please dont buy pure it they have a bug mouth to sell the product . it has been 5 days since i have called these ppl for the battery change and they said 72 hours but no one here. on top of that i will suggest all the people please dont buy the products which doesnt have a good customer support. pure it is a product which is to be thrown away in dustbin after one use because no one will come to help you if something wrong with the product.

I agree pure it is only concerned about New Sales, they have forgotten that they have to provide after sales service also
I have bought a Pureit water purifier and my consumer no. is [protected]. On 10th June.2010, i have ordered for a battery kit and my order no. is S10GGN[protected]. Till date, i.e. 16.06.2010, i have not received the battery kit. My numerous requests to the Helpline received only one reply " we will definitly send it today by 8pm.". Still no trace of battery. i am really very upset with HUL for this lackadisical attitude. are they only interested in selling pureit units and not interested in supplying battery kits?

Pure IT — pureit very poor services

PUREIT is not replacing battery respite numerous calls in kollam kerala. [PATTATHANAM,VIDHYA NAGAR,KOLLAM ,KERALA)
Despite calling in the service centre number in ASHRAMAM for about a month, the company is giving dates but on which they never come to replace.
Such pathetic response cannot be tolerated.
I would never recommend this brand to anyone because of their such poor service

Pure IT — faulty device

I am Mohit Piplani; Mob No: [protected], resident of R-544,New Rajinder Nagar,New Delhi-110060. I bought a Pure It around 6 months back and it has been giving trouble ever since. It is the worst product in its category in the market with the poorest service I have ever experienced.
I have had to register complaints for it every month; the filter does not work, water coming out of it is same as tap water. It takes 10 days for anyone to attend the complaint and this time I was told that I need to pay around INR 1200 as the filter life is up.
Pathetic when it has not worked then how is the life up?? What happened to all promises given when you buy the product. Someone needs to give replacement.
I m agree with U. we have bought this product and with in 20 days battery started giving problem. Customer care people are not taking the complaints seriously. Very poor service...

Pure IT — battery not recd

I have bought the pure it having name of HLL. at that time i was assured to get the timely service. On 3rd July 10 i called on custumer care for replacing the battery & filter. He told me to send the person withinn 2 working days. On 6 th again i called and agian got the assurance to get it in next day. On next day i.e 7th i again called and again got assurance to get it next day. Great. My customer id is[protected].

I ordered for change of battery costing Rs.510/ on 27.06 2010 0n helpline no.[protected]. Co. reprensentative informed that they will take 2 days for the job. we are daily telephoning on helpline . everytime we are getting reply that battery will be delivered today but today as not come so far for the last 10 days. My name is Lalit and i requested for a replacement battery on 17th July2010 and they promised that the kit would be delivered within 72working hours. I said ok its fine but the kit did not arrive at all. After that i called up the delhi customer care number again and narrated the whole story to the agent and he said that he is requesting a complaint and the delivery guy would reach you as soon as possible and i got a message from your side :
Dear Customer, Thank you for registering your complaint with us.Our executive will visit you in the next 48 hours to attend the complaint . Please note the complaint number C[protected]for your further reference . Team Pureit
However i didnot get any response. Again i called up your customer care and asked for the the manager so that if the agents are not able to resolve the query the manager would be able to do it and esclate the case further. But the call center is so pathetic inspite of providing me the supervisor/manager the rep. disconnected the call. I think Pureit has made a policy to delay the product as much as possible so the customer would be forced to buy another new product from your side that's why you have reduced your cost to 1000/- bucks only. This is the pathetic service i have ever come acrossed. I think the higher level is in a sleeping mode or might have given the right to the employees to work according to their will. P like Pathetic and P as an Pure It

I have ordered a germ killer battery since last 1 month there is no response or call for the same. This company has a very bad service. Every time they coma on phone take all the details and say that they will come tomorrow but no one comes. Really we are very frastrated and unhappy with pureit people.

Pure IT — The water after purifying from pure it can't be consumed it is useless

We ordered a pure it purifier for our new home before buying we had said that the water in our area cannot be consumed without purifying the taste is horrible. right from day one of the installation we are complaining regarding the uselessness of Hindustan pure it purifier but no response. It is a rubbish one crore challenge they show on TV its waste a purifier i challenge them to drink this water after purifying from pure it from our home water.

Pure IT — Battery Red in 4 months

We are using Pure it for the last 2 yrs., & we have 12 Pure it's recommended by me to all our relatives.

We purchased 2 battery kits in the mth of May 10 for 2250 ltrs, amounting to Rs. 500 each, & they both were red in Sept 10, i.e. only in 4 mths.

My first kit of Rs. 300 lasted for 1 yr & 8 mths, with same climatic conditions & same place. I am waiting for the reason from the customer care, so that we can decide for our further use of Pure it, as it is costing more than our any other water purifier.

I would like to remind the creators & the sellers of Pure it that the negative mouth publicity can lower down your sales, kindly provide a satisfactory service to the customers.

i agree with this, I am also facing the service issue from pure it. Their service is pathetic i ordered the kit( S10/DLI[protected]on 15/10/10 and it was told to me by the customer care that next day(16/10/10) you will get the battery kit but when I called on next day(4 times), they aasuerd me that today(16/10/10) you will get by 8:00 pm. At 7:45 pm when I called up I was informed that you have ordered today i.e 16/10/10(however i have ordered on 15/10/10, sms confirmation was given for the same) only how can you we deliver you so fast and fresh order no. was SMS to me without closing first order no..I asked for escalation and some Anmol spoke to me and he refused to give me any escalation matrix or transfer my call to any of their senior. I have not recieved any call from their service manager after so many escalations till now and not also battery kit(18/10/10).
I am having this kind of experience third time. So i have finally decided to change the pureit.

I also advice all not to buy the same because of pathetic service.
