, workmen & helper on the road to do all kind of jobs that is in front of our house. They work, loiter, eat on the road. They throw their tea cups in front of our gate. His labour even drink at night almost daily and start abusing at night.

Every second day at night heavy loaded truck come. They park them in front of our house and start throwing the steel pipes from a good height for hours and hours which creates a lot of noise and disturbance for us. All these pipes are kept outside his shop that is on road. In the daytime, all his customer as well as his men keep parking their vehicles. If I ask the owner of the shop to keep his men and customer at his entry rather than our entry or gate. He says parking would be done on your gate if you utter a word I would put you in one these cars(words said by Prem Mittal). I was been beaten by them for this reason for half an hour by Ishwar Dyal Mittal’s son and the police didn’t initial loudge an FIR later on, we approached someone they filed the compliant and the police forced us to compromise by all means, instead of taking any decision.

Infact this plot A-6 Shankar Garden doesn’t even belong to Mittal. The plot belong to my parent and his three brother. Out of the four sibling one brother had sold the plot without the consent or signature of other three. We fought in the court for 18 years even after that court didn’t take any decision they made us compromise. We have our share my parent other sibling don’t their share. They torture us in every way possible to make us vacate. How can plot belonging to four sibling be sold by one and the court instead taking a decision ask to compromise. Well this India, this law and order our country can maintain. That why we would continue to have people and instance like Satyam’s.

In brief, Mittal having their shop in the same plot we live in are destroying our peaceful living day and night by commercializing in the residential area. Their shop runs from morning 8am to 10pm at night. They don’t close their shop even once a week. Twice they had got a notice for their shop being sealed but by just bribing they got scot free. They don’t pay their income tax properly in fact they hide all the amount they earn and use it for bribing police and other judical people etc.. whosoever is of some help to him.

I feel something immediately needs to be done to check this mence. Accordingly I would request to kindly intervene and get commercialization of this premise stopped.

SUDDENLY IT BEEN OBSERVED THAT ONE OF TOP FLOOR OWNER MR. SURENDER AS THREATENING US TO REMOVE WATER TANKS AS HE WAS ALREADY STARTED REGARDING ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONIS CARRIED AT ROOF OF 3 RD FLOOR AT PROPERTY NO. RZ 2062 A /27
TO CONSTRUCT ANOTHER FLOOR (4TH FLOOR) AT ABOVE ADDRESS.
