to whom so evr it may b concerned... I am resident of kalwa, i purchased philips go gear SA-2825, from kalwa planetM store-052A. from past 5 days it is not working properly, so i contacted d Manager he told me it is not his concern. I purchased it on[protected] and in voice no-780. During the time of purchase he told me he will do the needful if any thing goes wrong, and now he is totally disagreeing that. He told me to go to philips dealer or servicecenter. And on this date d cost of same MP3 player in market was 2699/- and i have paid 2999/- to planetM to avail their service. And also d manager was arrogant during takin complain. please do d needful. This will spoil good will of planetM. Now what should i do...???? should i approach consumer forum for gettin justice... iam resident of Musherabad located at hyderabad, i have purchased a Samsung 5330 mobile from Himayatnagar branch, they have suppose to give gift for this mobile, but they did'nt give and iam calling for the last month, but they are telling that they have no stock and i have one more problem with that mobile that the mobile battery was not charging well. kindly take the action as soon as possible.

a have registerd a complaint about my nokia 3500c against them but goverment is not taking any action against them plz someone tell me if their complaint is been solved. i have been waitng more than a month
Hai, I am Muzammil which i have purchased the mobile from Planet M, the model is V1675( Videocon ) on 18/03/2010 and the problem in the phone was back side's camera and its flash light. after two day of purchasing i informed the shop keeper that i am facing the problem of flash and camera, but he told that i will inform u with conforming by our manager but there was no response till 18/4/2010. Again i informed in the center for 2 to 3 times but he did not given any response, after that i gone directly to the Planet M which i have purchased in NEW BEL road on 20/4/2010 after going there he took my set and told me that i will replace within two day's but up to this i have not got the set when i will go there, the person who took my set he will be not there and other staff person will tell me that u contact for that person whom u have given but that person is not picking my call. if i call from other numbers he will pick up the call and he will tell that i am meeting or i am in hospital for i am not feeling well.
