Despite constant follow-up and repeated reminders the passport autorities did not issued the passort of my wife and the message on nic information displaying since october2007 this will be dispatched within a week .While apporoaching in passport office in january 2008, the authorities suggested me to submit the affidavit regarding non- issuanceof the passport previously, which i also submitted in march 2008 but the passport is still awaited and the latest information on nic displyed " either file no is wrong or information not available Was this information helpful? | |

DELAY IN POLICE VERIFICATION AFTER SUBMITTING PASSPORT FORM
Dear Sir,
We have submitted the following two Passports to the Regional Passport Office lucknow on 01.01.09 but till date, we have not received the passports yet. Their online updation says that Police report has not been recieved but report has already been submitted vide s. no. 85 on 20.02.09 :
1. Name : Ashish Tripathi ; File No.LKOA18798809; dated 15.09.2009; Key No.[protected]
We would, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and advise the concerned authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.
An early action will be highly appreciated.

I made an application for issue of passport. The relevant details are as under:

Applicant's Name : VIJAY KUNWAR MAURYA
Please provide me the daily progress made on this application so far. i.e. when did this application reach which officer, for how long did it stay with that officer and what did he/ she do during that period?
According to the rules, a passport should have been issued in 45 days. However, it is more than 155 days now. Please give the names and designations of the officials who were supposed to process this application and why have they not done so?
What action would be taken against these officials for the delaying? By when would that action be taken?

While enquirying the ststus on line nothing has been mentioned .Kindly expedite the matter. It is incidentally mentioned that I alongwith my husband, Mohd. Irfan (file:LKOA[protected] had applied together for the passport.My husband has already received his passport on 20th. Feb., '10. In my case earlier the status was showing for despatch of passport by 16th. Feb., '10. Kindly look in the matter and send my passport earliest.

I had submitted application for the renewal of my old passport no.M-848037 on 21-04 -09, my file no. is LKOA08487809 with NOC from the Department of Medical Education and all other necessary documents attached for the pupose ol Hajj Pilgrim -2009 with cover no. UP[protected] .My police report has alredy been submitted in your office on 30-06-09, which was not even required as I am working as a class 2 officer in the Department of Medical Education and still your website shows that police report not received . kindly look into the matter
