My name is Radhika Sridharan. My P/F Account Number is 24445/343. I worked for Srishti Software Application Private Limited, L-174, 6th Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore - 560 102 between April 2008 to May 2011. I have submitted the necessary claim form duly complied for encashment during the month of August 2011. To my surprise, my account is not settled so far. I have visited the office serveral times during the past SIX months. The only reply I am getting from your office is that, my employer has not complied the required documents so far. I wonder, how this can happen for such a long time and why you do not take action against the management, instead of penalising me. Do you do not have any time bound settlement in your office. Please take up the matter seriously and ensure my account is settled within fortnight period, as I have to honour the commitments made to various people. I trust, I will not be deprived of getting justice.
