complaint cell my amount was not credited through my email.They have deducted from my

I am actually struggling for getting my PF amount from 6 months. My employer is Macmillan Publishing Solutions (MPS), Bangalore.

I have applied through them and if i ask them, then they are saying that they have proceeded my form to PF office on 17th March. 2011. And we can not do anything furthermore and you have to contact to PF office directly.

And if i try to contact to PF office Bangalore, nobody picks up the phone. only busy or this no. is not in work currently like this messages are coming. If i tried to track it through website.

Now I lives in DELHI & I can not go to Bangalore everytime to check the status. How i can trace the papers or details, i m not getting actually.

If anybody can help me???

I have applied my PF on November 2010 . i m inquiry about emphasis Bangalore my office . so he told i m forward your form and your amount pay your account in 11 Feb after that i m calling to inquiry ..after that 6 month duration i have not received my PF amount, has not been credited to my account yet...Bangalore office some people has been told do you contact your pf office and claim them...pl z check and still . I submitted the pf withdrawal amount 7 months ago.
Am working with a consultancy Vista info which is in Bangalore for the client Capgemini in Hyderabad, my PF number KN.BN.25572.1955, Which is kept in EPFO, Rajaram mohan roy road, Bangalore – 560025. Have applied for withdrawal of PF money in the month of Nov 2010 along with required details i.e. PF withdrawal form with cancelled cheque, but came to know from my organization (Vista Info) that the money got deposited in another acct. So they said to fill another form and resend it, I did the same, but till now I haven’t got the money deposit in the account .
