Now I want to width draw my P.F. I do not want to send form to Star Panel Boards. I want to send this direct to P.F. Office Bangalore. I have no address of Bangalore P.F. Office where they deposited P.F. . You are requested to send me address, so I can send width draw form by Currier or Speed post. Even I do not know what will be balance in my A.C.

I would like to inform you that I applied for my provident fund withdrawal on 5th August2010 form No. is KN/BN/25454/7585 in the name of Baishakhi Deb but till date my claimant money did not credited in my bank account No. given. As i tried several times to know the reason of delay but not get .
I am a girl working on AGGIES BPO on job duty we had an accident on 27th August 2006 where I lost my 1 leg with multiple physical problem but i cant afford my treatment continuously due to financial problem if you can kindly Help me to know the reason of delay and how I can get my money soon I'll be obliged.

At present I settled in Banglore my pension transfer to Bank of India Rajaji Nagar branch Banglore, but previous 4 to 5 month i didnt get any pension from the bank, for your information EPS-95 PPO No. 10325 this is the no. given from Kolhapur, so I visit Kolhapur for this purpose they told me ur pension details has been transfer to Banglore, so pls. check from Banglore branch. I am requiesting u please check this has been transfer or not or if any clarification u need please. mail me.
