I have left my orginization 3 years and my PF NO. IS KN/BN/34873/01 AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.HE COMPANY HAVE SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS AND THE LATEST WAS SUBMITTED ON 26TH APRIL 2011. KINDLY CONFIRM

I was working with Metlife india insurance co.ltd company in Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) location. I was resigned on 6th Feb. 2009, & i have Completed my all formalities regarding PF. But still i have not recieved my Provident Fund. Related to my PF i called up Banglore PF office on[protected], 22214901, 22214961, 22216596, 22238033 but no one attended me properly.
there is no satisfactory answer given by the PF Office.
I spoke all of them, but they did not solve my queries. So please forward my problem to concern desk
and let me know when I am going to get my Provident Fund.
Pls do needful as soon as possible.

Worked with ABS India Ltd employee code 577. from July28, 2008 to 26Feb 2010.
I claimed my PF in Aug2010 having PF no KN/19451/580.
Once it was credited but due account name mismatch it was debited again.
I submitted the re-authenation form and shared the account statement for the same.
Still didn't get any reply.

Kindly help and update on the same.

09/10/2009.I was deputed as a CPA at ICICI Prudential Life Insurence

700107.But the office did not supply the same.

After six month when i went for final PF settlement to local office
then personnel told me to contact at Delhi office in this affairs.i
ask for the PF number but they said we have no record about regarding
Profident Fund.Therefore, I would request you please look in to this
matter as i withdrawl my PF and oblige.

I was an employee of MphasiS from 5 Sep 2005 to 14 April, 2009 with employee code 0259646.
On my my appointment to my current organisation, a letter was sent from our PF Office to the PF Dept. of MphasiS dated 29 June 2010 asking for transfer of PF <KN/16573/4748>
Even after one year, I did not get any response despite my repeated attempts to contact the RPFC Office over email and phone. I also tried and failed to get a response from the HR -Mphasis, Bangalore.
My organisation sent an official reminder to Mphasis vide letter dated 29 July 2011 without any response to the same. The issue stands unresolved and I request your kind intervention on this matter. Pl help me and reply.
