I Atul Mani Tripathi, have applied the passport month of Jan 2012, my File Reference Number : LKOz300437, the police vertification is already done, but in the site it shows "POLICE REPORT HAS NOT BEEN RECIEVED".

pls look into the matter and try to solve it asap.

Passport — Only one official to listen to people complaints in Passport office

Though there is online facility for enquiries of Passport Status but still when we want to enquire this at the Passport office there we have a long queue wherein people start coming early in the morning and the enquiry time is only from 10 to 12:30. This is actually not helping us because there is only one person checking the status which is done only on Tuesdays and Thursday so again the count of people standing for enquiry is more but the passport official is one. I would request if this could be changed we can have atleast 3 to 4 people as part of enquiry panel so that this process can be made quick and people dont have to wait in the long queue outside the passport office.

This is not a complaint please take it as a suggestion because we as indians want a better country serving its own people better.

My name is AMIT DAS . I have applied for new passport for myself, wife, mother, daughter and son in 2011.. I received passport for my own, wife and mother. Thanks for the prompt service .But i did not received my daughter and sons passport till date. My daughters(AMRITA DAS ref no F025419 date 24/11/2011 and my sons (AAKASH DAS) ref no F024917 dt 22/11/2011 . Police verifications are already done . But site is showing "Applications are closed And reapply again " I did not received any communications from passport office. And how the applications are closed without my knowledge and what is the reason? What more informations/ documents are require for issue of passport?
Please i invite your kind attention to my appeal and look into the matter URGENTLY. Please issue Passport for my daughter and son and oblige.

Passport — yet not received my passport

sir,
i have applied for my passport in may month through on line service.My application no. is[protected] & file no. is PA[protected]. my police verification has been completed in June month.my dispatching no. is1075 & it is dispatch on13/6/12.i have done verification in September month.but still i have not received my passport.

we have not received passport till today . we check our status on net. their was objection that residence address not match, immediately we send related documents mother attested passport copy, voter i d of parents by speed post on 14 7 2012 counter no.1, op-code;1234, 2nd time again we send speed post on 21 8 2012 counter no.2, op-code;26 after that no reply On 1st October i personally go to Bhopal for passport and meet to senior officer and tell him my problem he assure me to do something, then after wards we received a letter on 3 10 2012 to appear passport ADALAT held on[protected] WHAT IS THIS) after that we again send documents through speed post,

sir my daughter selected to play basket ball from their school side abroad on DEC.2012 so its request please relies my childs passports as soon as possible .

I had given a apply to the dist collector Thirunelveli for the renewal of the existing pass port on 13/10/2010. (Fileno: MDUZ5485310, web file no:MDUI[protected] And also I had applied for the new passport on the Thirunelveli passport seva office on 10/10/2011. They informed me that my father name has some correction and told me to correct it and come. According to their instruction I changed my name and my father namein the Gazettethe original documents of change of name and order from the court regarding a case has been presented to passport seva office on 19/03/2012. They officials accepted the documents from me saying that all the presented documents are correct and can go after that my police enquiry regarding the passport matter has conductedon 08/05/2012. After the completion of the police enquiry and period of 3(three) months. I did not get my passport when I consulted the Thirunelveli passport seva office is, they told me to consulted the Madurai passport office I went to Madurai passport office enquiry report has not reached yet and told me to contact on Thirunelveli passport seva office, Thirunelveli passport seva office said that my file has been sent to Madurai office and you can get the information from there on 03/08/2012.I went to Madurai passport seva office they told me that my police enquiry file has not reached properly so get contact from your Thirunelveli sp office.It Then I returned to Thirunelveli sp office and requested them to send the police verification certificate once more Regarding the passport matter I went to Madurai on 3 days on (06/08/2012, 07/08/2012, 08/08/2012) but I did not get any proper reply from the Madurai passport seva office. Finally I went to Madurai passport seva office on 27/09/2012.They told me that my first police enquiry certificate has not reached come and there will be a second police enquiry for me and my second police enquiry date was on 15/10/2012and completed it very well on 22/11/2012. I went to Madurai passport office, they said that my second police enquiry report has not get reached so, they told me to send police enquiry report from the Thirunelveli sp office next day 23/11/2012. I went to sp office Thirunelveli there were no officials for the quire, but they had my contact cell number and toldme that they will contact me soon I went to Thirunelveli sp office on 29/11/12 .They informed me that, the certificates have been sent on 21/11/2012 to Madurai passport office when I reached Madurai passport office for the police enquiry on 03/12/2012they told me that my report has reached on 26/11/12 and they told me to send the original case file and other documents to Madurai passport office from Thirunelveli passport office I went to Thirunelveli passport office on 17/12/2012 for sending the original documents to Madurai passport office, they said that they will be sending the court order and other documents on 22/12/2012 itself After these whole time period I did not have my passport In this regarded I have applied for the renewal my passport on 10/10/2010 and then on 19/03/2012 I had cleared the documents of change name correction documents such as court order and case file and applied it again Still I did not get my passport even after 2 years Recently the Madurai passport office announced in a press meet that he will take necessary actions so as to correct the pending complaint regarding the approval of the passport for the affected So I hereby kindly requesting you to clear the related problems as I associated with the approval of the passport so as to issue it as soon as possible
