[Resolved]  Railway E-ticket Cancelled — Refund Not received

Dear Sir,
I have booked booked four tickets through my SBI CARD No - [protected] and paid though your payment gateway. It was subsequently cancelled on 10/10/2010 and as per refund status it is already refunded to your gateway on 11/10/2010 but not yet credited to my crdedit card account. So I furnish the full paqrticulars as under and request you for refund.

Railway Ticket — refund not yet received

I have not received the refund amount yet, of my train booking through the site irctc.com. The transaction failed while booking ticket 3 times and the money has not been refunded to the account. The transaction id are as: [protected],1st march(PNB debit card); [protected],1st march(PNB debit card); [protected],18 january(SBI). Please help me out.

PNR NO. [protected] Train No.12426 D.O.J.13/12/16 2AC LDH TO NEW DELHI Train Name Rajdhani Express IN the name of Tushaar Bhardwaj RLWL 3, I got this ticket cancelledand received the message that Amount of Rs. 1310/- will be refunded in to your account but till date I have not received the refund. KIndly look in to the matter. This is my third reminder. If this time I did not receive the refund I will be compelled to mail to Railway Minister and Prime Minister office.
