To, PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PUBLIC GRIEVANCES) I want to bring to your kind attention to the application status of my passport enquiry. I have checked my application status at Lucknow passport office through online on 10 May 2012. I have submitted the passport application on 23, Feb, 2012 to the Regional Passport Office, Lucknow . My police inquiry is completed in March itself and when i went to passport office Deoria they said that they have send all files with police report to lucknow on 23rd march 2012. But the online passport enquiry status still displayed - "Police report has not been received" which was last updated on 11th May 2012 by Station LUCKNOW . The details regarding my passport are mentioned below :- File Reference Number : LKOZ302151, Year of registration-2012, Application Date :[protected] & Date of Birth :[protected]. I request you to kindly take the necessary action in this regard so that I can receive my passport at the earliest. Thanking You. I had applied for new passport from lucknow passport office, i have received a confirmation from lucknow passport office saying they have mailed the passport vide indian post to my residence on date 21/9/2010, vide reference number LKO[protected], and postal reference number O082756.
Till date I have note received my passport although 55 days have been passed after despatching the passport by indian post.
I have checked out with all post offices at my end but cannot get any update about the whereabouts of my passport.
I would keenly request you to resolve this issue and update me the where abouts of my passport currently.

Few weeks back status was that regret for the delay, your passport will be dispatched soon but now currently status is coming blank.
Phone number given are of no use, as no one replies them.
Pl. suggest what to do?
With reference to the application lko-a[protected] for passport applied on[protected], this is to bring to your notice that my brother hasn’t received the passport even now. Though it says that the passport is received normally within 45-60 days, it has been almost 6 months since application. The online status of application shows last one and half month It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

regarding passport service,Lucknow — not received yet
I have applied for passport in March-2007, but have yet not received. I have already talked and visited the passport office thrice in Lucknow but after so many promises nothing has been done so far.I have also written the e-mails to the concerned deptt. but as usual that was also thrown into the recycle bins of their slow computer systems.I donno what now to do, this passport office of Lko is completely a since nobody responding..If there is any1 who can help me in getting my passport, I'll be thankful to him...
